“Shannon went above and beyond in caring for our two cats! I appreciated her for jumping in for our sort of last minute request and doing such a great job. She communicates well, asks great questions — and her updates and pictures gave us peace of mind while we were out of town. She also got the cats to warm up to her so quickly so huge plus. Highly recommend”

“Sami’s work ethic is great! We so appreciate the detailed visit notes and photos of our Labradoodle Tommy. She’s got great energy and has so much patience with him. Very glad to have found her! ?”

Walking with a loving friend of the family. I will drop everything for a dog in need. I always make sure to keep open communication with the owners and other family members. About: Hi, I’m Fibie! I’m a 22-year-old nursing student who would love the opportunity to care for your pets like they’re my own. I have two dogs of my own—a 6-year-old terrier mix who is my best friend and loves to cuddle, and a playful 7-month-old American Bully who keeps me on my toes! I’ve grown up around pets my whole life and have experience caring for the pets of family and friends. I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family members, and my goal is to make pet care one less thing for you to worry about. Whether you’re busy, traveling, or simply need an extra hand, I’m here to provide your pets with plenty of love, attention, playtime, and care. I can’t wait to meet your pets, get to know their personalities, and make some new furry friends! I am a nursing student with a flexible schedule, offering reliable, loving pet care throughout the week and weekends, including walks, drop-ins, and overnight stays. I prioritize keeping pets safe, comfortable, and supervised at all times. My two dogs get regular walks and outdoor time in our secure, turf-covered backyard. I’m happy to follow your pet’s routine, including crate training if needed, or allow them to roam while I keep a close eye on them.
“Sora was amazing with drop in visits for our two kitties while we were away! She was very communicative, always on time, shared updates and is incredibly kind. We would absolutely reccomend her and book her services again!”

“We can't thank Elaine enough for dropping-in to take care of Leo while we were out of town. She did such an amazing job at not only taking care of Leo but keeping us (the paw-rents) at ease. Elaine was diligent with caring for Leo and sent us many pictures during her visits. She is a true professional. You can tell Leo and Elaine created a bond and we will definitely think of Elaine first next time we are out of town. Thank you so much Elaine! ?”

“We booked our holiday travel a little late in the year and our normal supply of family/friends who cat-sit for us were unavailable. I took a chance on Rover and found Allen and it all worked out splendidly! I met Allen before we left, gave him a quick intro to our cat Lisette, and away we went. I also left written instructions just in case and Allen followed them to a T. He sent photos and a video every day, putting my fears to rest about leaving our cat alone for the first time (we adopted her 6 months ago). I recommend Allen 100%! We will definitely be calling him again.”

“Always a delight to have Donny taking care of our cats! We get great updates, our cats get time with one of their favorite people, it's a joy to have such dependable care available!”

“Sarah was great with our cat! She was very communicative and also went above and beyond to help bring in deliveries while we were out of town. We will definitely hire her again!”

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was very little, like walking, feeding and bathing them. I have taken care of family and friends pets. I currently have time over the summer as I work at a middle school and have the summer off. I am very flexible to take care of your fur baby. My dog has a fenced in yard and is crate trained. I will follow the rules and routine for which your fur baby has to keep them safe
About: Dogs are a great l♥️ve of our whole family. I have years of experience living with and caring for pets of all ages and personalities — from energetic puppies and kittens just beginning to discover the world, to dogs and cats of a more distinguished age. I spend almost all of my time at home, so your pet will always be supervised and in good company. I host pets from no more than 2 families at a time — this allows me to give every guest the attention and care they deserve. Pets must be totally friendly towards people and other dogs. Please ensure your pet has the necessary vaccinations and flea treatment. My home has a large fully fenced backyard with shade, grass and water — perfect for off-leash walks, active play, and lazy sunny afternoons. My medical background helps me stay attentive to any needs your pet may have. If you have any questions — feel free to reach out. I’d love to answer them, because I understand how important it is to get to know the person you’re trusting with your beloved companion.
About: I’ve been taking care of dogs for many years, including my own large-breed dog, so I’m very comfortable with pets of all sizes and personalities. I’m patient, responsible and calm in any situation, and I make sure every dog feels safe, understood and well cared for. Owners trust me with feeding routines, potty schedules, long walks, playtime and keeping their dogs relaxed while they’re away. I pay close attention to each dog’s needs — whether they are energetic, shy, or still learning. My goal is to give your pet a comfortable, stress-free stay and to keep you updated with photos and messages throughout the day I live with my Rottweiler and provide calm, structured, and attentive care in a home environment. I’m with the dogs most of the day, so they’re never left on their own and always supervised. I focus on keeping dogs comfortable, relaxed, and safe — whether that means playtime, walks, or just having space to settle in. I’m very attentive to behavior, routines, and boundaries, especially when dogs are staying together. I treat every dog like my own and make sure they feel secure, respected, and at home. I live in a quiet, safe home with great walking areas nearby. Dogs are always supervised and kept on leash during outdoor time, as I don’t have a fenced yard. I introduce dogs slowly, monitor interactions closely, and make sure everyone has space when needed. Safety and comfort always come first.
About: I have always been a dog person after watching the movie Beverly Hills Chihuahua. Ever since I was little we have always owned a dog, my god parents gave me a beautiful little shitzu but unfortunately we had to rehome him but years later I bought my own little maltese poodle. I have quite the experience with dogs because I’ve always been around them whether it’s my own, my family’s or friend’s. I currently only work 3 days out of the week as a receptionist in a chiropractor’s office so I have so much free time for your pups! I will spend time with your fur babies such as taking them on long walks, perhaps even teaching them a couple new tricks, cuddle with them and bathe them if you feel comfortable with that.
About: I have taken care of a variety of animals since I was a young kid and have had a dog virtually my entire life, sometimes a few dogs at once and many cats too. I have been a fish, dog, and cat parent for about thirty years or more of my adult life and ongoing. Recently completed a twelve-week obedience training course with our German Shepherd. Plenty of work to do. We also have done pet sitting for friends, as they have also done for us over the many years. We have cared for many a senior dog or cat, as they have been ours. We have always had and cared for animals through their entire life cycle. Before Rover dog care and dog walking of other peoples pets, aside from friends pets was not something we had done as a business, but taking care of animals, especially dogs is an activity I have been doing my entire life, every day. We walk our own dog a couple of times daily. I have owned and cared for many dogs. I currently own a two year old White German Shepherd, which is very socialized. He is a silly one. I have some experience in training, in as much as myself and my GSD went through twelve weeks of obedience classes through PetSmart to help get him setup for success. My primary business is in IT. I work from home almost every day. I have an independent IT consulting company, working for myself since 2003, to date. A very flexible schedule. However, the business has been slow and I am looking for something to supplement my income. Another IT job would likely be treated as a conflict, and I already do that work anyway. This type of gig seems perfect, flexible schedule and doing something I have always wanted to do. Right now, I have the time. We will discuss shifts; I may be good to help during a variety of times. I love dogs, all animals really. We are very willing to sit for some dogs in our own home or stop in to check on, walk and feed them, etc. I have a neighbor that does the same thing as a “side hustle” (for Rover) and they love it. When I am out walking my dog, I often run into them walking their dog tenants that they are sitting while owners are away. I have lived in the Southbay since 1988 and love it here. I live in a two-story house on the edge of old Torrance and Harbor City. I look forward to our future contact and making some new furry friends. Thanks so much for your consideration. I have a fenced yard and one dog, a white German Shepherd that is still enjoying late stage puppy hood :-) at two years old. Loves his toys, well socialized and really loves playing with other dogs. He is good company for another dog and someday soon we may be getting another, so he always has a friend. Right now we have just one. We also have one Maine Coon cat (16yr), that generally stays out of site around new dogs. Our one cat has been living with dogs most of his life. We will create separation of animals if it is necessary. If you provide it and it is needed, we will crate your dog, otherwise we are happy to let them always be part of the home while staying with us. The home is safe and secure with plenty of space inside and outside. We are in an enclosed subdivision with safe residential streets for walks. We have dedicated space where our dog and cat eat separately, we can also set up feeding so your pet can eat alone if necessary. We can adjust access to food, so nobody (including our dog) has any issues. Dog walking is done regularly for our GSD and we are happy to take your pet along to explore the neighborhood.

“Jessica did an hour drop in on our two dogs. She was prompt and provided us with lots of photos. She made sure to provide them enrichment, time to potty, and filled up their water bowl before she left. We would definitely hire Jessica again!”

Shannon was great! She was able to accommodate my drop in request with short notice and made sure that all my requests were met. She sent videos of my kitten and communicated with me regarding when she entered my home and when she left. I would recommend her to people looking for drop-in sitting and I will definitely use her services again!

Absolutely the best cat sitter who has watched our cat numerous times! From the very first day, Ivy was professional, incredibly organized, caring and communicative. We received wonderful daily updates and pictures that showed our cat was completely relaxed and happy. It gave us total peace of mind while we were away. Our home was left completely clean and tidy, and our fur baby was perfectly cared for. We will absolutely be booking Ivy again and highly recommend her services to any pet parent!

She did a wonderful job making sure my cats were comfortable, happy, and fed every day while I was away for a week. She communicated well and was attentive to all the needs of my special-needs cat and my kittens. I felt confident knowing they were in caring and capable hands!

Ji Hae was wonderful with our dogs. She came to meet them before we left town. She fed both and medicated our Australian Shepherd/Husky mix. Ji Hae walked both dogs and made sure they had plenty of water. She kept us updated with photos and left the house neat. I’m confident in recommending Ji Hae’s services.
