On the day of the sit, she was very communicative about her arrival and departure times, which I really appreciated. About: I have owned 4 dogs, 3 cats, and 2 betta fish in my life. I have raised/trained 2 of the dogs myself which includes a miniature Australian Shepherd and a Husky. Wow! Helen was amazing!! We left our dog Beau and our cat Hammy with Helen for 6 days while on vacation. Beau stayed with her at her apartment and she would drop in on Ham nightly. She would send us constant updates and pictures and was quick to respond to messages. I felt that my animals were safe and well cared for. This gentleman is absolutely wonderful. Our dogs love him. He is thoughtful and kind, quiet and curteous, and I would trust him in my home any time. He did such a good job with our best friends. He will work with your schedule no matter whats up. Can't say enough good things about him.
Giovanny has been the most communicative sitter we’ve had so far on Rover! He was great with sending updates and sharing pictures of our dogs pretty much everyday day. He was also super reliable with our dog’s medication which is critical for his comfort. Our WiFi went down the day we left and all our security cameras went offline- Giovanny was kind enough to help us troubleshoot at the modem so we could get them back online.! I felt there was some opportunity with tidiness but nothing outside of what is acceptable. I do think he was very respectful and responsible with our home - we have already rebooked him for our next trip!
Kate was great with our senior dog. He has not been left with a dog sitter for over a year and I was worried about him being anxious. Kate was patient with him and took great care of him. Her communication is great and I would definitely recommend her. I would love to have her watch Winston again!
Delanea took great care of my senior dog, Bella, who has several age-related health issues and requires extra attention. She was punctual, communicative, and kept the house clean throughout her stay. Most importantly, Bella seemed happy, comfortable, and very relaxed when I returned home, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Joel was( great! He was responsive, communicative, and thoughtful with us humans. Most important, he was great with our silly pup. He also took good care of our home. We were able to have a great getaway because we knew our pet and our home were in good hands.
Jonathan was incredible. We booked him the week of using Rover and he stayed in our home and watched our two golden doodles that are four years old.
