“Ali was great to meet and so sweet with my dogs right away. She got down to their level and stayed kind and patient, even when one of them kept barking at her now and then. They both warmed up to her so quickly, which says a lot! She asked thoughtful questions that made me feel like she really understood their needs and genuinely cared about them. On the day of the sit, she was very communicative about her arrival and departure times, which I really appreciated. She also sent lots of photos and videos throughout the day which I appreciated as someone who tends to always worry!”

“Brendan has made us feel like we can travel again! As we have a senior dog, we are reluctant to leave him--he's set in his ways and does not like changes to his routine which causes stress (for him and for us). Brendan set us at ease immediately. He has an extensive experience with all types of dogs, and was well aware of the unique needs of seniors: funky about feeding, different types of meds and med schedules, and the possibility of incontinence. Brendan took all of this in stride AND made us feel confident he could manage any issues should they arise. From day one, Brendan sent pictures and updates and was very communicative about Maxwell's behavior, habits and general well-being while we were gone. Although it was a lengthy stay (8 nights), he was communicative throughout and took good care of our home. I would have Brendan at our home again without question. I felt comfortable and confident that he would take good care of our sweet Maxwell. He got to know his personality and quickly seemed to understand Maxwell and that was clear in his communications with us.”

About: I've taken care of dogs of friends for the last 10 years. It started when a co worker was in need of someone to watch their dog and it has snowballed ever since I work from home 100% of the time. Giovanny has been the most communicative sitter we’ve had so far on Rover! He was great with sending updates and sharing pictures of our dogs pretty much everyday day. He was also super reliable with our dog’s medication which is critical for his comfort. Our WiFi went down the day we left and all our security cameras went offline- Giovanny was kind enough to help us troubleshoot at the modem so we could get them back online.! I felt there was some opportunity with tidiness but nothing outside of what is acceptable. I do think he was very respectful and responsible with our home - we have already rebooked him for our next trip!
Kate was great with our senior dog. He has not been left with a dog sitter for over a year and I was worried about him being anxious. Kate was patient with him and took great care of him. Her communication is great and I would definitely recommend her. I would love to have her watch Winston again!
Delanea took great care of my senior dog, Bella, who has several age-related health issues and requires extra attention. She was punctual, communicative, and kept the house clean throughout her stay. Most importantly, Bella seemed happy, comfortable, and very relaxed when I returned home, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Caring for a senior dog can be challenging, and I appreciate the time and attention Delanea gave her. Thank you for helping care for my sweet girl.
Joel was( great! He was responsive, communicative, and thoughtful with us humans. Most important, he was great with our silly pup. He also took good care of our home. We were able to have a great getaway because we knew our pet and our home were in good hands.
Jonathan was incredible. We booked him the week of using Rover and he stayed in our home and watched our two golden doodles that are four years old. He walked the girls multiple times a day and made sure that they were fed. It was very comforting to have someone staying in our home being with our dogs knowing that they had someone was very comforting. We are already looking to book Jonathan for our trip in October and would be happy to recommend him for any owner owners. He kept the home clean and tidy and sent us lots of cute photos!!
