I've spent time walking dogs of all sizes, and I make sure to learn any triggers your animals may have before taking them on walks. I'll send photos of your animals while you're away to help you feel at peace and enjoy your vacation or work trip!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs throughout my life and genuinely enjoy their company. I currently volunteer at my local animal shelter a few days a week. I have completed the shelters Fear Free training that teaches how to recognize and alleviate Fear, Anxiety, and Stress (FAS) in pets. The training touches on how to read animal body language, low stress handling techniques, environmental and protocol modifications. I have experience with puppies, adults, and senior dogs. I currently work part-time. My schedule consist of working M,W,F at 11:00 AM-3:00 PM and T,Th at 11:00 AM-4:00 PM. I am not scheduled at my day job on the weekends. So on Saturday and Sunday I am available for constant care. I can house sit, do drop in’s, and walks 7 days a week. But on weekdays I will be out 4-5 hours a day due to my work schedule. I will always respect clients boundaries. I understand the importance of leaving the place in good condition and cleaning up after myself. Most importantly sending updates to the owners on how their pets are doing. I also understand the importance of the big responsibility it is to care for my clients pets. I will always treat them as my own, with compassion, care, love and respect.

About: I’ve taken care of family’s pets and my own for the past 11 years. My dog is my baby and I will treat yours like one! Any type of help you need, I will exercise your pet, wash them, administer medicine. They will be well taken care of! Currently working full-time during the week. I am mostly available on weekends: Fridays: 6:30pm-night Saturdays: 1pm-night Sundays: all day I can make myself available on weekday nights 6:30pm - evening depending on the situation. Dogs will tell you what they need. I take them for potty breaks frequently and if they are telling me they want more play time I will give them extra play time. When they are more tired I will give them space to rest. Sometimes when they have attitude I have to be stern and tell them it’s not time for extra treats xD they like to be challenged so I do like to train them to do some tricks. My dog knows how to roll over, beg, and wait amongst several other tricks. Dogs like the direction and having a job to do. I have the patience to help them learn how to wait and walk properly on a leash without pulling. It takes time but it is doable!!

I’ve not only been the friend that takes care of everyone’s pets while they’re away, but I was also a dog walker on the east coast for many years in college. I have had my kitty Kunka since 2017 and have since adopted a stray in the community that needed some love. I grew up in a very pet-loving home. We always had cats & dogs, and on some occasions, a fish tank or cage of gerbils. My mother built an outdoor turtle habitat, and would often rescue animals in the community that needed aid. When I’m not pet sitting, I am a photographer and Social Media Coordinator for local businesses. I spend my free time staying active, under trees, riding mopeds with friends, writing and playing music. Cant wait to meet your fur-family! I am a freelance photographer, so my schedule varies each week. I typically have a couple shoots on the weekends, and maybe a few during golden hour each week, but most shoots only last 1-3 hours, so I am able to balance both gigs. I will always read your notes and follow instructions carefully and am very self-aware!
