“Haylee was great with our doggos! Showed up on time and was able to feed and play with our dogs during her visit. She takes her time with them and gives them a lot of love and attention.”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since a young age, and it’s truly my passion. I have hands-on experience administering medications (both pills and syrups), treating minor wounds, and providing attentive care for puppies and senior dogs who need extra patience and support. I stay informed about pet health and well-being, and I can also prepare home-cooked meals tailored to their needs. What makes me different is the genuine love and dedication I bring to every pet—I understand they are family. At home, I’ve cared for multiple dogs over the years and currently live with a sweet 3-year-old cat, so I’m very comfortable with different personalities and needs. Your pet will be treated with the same care, patience, and affection as my own. I’m currently working part time so I have off days to dedicate to take care of your lifelong companion with love patience but also responsibility I have a 3 year old cat whom gives me companion and I also take her out for walks every day, back in home she has all the things she needs

“Kevin is the best! My pup enjoys his time with Kevin. Kevin gives Yoshi lots of pets and the treats I leave for Yoshi. If there are specific ways to do things, Kevin is very accommodating! He gives me a much appreciated, detailed account of what goes on during the visit He even lets me know how Yoshi’s poop is as he has tummy issues and this is important for me. Kevin takes lots of pictures of Yoshi running around or relaxing. It makes me feel happy to see Yoshi having fun and being well-cared for while I’m at work!”

“Fantastic would use Britney again. Knowledgeable, professional these great reviews aren't made up she made us comfortable so thank you Britney so nice to meet someone who really loves their job Jake & Robyn”

She is punctual and provides great updates (and awesome photos!) which gives me total peace of mind while I’m away. If you're looking for someone trustworthy who will treat your dog like her own, Leiah’s the needle in the haystack you are looking for!"”

Besides late nights, I am very free during the day. I am not currently looking to board pets in my home, but I am happy to help care for pets in your home! “Sydney is fantastic! She clearly cares about animals and took wonderful care of our cats! She even took the time to play with them to help them get comfortable with her and adjust to our absence. Sydeny also went above and beyond checking something for us that we forgot to do before leaving. As a bonus she also sends adorable pictures and videos while you're gone! Highly recommend Sydney!”

“Micah did an excellent job of caring for my fur babies! Pictures every time she was over with updates. Also, the best tell tell sign my babies were happy is if I come home and they are relaxed and not crying to see us. And this was the case. Highly recommend! 💜”

“Aileen is a wonderful pet sitter!! She goes above and beyond, is a great communicator, respectful of the property, and above all else she is extremely reliable. I always trust her with our 3 (and sometimes 6) cats! Thank you so much Aileen!”

“Omg, Kebri was amazing. She was always updating me about my boy and sending me pictures. I felt so relaxed on my vacation because my boy was in a good hands. When I came back, I felt like my boy even didn't miss me. He was like in his vacation with Kebri :) he had a lot of attention and care from her. I definitely will recommend Kebri to anyone. She is a great sitter, and she loves pets.”

About: I'm a veterinary medicine graduate from Peru with over 5 years of experience caring for dogs and cats. I have experience with puppies, senior pets, and administering oral medications when needed. I always prioritize your pet's safety, comfort, and well being, and I'll care for them as if they were my own. I have a flexible schedule and can provide pet care on weekdays and weekends. I can accommodate morning, afternoon, or evening visits based on your pet's needs. I always follow each owner's instructions and keep pets safe, comfortable, and loved. About: I was a pet parent of a 15 year old miniature poodle since Molly was 3 months old. I began caring for other pets besides my own dog, by volunteering at different animal shelters since I was fourteen. I volunteered with SPCALA, The Lovejoy Foundation, The Lange Foundation, and other animal rescue organizations. I have experience working with dogs of different sizes, breeds, and personalities. I started doing dog walking and pet sitting on my own as an independent provider in 2017 while I was in college. Then I started providing services through Rover in 2021. I provided Dogsitting and dogwalking for clients in Michigan during my graduate school studies at University of Michigan .I am working part-time in my field and I still want to provide Dogsitting and dog walking services in the Southbay area. I take care of other pets just as carefully as I take care of my own pets. I make sure I always have an eye on the pets I’m taking care of if I’m housesitting and I don’t leave dogs unattended. I can provide references from families as needed. I am offering dog sitting and dog walking in the Southbay area while I study full time for my credentialing exam. I am flexible in being able to schedule dog walking and dog-sitting/ house-sitting throughout the week since I can work my study schedule around that. I do not provide services in my own home because I have two family pets I live with. I think it is best to keep the pet's schedule as consistent as possible and that is what I strive to do.
“Brittney was AMAZING! She was great with my pup and provided pictures and updates the week I was gone. She was respectful with our house and brought in delivery packages in and even picked up after my pup. I wouldn't hesitate for her to dog sit, your fur ball definitely will be in great hands!”

Marianna was absolutely wonderful. She took very good care of our senior kitty Zelda, which involved tracking and administering different meals, giving nightly meds, making sure Z was comfy with her laser light and TV programs, and more. She left beautiful and detailed notes, sent great pics of Z, and went above and beyond too, doing things like filling our bird feeder and washing and refilling the water dishes we keep out for birds, which was not something we asked her to do but was very much appreciated. She left everything better than she found it. She responded quickly when I reached out to her too. Marianna has a sweet, calm energy that immediately put us and Z at ease. We definitely plan to work with Marianna next time Z needs grounded and loving care.

Vanessa took wonderful care of our cats while we were away for two weeks. She was always on time, incredibly responsive, and kept us updated with detailed report cards after every visit. It was obvious from the photos and updates that our cats were comfortable, well cared for, and genuinely loved by her, they looked like they were having a great time! She also went above and beyond by bringing in our packages and helping with a few small requests around the house, which we really appreciated. Knowing everything was in such good hands gave us so much peace of mind while we were traveling. We highly recommend Vanessa to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and trustworthy cat sitter!

Indra did an amazing job dropping in to check on out pets during our trip. She was prompt, reliable, and communicative. She took extra care giving out pets the type of attention they like, and shared great pictures and videos with us daily. Would highly recommend.

Beyza was amazing with our cat, Strawberry. Even though it was their first time meeting, they bonded very quickly and Strawberry felt comfortable with her right away. During every visit, Beyza spent quality time playing with Strawberry, brushing him, and making sure he received plenty of attention and care. She was very responsible with feeding, refreshing water, cleaning the litter box, and keeping an eye on everything while we were away. Whenever there was anything worth mentioning, she proactively reached out and kept us updated, which gave us great peace of mind during our trip. I would absolutely book Beyza again in the future and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and attentive cat sitter. Thank you so much for taking such great care of Strawberry!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy.
