Having not made a trip out of town in a couple years because of the pandemic, I was worried about Jerry's emotional state at having her routine broken and she is very fearful of strangers. Sami did a fantastic job caring for her and sending me updates and went above and beyond what was required, and proved to be flexible as my travel plans changed due to the pandemic.
