About: I've been a lover of all creatures since I was in diapers! From ants and beetles, to snakes and lizards.. dogs, cats, horses and really anything else you can think of. I used to pretend like I was Dr. Doolittle (still do my family says!) Dogs have always held a special place in my heart. There aren't very many animals that will wait for you all day long just to greet you with that unconditional, emotional lick or wag of the tail when you walk through the door every single day. I have been caring for dogs since I was 8 years old. We had our own to walk, feed, bath and love but I also took care of family members & neighbors pets. I always said I would be a veterinarian but those cards didn't play out just right. So, since then I've taken every opportunity I can find to foster, adopt, volunteer and care for dogs & cats. As an adult, I have raised 3 puppies. An Australian Shepard, a Rottweiler & a German Shepard. I've adopted 3 dogs from the shelter. All of which required significant medical care/treatment. And also adopted 2 cats from the shelter. I'm comfortable and confident with administering medication and wound care. I am also able and willing to care for animals who may need a little extra help. Our days begin early. Usually around 6a. My daughter is in school from 8a-235p each day. My son walks to and from school each day. I am currently working limited hours (from home). Pet care works into my daily routine very nicely as I am able to be available for pet visitors pretty much any time. Walks, yard play, food, watering, medication, etc are tasks I'm able to mange with limited distraction. I have a very large, fenced in yard with grass! Our fences are over 6 feet tall. We have three fur babies of our own. One black German Shepard (3.5 years old) and one German Shepard/Husky mix (1 year old). One American bulldog mix (4 years old). They will be keeping your pets company. We do not crate our dogs but we can happily do so for you if that's what you and your pet(s) would like. We have two children. Daughter who is 11 and LOVES dogs and cats so much! And our son is 13. He is also a big softy for fur babies. We have two cats. One is strictly indoor and the other is indoor/outdoor. Neither cat care too much for the dogs and usually just go about their catlike business. We have an above ground pool that we do not allow the dogs to swim in and don’t allow them access.

She reinforces manners and works on obedience in such a natural, positive way, and we’ve genuinely seen improvement in Charlotte’s behavior. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing she’s learning and having fun. Even with the newest addition to the household — the cat! — Charlotte has been comfortable and well cared for. Emily creates such a calm, loving environment, and it’s clear she treats Charlotte like one of her own. We trust her completely and feel so lucky to have found her. “Shane couldn't have been better with my chocolate lab. Shane played with him, took him to the beach, and clearly welcomed my pup into his home. Shane was also really sweet in offering to pick up and drop off my dog. He was also attentive to the fact that my dog had a limp and was careful not to make it worse. Shane was very communicative and sent a ton of photos and videos. I would gladly leave my dog with him again. Highly recommend!”
“Michelle was an amazing pet sitter. This was my first time leaving my puppy with someone other then family and I could not be happier with my choice of leaving him in Michelle's capable hands. She treated my dog as if he was a member of her family. She gave my dog lots of love and attention and ensure he got lots of walks which he loved. Snoopy broke a nail the day before I had to leave and Michelle graciously help take care of him e-collar and all. She provided his medication and followed all his care instructions. Michelle also allowed my puppy to sleep with her which was very comforting for my puppy who is used to sleeping with me. Michelle kids were also great with Snoopy (my dog) and I could tell in all the wonderful video updates that he was very happy. I definitely missed my puppy more then I thought and Michelle happily provided me additional videos and pictures which made my family's and my day seeing him so happy and well taken care of. Michelle is more then just a pet sitter, she genuinely loves dogs and goes the extra mile to make sure the dogs in her care feel comfortable and happy. Will absolutely book her again.”

She has a very large yard which includes a huge portion of it dedicated for dogs which is separated by a fence, just what our furry friends needed, not to mention the care and individual attention that she provided.
