However, I understand that emergencies and last-minute situations happen, and I can be flexible when needed. If your dog has not completed an assessment beforehand, I will conduct one at drop-off. Introductions are done gradually and carefully, starting with my dog, Maya 🐕, before meeting the rest of the pack. If your dog is not comfortable in a group setting, they can be accommodated separately with their own indoor room and outdoor space. I know being away from home can be an adjustment for some pets, so I am patient and happy to give them the time and reassurance they need to settle in.
