“This was the first time leaving our puppies since we adopted them at the end of April. We were nervous as they are still working on their social skills and adjusting after being thrown out of a car as puppies. Quiana was amazing though. We could tell when we met her that she knew how to work with them, letting Leo, the protective brother growl at her and ignoring him until he decided it was okay to let his guard down. Throughout our trip, Quiana sent updates including photos and videos of all our pets including our 18 year old cat. When she had to leave our puppies at an unplanned time to run back to her house and let her own dog out while her boyfriend was at work, she let us know - this was appreciated as we wouldn’t have known if she didn’t tell us. The transparency certainly helped gain our trust. She also took good care of our house and brought the mail and newspapers in without being asked! We’d highly recommend Quiana and will definitely be calling on her again in the future!”

Erik has been wonderful at keeping odin on schedule and using the activities I suggest to drain Odin mentally and physically. EVERY time I've come home after Erik's been with Odin, he's been balanced. (Which says a lot as Odin learns to how to navigate his separation anxiety). I feel safe and confident leaving Odin with Erik. I'm sure you will too!”

“Tessa was incredible, compassionate, and responsible in every way taking care of our elderly disabled pups. A quick history, my Pomeranian Teddy was recently diagnosed with diabetes two weeks ago, and then two days later became totally blind. We have been at his side non stop, but had plans that required us to be out for at least 6 hours. When we initially spoke to Tessa she was right on it, telling us her history with elderly, blind, and disabled pets and gave us the piece of mind to trust her. We just got back from our trip and Teddy was excited, energetic, and had confidence we hadn’t seen in awhile. Reviewing the nanny cameras we have, which we told her about. She took the time to comfort Teddy when he was scared or crying. She sat with him and nurtured him and made sure he knew someone was there with him. She also was able to give him insulin with no problems at all. For this we definitely recommend her to anyone who wants their pets taken care of to the fullest possible. 5 out of 5.
