“I returned to a happy healthy puppy. It was my first time leaving him so I was very worried but leaving him with Maddy in the comfort of our own home was so helpful. Maddy went above and beyond. I had a very long travel day in the morning I left. And when I booked she already had commitments until later in the evening which I was aware of. I thought it would be okay and just had my neighbor check on him later in the afternoon in the crate and he had had diarrhea while in his crate. I was so worried about him but Maddie was incredibly communicative cleaned up made sure he was comfy and taken care of and he did not have another accident for the rest of my trip.”

We were nervous as they are still working on their social skills and adjusting after being thrown out of a car as puppies. Quiana was amazing though. We could tell when we met her that she knew how to work with them, letting Leo, the protective brother growl at her and ignoring him until he decided it was okay to let his guard down. Throughout our trip, Quiana sent updates including photos and videos of all our pets including our 18 year old cat. When she had to leave our puppies at an unplanned time to run back to her house and let her own dog out while her boyfriend was at work, she let us know - this was appreciated as we wouldn’t have known if she didn’t tell us. The transparency certainly helped gain our trust. She also took good care of our house and brought the mail and newspapers in without being asked! “Erik has a heart and passion for dogs. He's not just a sitter, he's committed to Odin's needs. Odin's breed can be misunderstood and be labeled as difficult by some. Erik has been wonderful at keeping odin on schedule and using the activities I suggest to drain Odin mentally and physically. EVERY time I've come home after Erik's been with Odin, he's been balanced. (Which says a lot as Odin learns to how to navigate his separation anxiety). I feel safe and confident leaving Odin with Erik. I'm sure you will too!”

Sydney handled their introduction perfectly and brought a doggie gate to make sure they were safely separated at first. Everything she did was thoughtful and professional. Cody is a German Shepherd/Pit Bull mix and Riley is a Golden Retriever, and they got along beautifully thanks to Sydney’s calm, experienced approach. Ivy took a good care of our dogs for 9 days including administering insulin shots to one of our senior dogs. All of our 3 dogs warmed up to Ivy right away because of her calm demeanor, and Abi, the young GSD, even got zoomies while we were away which tells us she was very comfortable with Ivy. You won’t regret it if you hire Allen. He is outstanding! Allen easily managed our furry beast. Chloe is a Chinese slaughterhouse rescue and has some serious trust issues but Allen quickly won her over and was giving her belly rubs in no time. Liana was fantastic with my 15 1/2 year old and 9 year old dogs. They both take medication twice a day and Bowie & Truffles warmed up to her which shows she really was beyond amazing 🤩 as Bowie does not easily bond with anyone.
