Heather was wonderful with our three dogs and one of the first sitters we ever trusted with them. She immediately put us at ease and took such great care of everything while we were away for a week. It was really nice because it showed she genuinely wanted to get to know them and make sure she was caring for them in the best way possible. One of the biggest bonuses is that she also cleans houses on the side, and it truly shows. We came home to a house that was even cleaner than when we left it, which was such a nice surprise after traveling and made coming home feel so much more relaxing. She was also incredibly thoughtful and flexible when our flight got delayed. She went out of her way to come back later in the evening to let the dogs out, which we really appreciated. Liana was fantastic with my 15 1/2 year old and 9 year old dogs. They both take medication twice a day and Bowie & Truffles warmed up to her which shows she really was beyond amazing 🤩 as Bowie does not easily bond with anyone.
