About: I've had a lifelong love for animals, from being a devoted mom to two energetic huskies to caring for both dogs and cats throughout my life. I also have experience looking after senior and special needs animals, so I truly understand the unique needs of pets. Above all, safety is my top priority, and I always ensure pets are in a secure environment, whether I’m indoors or out, and that they have plenty of fresh water, food, and comfortable resting spaces.

About: I worked as a vet tech for 6 years and dog grooming for 4 years. Ive had dogs my whole life. I can't wait to meet your family member! I love walking and what's better than walking? Walking with a loving friend of the family. I will drop everything for a dog in need. I always make sure to keep open communication with the owners and other family members. Also I love sending little photos or videos of us :)

About: I’ve had dogs for as long as I can remember; I’ve had several of all sizes throughout my life, and they were like siblings to me. I love dogs of all kinds; wherever I go, they seek me out, greet me, and let me pet them. I think that’s a great sign that I connect with them. I am a freelance videographer and video editor. I set my own schedule, so at any moment I can pause my editing work to go walk dogs or look after my son's cat when he travels. Yes, often. I take two dogs for a walk every day; I've been doing it for years, and babysitting my son's cat when he travels.

About: Fur Baby Caretaker LLC OUT OF TOWN AUGUST 14th-17th!! I’ve absolutely adored animals since I was 4yrs old. I started getting educated on animals at a young age and knew my dream was to work with animals. I started my professional career in the industry in 2017. I worked at a dog daycare and boarding facility for a year, then moved on to a facility for dogs and cats, which I worked at from 2018-2022. Over the years at these facilities, I’ve learned about proper care, training and grooming techniques for dogs, and care for cats. I have plenty of experience working with different breeds of dogs from the smallest teacup poodle, to the chunkiest bulldog, to the biggest Great Dane. I’ve worked with many different breeds, sizes and personalities in large daycare groups, so I’ve learned how to manage different demeanors in different settings. With cats, I understand their boundaries and don’t like to force any interaction on them, but if they are comfortable with it I give them lots of love. I’ve also volunteered at a shelter for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and rodents. At the shelter, I focused on learning how to properly care for rodents and cats. *I don’t discriminate against any pet’s breed, size, age, medical condition, etc. I treat them all with the best care.* **I am able to dispense oral medication to pets if necessary. I AM NOT CERTIFIED TO GIVE INJECTION (NEEDLE INVOLVED) MEDICATION** I work part time in Gardena in the afternoon-evening Mon-Fri, but typically am home or close by during most of the day and on weekends. I tend to stay local when running errands. My apartment is gated and a code or key is needed to enter the premises. We have a large grass area right out front, which is not gated. There’s plenty of grass and parks in the neighborhood to go to during walks. My apartment is on the second floor with the luxury of having the parking garage underneath me, so your pet running around the house won’t disturb anyone! I stay alert and aware of my surroundings at all times for safety purposes. I have multiple rooms and gates to separate pets when necessary (feeding, bedtime, rest breaks…etc.) My pets are flea treated regularly and stay up to date on their vaccines. **IMPORTANT NOTICE BELOW!!! In order to keep my home a healthy and clean environment for all, IF PETS ARRIVE WITH FLEAS I require a $50-$100 cleaning fee AND a flea bath may apply with a MINIMUM charge of $38/pet bathed. I HIGHLY recommend flea treatments and checking your pets for fleas BEFOREHAND to avoid additional charges. ADDITIONALLY, if your pet causes any damages to my property there will be a MINIMUM charge of $25 for repairs/replacements.**

We decided our pup needed more midday exercise than we could provide, so Jailene swooped right in to come on time everyday: friendly, confident, professional, and no frills. My dog even looks cool walking with her! They get an uphill mile in each weekday for 30 mins and our pup comes back worked, happy, and relaxed. About: I have always been a dog person after watching the movie Beverly Hills Chihuahua. Ever since I was little we have always owned a dog, my god parents gave me a beautiful little shitzu but unfortunately we had to rehome him but years later I bought my own little maltese poodle. I have quite the experience with dogs because I’ve always been around them whether it’s my own, my family’s or friend’s. I currently only work 3 days out of the week as a receptionist in a chiropractor’s office so I have so much free time for your pups! I will spend time with your fur babies such as taking them on long walks, perhaps even teaching them a couple new tricks, cuddle with them and bathe them if you feel comfortable with that.

About: As a student, I took classes at the East Valley Animal Shelter in Los Angeles. I adopted a Pitbull Lab mix from the San Pedro Animal Shelter while I was in college. He changed my life! I was a pet sitter for several years, walking dogs, doing day visits, and overnights in the Southbay area. I currently have 3 pets: a Chihuahua Mix from a non-profit shelter and a tuxedo cat. A stray kitten was living under my truck and she basically adopted my dog. I love walking, swimming, the beach, hiking and just in general being outdoors. Pet sitting is my ideal part time job. I want to be outdoors and meeting new people/pets. I have two little humans I take care of and do have to be flexible because of their schedule. But I have plenty of time for your pets and I am good about schedules. Very detailed oriented. I am careful about fences, gates, and locking up when I leave to make sure your pet is safe and secure between my visits and while you are away. Whatever instructions you leave for me, I will follow.

About: I have been in the vet industry for 5 years as a vet assistant/technician and currently in college to further my veterinary career. I absolutely love all animals and I am only working part time due to my schooling so I have extra time to spend with new fur babies! I have much experience with big & small dogs, shy, anxious and frightened dogs due to my work I know exactly how to approach and treat a dog and to build that trust and bond :) I have always owned all types of dogs and many cats since a child and now have a frenchie and cat of my own that I adore. I am currently working part time and create my own work schedule so I have plenty of time for last minute and scheduled pet care! Having a dog of my own who is not dog friendly all of the time, I know the importance of keeping them at a safe distance with others or when it is socially safe and acceptable for them to interact with other dogs and humans. From working in an environment with dogs that clients leave with us to keep safe I know the importance of doors to be closed as possibly when entering a home and keeping a leash on at all times. Safety will always be my top priority!
