About: I've grown up taking care of dogs. I know how to feed them, play with them, get to know them, walk them, and comfort them. Every dog I've met has loved my company and enjoys playing with me. I have a 4 1/2 year old Chihuahua Terrior that we've all been taking care of since was 8 weeks old. I socialize my puppy Scooby-Doo everyday and he goes everywhere with me. I can't imagine life without dogs, they mean the world to me. During one of my visits, I would play with your dog and have them feel safe in my company. Also, I would take your dog on potty breaks every couple of hours. My walks won't be too tedious but they'll be enduring. I'll only feed them the appropriate foods and treats I'm given and told to feed them. I'm extremely friendly, and I'm not afraid of barking.

14. Kainoa K.
“Dependable, Reliable, Trustworthy, and my dog loves Kai! Thank you Kai for always taking good care of my dog. I highly recommend Kai to take care of your dog!”

About: I’ve had pets all my life and watched friends pets when they were out of town. I cannot live without animals. They are a gift. The 310 number is my primary, but it won’t allow me to change it:). I have an open schedule and could care for your pets 24/7! I’m also a light sleeper, so anything they may need throughout the night, I am ready and willing to help them with. I have two cats that are very independent and like to hide in corners and closets, so they won’t be a problem. Your pets will be safe with me.

About: I’ve taking care of dogs since I was 20 years old and my family and I have had so many dogs, cats and other animals that I’ve been able to take care of and give them a lot of love and care. I’m a pet owner and I’m very happy to have them around me. I have plenty of free time to dedicate to your pet! I’d love to help by taking them to the dog park, dog beach, or for regular walks. If needed, I can also care for them in my home. Let me know how I can make things easier for you and your furry friend! We have a fence in our yard and a very friendly dog who loves having company to play with and spend time together and my husband enjoy play with them too.

17. Shardae P.
About: I’ve absolutely adored animals since I was 4yrs old. I started getting educated on animals at a young age and knew my dream was to work with animals. I started my professional career in the industry in 2017. I worked at a dog daycare and boarding facility for a year, then moved on to a facility for dogs and cats, which I’ve worked at since 2018. Over the years at these facilities, I’ve learned about proper care, training and grooming techniques for dogs, and care for cats. I have plenty of experience working with different breeds of dogs from the smallest teacup poodle, to the chunkiest bulldog, to the biggest Great Dane. I’ve worked with many different breeds, sizes and personalities in large daycare groups, so I’ve learned how to manage different demeanors in different settings. With cats, I understand their boundaries and don’t like to force any interaction on them, but if they are comfortable with it I give them lots of love. I’ve also volunteered at a shelter for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and rodents. At the shelter, I focused on learning how to properly care for rodents and cats. *I don’t discriminate against any pet’s breed, size, age, medical condition, etc. I treat them all with the best care.* **I am able to dispense oral medication to pets if necessary. I AM NOT CERTIFIED TO GIVE INJECTION (NEEDLE INVOLVED) MEDICATION** I work in Gardena in the afternoon-evening Mon-Fri, but typically am home or close by during most of the day and on weekends. I tend to stay local when running errands. My apartment is gated and a code or key is needed to enter the premises. We have a large grass area right out front, which is not gated. There’s plenty of grass and parks in the neighborhood to go to during walks. My apartment is on the second floor with the luxury of having the parking garage underneath me, so your pet running around the house won’t disturb anyone! I stay alert and aware of my surroundings at all times for safety purposes. I have multiple rooms and gates to separate pets when necessary (feeding, bedtime, rest breaks…etc.) My pets are flea treated regularly and stay up to date on their vaccines. **IMPORTANT NOTICE BELOW!!! In order to keep my home a healthy and clean environment for all, IF PETS ARRIVE WITH FLEAS I require a $50-$100 cleaning fee AND a flea bath may apply with a MINIMUM charge of $38/pet bathed. I HIGHLY recommend flea treatments and checking your pets for fleas BEFOREHAND to avoid additional charges. ADDITIONALLY, if your pet causes any damages to my property there will be a MINIMUM charge of $25 for repairs/replacements.**

18. Jarrell H.

“Simply the best. I never worry about my dog when Jarrell walks her. I have a 60lb Staffordshire Terrier that is very excitable and impulsive that I always have to worry about her lunging at bikers or jumping into the street to deflect cars that are getting close because she is so protective (its the thought that counts, but obviously she’d lose a battle with a car. Ha ha) needless to say, Jarrell makes me feel better regarding my dogs impulsiveness and excitability.”

About: While I haven't owned dogs personally yet, I've been the go-to dog sitter for friends and family for over 2 years. I've cared for breeds ranging from energetic Labrador puppies to senior Chihuahuas, learning each dog's unique needs and preferences. My passion for dogs has led me to study canine behavior and positive reinforcement training techniques, which I apply in every interaction. I'm building experience now before welcoming my own dog someday! As someone currently between full-time positions, I have a flexible schedule perfect for dedicated pet care. I'm available weekdays throughout the day and weekends by arrangement. This flexibility allows me to provide consistent walks, playtime, and care exactly when your furry friends need it most. I'm excited to build relationships with dogs in my community! I prioritize safety and comfort in every pet interaction. When visiting your home, I follow all your instructions precisely and maintain your pet's routine. I always double-check that doors and gates are secure before and after walks. Though I don't have dogs of my own yet, my home is pet-proofed and ready for playdates with plenty of open space for exercise and relaxation.

20. Karin S.
About: I currently am in grad school at Azusa Pacific University. I am an active person and believe that walking and staying active while surrounding myself with dogs is the best of both worlds! I love to care for dogs by going on long runs, giving infinite belly rubs, and providing undivided attention. I had dog sit for neighbors and family members over the past few years. I will watch over any breed of dog, big or small, I love them all. I am planning to give your dog all the love and compassion it deserves. I will love your pets just as much as my own! I am currently in school 2 days a week so am flexible most of the week. My weekends are also pretty free and willing to accommodate so your best receives the best care. I will set up a meeting to ensure that your pet is going to receive the best care. I am a stickler on making sure everything is the same way I found it.
