We had an amazing experience with Sami for drop-in visits for our cat! She accommodated to our every ask and followed instructions clearly, communicating well when things came up or if we had questions during our vacation. She even went out of her way to bring in our packages for us before we remembered to ask. Our cat is shy so it was mostly care around the unit but she was very thorough and made sure to keep the space tidy for her when she came out later.
