I work from home full time and am very flexible to accommodate both your schedule and your pup's routine. I live in a large gated complex that’s perfect for long walks with plenty of grass areas, trees, and flowers. I'm currently accepting new clients for Daycare and Boarding. For repeat clients, I'm happy to offer any other services and will do my best to work around your schedule. Please bring any food/treats, a leash, harness, and your pup’s favorite toy or comfort item to help them feel at home. I’ll be happy to send you regular updates with photos and videos - just let me know how often you’d like them! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. *****IMPORTANT NOTES ON DOGGIE DAYCARE***** I'm flexible with drop-off and pick-up times. However, additional $5 will be added separately for: Drop-off before 9am / Pick-up after 6pm / Daycare over 10 hours (per hour) *****IMPORTANT NOTES ON CONSTANT CARE***** If your pup cannot be left alone for more than an hour at a time, I can certainly accommodate their needs. Please note that the Puppy Rate will apply. *****IMPORTANT NOTES ON PUPPY/SENIOR CARE***** - An additional $10 per day will be added if your pup is not yet ready for outdoor walks, is not potty trained, or has frequent accidents. – Please bring pee pads or diapers, along with the usual items for daycare or boarding. *****IF YOU NEED TRAVELING SERVICE***** - I offer pick-up and drop-off services depending on your location and the rates shown is a base rate per roundtrip. I will confirm a final rate after determining a distance. - Please provide a dog carrier or car seat for safe transportation. *****SAFETY MEASURES for COVID-19 & Dog Flu/Canine Influenza***** For clients' as well as my own safety, I've been extra careful about cleaning and sanitizing the shared surfaces (not to mention washing the water/food bowls, running air purifier etc.) to keep the space safe for everyone. Please feel free to share any concerns you may have, and to give me specific instructions (such as to avoid interacting with other pups on walks during a dog flu season). I'm here to help ease your concerns and to be a better caretaker for your loved ones.

Please let me know if your pup is comfortable with other furry friends. I usually host only one dog/dog family at a time but there are occasions where your pup may have a friend when other regular clients need help.

I stay inside the complex for walks and my complex is very dog-friendly! Many residents have dogs here and it's almost like a big dog park. There are stairs to my unit (please let me know if I should carry your pup up and down) and my unit has a laminate flooring (I can use a big blanket to cover it if your pup is used to a carpet).

Hiromi was wonderful with our mini goldendoodle Mozzie! She was very generous letting us walk Mozzie to her door to help him get settled (as this was one of his first Rover experiences). We received lots of photos and video of Mozzie snuggling on her couch and playing with the other dog she was watching that day. She fed him lunch and walked him around the grounds of her gated apartment complex so he could get out for some exercise. Hiromi was also flexible when we had to make a later pick up time than we expected. Mozzie is already looking forward to his next visit 😀 Thank you Hiromi!
My dog Mellie loves spending time with Hiromi. It had been a while since her last overnight stay and I knew that Mellie would be so excited to see her again. She immediately recognized where we were and ran straight towards Hiromi. Hiromi does an amazing job taking care of her, follows her routine and plays with her. I love seeing pictures of her having a good time and it gives me peace of mind anytime I’m away for a weekend or if I just need a day sitter, Hiromi is absolutely the best.
Wonderful care and communication. My dog is always very slow to warm up with new people, so how quickly he connected with her truly says a lot. I felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands from the day one. Highly recommend!
