“Previous canine members of my wife's and my family have had very good experiences boarding with Rover caregivers, but my wife and I realized that Annie, whom we adopted in July, would not be happy in a space other than her own, so, we searched Rover for a house-sitter to care for Annie while we traveled overnight to celebrate Thanksgiving with out-of-town family. “I returned to a happy healthy puppy. It was my first time leaving him so I was very worried but leaving him with Maddy in the comfort of our own home was so helpful. Maddy went above and beyond. I had a very long travel day in the morning I left. And when I booked she already had commitments until later in the evening which I was aware of. I thought it would be okay and just had my neighbor check on him later in the afternoon in the crate and he had had diarrhea while in his crate. I was so worried about him but Maddie was incredibly communicative cleaned up made sure he was comfy and taken care of and he did not have another accident for the rest of my trip.”
