INFORMATION I'D LIKE TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR DOG • Is your dog neutered or spayed? If not, do they exhibit any dominant behaviors towards male or female dogs? • Are there any specific behaviors or preferences to consider when introducing new dogs? • Do they have a preference for dogs? Are they more inclined towards the company of energetic dogs or do they favor calm dogs? • What's their go-to fun time? Are they chase champions, wrestling warriors, or undefeated tug-of-war titans? • Do they offer "corrections"? Is it an occasional or a frequent occurrence? Could you provide any specific examples that come to mind? • Are they friendly with people, or do they exhibit a preference? How frequently does your dog interact with other dogs and people? •Dogs may suffer from separation anxiety, which can lead to destructive behavior, excessive barking, or restlessness when left alone. Additionally, dogs living in the same home may experience separation anxiety from one another. Please indicate if you are aware of or have noticed some form of separation anxiety from your dog(s). •Are they aggressive towards dogs based on size? Male or female dogs? •Are they escape artists? Please provide information regarding this so I can be prepared. •Pets can exhibit territorial behavior over food, treats, toys, and even people. This behavior, known as resource guarding, involves a pet displaying aggression to protect valued objects or individuals from others. Please indicate if your dog displays any similar behavior. •Are there things that cause your dog to be fearful, anxious, or reactive? Any information is welcome as some dogs may react to specific triggers like loud noises, unfamiliar people or animals, and new environments. • Being informed about common health conditions that can affect your dog's quality of life, such as arthritis, allergies, and injuries with lasting effects, is crucial to providing them with the proper care needed. • Are they on any medications? If so, could you provide their medication schedule? Additionally, are there any adverse side effects that we should be aware of? • Is your dog microchipped? • Is their vaccination and flea prevention schedule current? • Are the care instructions provided on Rover up to date? • Who is your preferred vet? For dogs with chronic conditions (ex. epilepsy, heart murmurs, hypothyroidism, Addison's disease, etc.) who is your emergency vet? • In an emergency, if you are unreachable, who should be contacted? DOG WALKING •Do they react to dogs, skateboards, bicycles, or people? Any specific triggers? •Any sensitivity to loud noises? please also include if it's more common during holiday festivities. •Any leash aggression? •Are there any other behaviors or reactivity issues I should be aware of before walking your dog(s)? •If you have specific preferences for their walking—heeling, walking on the right side versus the left side, or a loose leash—please inform me before the walk. •Where are they allowed or not allowed to go potty? (I understand that some owners prefer their dogs not to use the front patios or front yards of their apartments for this purpose.) INTACT DOGS • I do not host any females while in heat. • If your intact female dog exhibits dominant but not aggressive behaviors, it would be helpful to have detailed information on instances of her dominance. This will allow me to be prepared and aware of what behaviors to anticipate. • Should your intact female dog exhibit dominant and aggressive behaviors toward another intact female, they will not be accommodated simultaneously with another intact female dog in my care. While it's uncommon for such behaviors to manifest in intact females, the likelihood increases as they approach their heat cycles. • If your intact male dog exhibits dominant but not aggressive behaviors, it would be helpful to have detailed information on instances of his dominance. This will allow me to be prepared and aware of what behaviors to anticipate. • Should your intact male dog exhibit dominant and aggressive behavior towards another intact male, they cannot be accommodated if another intact male dog is present. Size doesn't matter in our canine club; we adore every dog, from the tiny to the towering! If your pup plays well with others, they're guaranteed a spot in our pack. ?

Before caring for your furry companions, I would love to learn more about their personalities, any particular needs they may have, and their regular daily routine. If you would like me to carefully follow any directions, please let me know before your dog arrives and before I visit. Whether your dog is with me for boarding or daycare, they will enjoy frequent walks, visits to our favorite parks (with your permission), and occasionally, based on their strength and stamina, nearby hikes or extended group walks with other dogs that have similar interests! They're sure to have a blast playing with any other dogs that might be around, such as well as my dog Harley and sometimes my smaller dog Chloe! Additionally, I can provide them with a ton of brain-stimulating interactive toys and puzzles that they may complete while enjoying snacks or meals. We also enjoy practicing tricks, so if there are any in particular that you might be practicing at home or in general, please let me know! If your dog is older or less active, we can spend time at home relaxing, cuddling, giving belly rubs, and playing with toys. I'm on a mission to discover the most tail-waggingly fun games and activities that will have your dog(s) barking with joy during their time with me. If your furry friend's birthday falls on a day we're together, don't hesitate to tell me!
