I’m an attentive and detail-oriented pet sitter with hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, and a variety of other pets. I grew up with dogs and have extensive experience with overnight stays, ranging from weekend trips to 1–2 week vacations. I take each pet’s routine seriously and make sure their individual care instructions are followed closely - from feeding schedules and medications to exercise, playtime, and their usual routines. I also send regular photo and message updates so you can relax knowing how your pet is doing while you’re away. I’m a powerlifter and active person, so I’m comfortable handling strong, high-energy dogs and providing plenty of exercise. I’m happy to accommodate both short and long walks, playtime, and whatever level of activity is appropriate for your pet. I’m detail-oriented, adaptable, and take pride in providing dependable care that fits each pet’s individual needs. My weekday schedule is primarily in-office, so I’m best suited for overnight stays, mornings and evenings, and I’m fully flexible on weekends. My goal is simple: for your pets to feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for—and for you to have peace of mind while you’re away.

Shannon was great! She was able to accommodate my drop in request with short notice and made sure that all my requests were met. She sent videos of my kitten and communicated with me regarding when she entered my home and when she left. I would recommend her to people looking for drop-in sitting and I will definitely use her services again!
Shannon was absolutely wonderful with Nibbles! She watched her for 9 days in her home, and I’m so happy we found her. Drop-off and pick-up were super easy, and Shannon was very thorough about asking questions beforehand so she could make sure Nibbles was comfortable and knew her routine and preferences. She took such great care of her and made sure she was happy, well-fed, comfortable, and got lots of love and attention. I could tell Nibbles was in really good hands, as I received consistent updates/pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Shannon is such a sweetheart, and I’m extremely happy with the care she gave Nibbles. I would absolutely recommend her and will definitely use her again in the future!

Shannon has been one of my cat’s best caregivers to date! My cat stayed with her while I was away for vacation, and he quickly grew a liking towards her. This was probably because he felt safe and was well cared for. Shannon adhered to my instructions without issue and was fantastic with timely communication. I would not hesitate to have her pet sit again and highly recommend her for anyone who needs a pet sitter!
Shannon went above and beyond in caring for our two cats! I appreciated her for jumping in for our sort of last minute request and doing such a great job. She communicates well, asks great questions — and her updates and pictures gave us peace of mind while we were out of town. She also got the cats to warm up to her so quickly so huge plus. Shannon is AMAZING and one of the only people I trust to take care of our pets. We have 2 dogs, a tortoise, birds, and fish and shannon takes care of them all with love and expertise. She always sends updates and follows our very detailed instructions. Our pets are our babies and Shannon treats them with so much love. She is so responsive and nice too! Every time she comes over the dogs are so excited to see her. I can’t recommend her enough!

Schedule
I work in an office Monday through Friday, so I’m most flexible on weekends. For pets who are comfortable being home during the workday, I’m available for morning and evening care, overnight stays, and throughout the weekend. I can also accommodate a midday drop-in during my lunch hour for pets who need an extra break or more frequent attention.

I’m careful to create a safe, calm, and comfortable environment for every pet. I’m happy to care for pets in my home or their home, depending on the service and what works best for them. Before each stay, I like to go over their routine, care instructions, medications, exercise needs, and your expectations so we’re on the same page. I follow instructions closely and treat your home and belongings with the same care I would my own.
A typical day
I tailor each day to the pet’s personality and energy level. This may include neighborhood walks, longer 45–60 minute walks, playtime, enrichment, or simply relaxing together. I’m happy to keep things active for energetic dogs or low-key for senior, shy, or lower-energy pets. I maintain their normal routine as closely as possible and send regular photos and updates throughout the stay.
