Armando was terrific! My 35 lb 2-year-old had stitches and needed to be kept calm and supervised for a couple days that we were unable to stay home with him. Armando was available on short notice and asked the right questions about what sort of care was needed (one of his dogs had just gone through a similar experience). His dogs were very sweet and he took terrific care of my boy both days, lots of play and socialization while keeping it nice and easy. Stitches came out on schedule after and he's healing up nicely. Hiromi was wonderful with our mini goldendoodle Mozzie! She was very generous letting us walk Mozzie to her door to help him get settled (as this was one of his first Rover experiences). We received lots of photos and video of Mozzie snuggling on her couch and playing with the other dog she was watching that day. She fed him lunch and walked him around the grounds of her gated apartment complex so he could get out for some exercise.
