About: I’ve been a dog groomer for the past five years, but recently left my 9-5 to stay at home with my two year old son. I’ve always worked with animals and wouldn’t have it any other way. Recent SAHM looking for some extra money for the household. My schedule is wide open morning to evening all week long including weekends and holidays. I always respect a pet’s boundaries and always let them do the approaching. I will follow any and all owner’s instructions along with use my own knowledge and experience to ensure all pets are always comfortable, happy, and safe.
“I’m very happy that Chieko took good care of my cat while I was out of town. She sent me pictures and updates every time she came, so that I could be sure my cat was doing OK. Not only taking care of my cat but she also took care of me how to navigate the app step by step. I’ll be requesting her again next time.”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since a young age, and it’s truly my passion. I have hands-on experience administering medications (both pills and syrups), treating minor wounds, and providing attentive care for puppies and senior dogs who need extra patience and support. I stay informed about pet health and well-being, and I can also prepare home-cooked meals tailored to their needs. What makes me different is the genuine love and dedication I bring to every pet—I understand they are family. At home, I’ve cared for multiple dogs over the years and currently live with a sweet 3-year-old cat, so I’m very comfortable with different personalities and needs. Your pet will be treated with the same care, patience, and affection as my own. I’m currently working part time so I have off days to dedicate to take care of your lifelong companion with love patience but also responsibility I have a 3 year old cat whom gives me companion and I also take her out for walks every day, back in home she has all the things she needs
“"I can’t recommend Leiah enough! She is professional, down-to-earth, friendly, and an excellent communicator. From our meet and greet, it was clear she truly loves dogs and knows how to engage with them. She is punctual and provides great updates (and awesome photos!) which gives me total peace of mind while I’m away. If you're looking for someone trustworthy who will treat your dog like her own, Leiah’s the needle in the haystack you are looking for!"”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for family members since high school and have loved being around animals ever since. I’ve also had cats of my own throughout the years, so I’m comfortable caring for both dogs and cats. I especially enjoy spending time with dogs and making sure they get a good, enjoyable walk and plenty of attention along the way. I have experience caring for small puppies as well. While I’m not a dog trainer and don’t have experience administering medications, I’m dependable, attentive, and committed to making sure every pet in my care feels safe, happy, and well cared for. I'm currently working very flexible hours and have time to share with your beloved pets. I can do mid day walks, morning walks, weekend care and can be flexible with what you need. I have a fenced front yard, but most of the care would be in my 2 level townhouse or on-leash outside. I have a designated spot for food and water. My cat would be sleeping or hiding and I'd always have eyes on your pet.
“Haylee was great with our doggos! Showed up on time and was able to feed and play with our dogs during her visit. She takes her time with them and gives them a lot of love and attention.”

“Caitlin was great in doing our cat “drop in” visits. Followed directions and played with the kitties. Very reliable, followed directions, and had great communication. She sent us such cute pictures of the kitties while we were away. Would hire again!”

“Kebri was super attentive to the needs of my aging, deaf girl. Kebri sat with her every visit and tried to give her extra TLC. I was afraid my girl had given up, was preparing to die, so I came home early. Turns out, she was just missing me. I am so grateful for Kebri's love and care for my girl while I was away.”

“Brittany did a great job with my furry trio. I loved the photos that were sent over so I could see how happy they were. I got home and the pups were happy and the place looked great. Thank you soo sooo much!”

“Susan was awesome! She was so caring and attentive to my puppy and sent lots of photos and updates! It is not easy trusting someone with your puppy in your home and she put us right at ease. We will certainly use her again.”

“Kevin is a Cat Whisperer! He was able to coax out and give love to my scairdy cat feral. Both other cats ran to greet him during drop in visits. He sent great videos and pics of them and he took great care of my home. When I came home, my cats were not stressed and needy. I would 100% book him again!”

About: I've been surrounded and take care of dogs since I was a kid. Years and years of experience (bathing, feeding, special care, long hikes, puppies, senior care) My golden retriever crossed the bridge early this year, (January of 2026) I’ve raised him since he was 8 weeks old, he stayed with me over a decade. And, my roommates always have cats, so I’m very familiar with both! 😊 I’m the definition of ‘Pet Person’, I truly enjoyed what I do and I have an immense amount of love and respect for all animals, specially pets, I consider them family ❤️ I'm working from home this days, so your pet will get that extra attention. I'm very flexible with my schedule. We can work something convenient for both parts. My dog crossed the bridge early this year, (Jan ‘26), so is just me when I do petsitting. At the moment, I’m not offering boarding.
“Sydney is fantastic! She clearly cares about animals and took wonderful care of our cats! She even took the time to play with them to help them get comfortable with her and adjust to our absence. Sydeny also went above and beyond checking something for us that we forgot to do before leaving. As a bonus she also sends adorable pictures and videos while you're gone! Highly recommend Sydney!”

About: I have had animals in my family all my life and I have experience caring for dogs and cats for family, friends and professionally. I have taken care of cats and small dogs - large dogs, I love them all! I’ve been relied on for walking, feeding, overnight stays, and giving extra love. I’m currently unemployed and my husband and I don’t have pets of our own. I have extra love to give and have plenty of time to care for others’ pets while they can’t. When taking care of pets in a clients home I’m cautious to follow instructions left for me. Even when caring for friends and family animals I want to make sure they’re safe and cared for as their owner would.

My goal is to provide compassionate, personalized care in your home while maintaining the routine and level of attention your pet is accustomed to. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your pet is receiving not only reliable care, but genuine love, attention, and understanding in the comfort of their own home.
“Micah did an excellent job of caring for my fur babies! Pictures every time she was over with updates. Also, the best tell tell sign my babies were happy is if I come home and they are relaxed and not crying to see us. And this was the case. Highly recommend! 💜”

Kebri is awesome! She does a great job staying in contact while we are away and gives great updates on our cat children. She has also done a great job completing our asks when she’s watched our cats, including things like turning the fans/AC on when it’s hot and letting them out on the catio to play. Our cats love her and they are in great hands when being taken care of by Kebri.

Shannon was great! She was able to accommodate my drop in request with short notice and made sure that all my requests were met. She sent videos of my kitten and communicated with me regarding when she entered my home and when she left. I would recommend her to people looking for drop-in sitting and I will definitely use her services again!

Sofia rocks! This is our second time having Sofia watch our kitties. She totally helped us out with a last minute care need and she even helped reset our router during the trip when we have wifi troubles and stayed through meal time to make sure the feeders were back up. Thank you again!!

Yiyu did an amazing job taking care of our boys while we were on vacation! She was always on time, very communicative, and brought such a warm, friendly energy when visiting our cats. One of our boys is particularly shy and even warmed up to her, which was amazing to see! Yiyu was wonderful overall and gave us so much peace of mind knowing our cats were happy and well taken care of while we were away. We would absolutely book with her again. Thank you, Yiyu!

Vanessa took wonderful care of our cats while we were away for two weeks. She was always on time, incredibly responsive, and kept us updated with detailed report cards after every visit. It was obvious from the photos and updates that our cats were comfortable, well cared for, and genuinely loved by her, they looked like they were having a great time! She also went above and beyond by bringing in our packages and helping with a few small requests around the house, which we really appreciated. Knowing everything was in such good hands gave us so much peace of mind while we were traveling. We highly recommend Vanessa to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and trustworthy cat sitter!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
