About: I Grew up with dogs and have two of my own. Boarded dogs since I was in college. Worked with different types of dogs and families! I work different jobs and mostly from home. I have two boys (12 & 10). They are well behaved and always help me with the boarding pups whenever they can The backyard is closed and fenced. I have artificial turf for pups to go potty. And the rest is concrete and river rocks. Fence on both sides to provide privacy and protection

As a dog parent to one reactive nervous nelly and one perfectly social senior I know what it is like to balance both and how different both of their needs are in order for both to be happy and comfortable. Wether it be administering meds, special walk considerations or just a little extra tlc I’d love to give your pup the same special treatment I give my own. I frequently volunteer with rescue and have experience caring for dogs with medical needs. I currently work from home so am able to spend the majority of time with your pup and get walks in 4+ times per day or as needed. I live in an apartment with my two friendly senior dogs who are both on daily medication themselves. We go on minimum four walks a day emphasizing a slow sniff for all the leisure goodness. With seniors myself I know that energy can vary so I am used to monitoring for fatigue to adjust and taking their lead.

When we returned Honey had several new BFFs: Christy and her canine savvy family, with couch-snuggle photos as proof; and Phoebe (Christy’s own golden retriever). Christy’s day plan nailed all Honey's need—timed meals and potty breaks along with the perfect play–nap balance. Christy sent updates and snapshots, so we stayed relaxed and guilt free at the park. I’ve studied +R (positive reinforcement) training and can help you stay consistent with your dog’s training and positive socialization. I love getting to know each dog’s personality and their likes and dislikes, habits & routines. As a dog parent to one reactive nervous nelly and one perfectly social senior I know what it is like to balance both and how different both of their needs are in order for both to be happy and comfortable. Wether it be administering meds, special walk considerations or just a little extra tlc I’d love to give your pup the same special treatment I give my own. I frequently volunteer with rescue and have experience caring for dogs with medical needs. I currently work from home so am able to spend the majority of time with your pup and get walks in 4+ times per day or as needed. I live in an apartment with my two friendly senior dogs who are both on daily medication themselves. We go on minimum four walks a day emphasizing a slow sniff for all the leisure goodness. With seniors myself I know that energy can vary so I am used to monitoring for fatigue to adjust and taking their lead.
