I may not have a ton of recent reviews, but I’ve been on Rover since 2019, and animals have always been my passion 🐾 I currently work as a relief veterinary assistant at CAMP LA in San Pedro and have been there for 5 years. Over that time, I’ve worked both full-time and part-time, gaining hands-on experience with a wide range of animals and medical care. These days, I’ve shifted into a more flexible schedule so I can spend time with my baby, but animal care is still a huge part of my life and something I truly love doing. I’m also continuing my education to become an RVT and have a bachelor’s degree in Zoology. I absolutely love what I do, and honestly, I’ll probably be more excited to meet your pet than they are to meet me 😅 During the weekdays, I’m a stay-at-home mom, so my little one is with me. Because of that, I do require pets to be very friendly and comfortable around a baby. She’s gentle and used to animals she treats our two cats like royalty. Current availability: Drop-in visits Dog walks (best for dogs ~40 lbs or under) For larger dogs or house sitting, I’m available during evening/night hours (around 8 PM–4 AM). My dog is older and has special needs, in addition to pretty bad separation anxiety. My cats immediately loved Olu. While they like company, there’s been very few people they want to run up to and give kisses and cuddles. I knew my cats had an excellent guardian, which made my trip even more relaxing. I loved getting kitty updates. I had a great time visiting with Olu and going over everything. She’s very thorough and caring and she does reiki on people and pets! One of my cats came from a very traumatic start in life. He’s let go of a lot of it but the reiki was such a benefit to both of them, especially him. I can see a big reduction in him bullying my other cat.
