About: Most of my pets have been dogs and some of them have been older than a year or two months old, currently open to learn more. Currently looking for a part-time and love dogs. I have been taking care of dogs since I was in elementary school and currently have one. I live in a small apartment and get to walk her around the city and usually walk her two times per day during the weekends

I have a hybrid work schedule so I am available to drop in during the workday to provide any walks or potty breaks that are needed. I'm unavailable to pet sit, walk, or do drop-ins on Wednesdays and Thursdays. I can spend the night at your home to help ensure your furry companion doesn't experience separation anxiety. I've spent time walking dogs of all sizes, and I make sure to learn any triggers your animals may have before taking them on walks. I'll send photos of your animals while you're away to help you feel at peace and enjoy your vacation or work trip!

About: I’ve always grown up around dogs. My favorite breed are pitbull but I have two beagles at the moment. I’ll obey any instructions you have for your pet, I do my best not to feed into bad dog behaviors. I’ve taken care of my family members dogs and multiple dogs at once. I’m good at cleaning up after dogs too. I’m currently studying for my CPA exams, so pet care will easily fit into my weekly routine. I prefer to walk any animal before the sunsets, but being at someone’s home is fine any time. I’m good at cleaning up after animals and myself. I have two beagles so I prefer not to do anything at my house. But I’m more than willing to take care of any pets at their house.

I’ve got a dog of my own, so I know the drill: the 6am zoomies, the separation anxiety whining, the food that “definitely doesn’t cause gas.” Whether your pup is a couch potato, a chaos gremlin, or somewhere in between, I’ll treat them like they’re already part of the household. Ten-plus years in hospitality means I’m used to following exact protocols and communicating clearly, and I apply that same discipline to pet care. Safety and consistency come first, in my home or yours. I keep a calm, predictable environment because cats do best with routine, so I stick to feeding times, litter maintenance, and any specific instructions you give me exactly as written, no improvising.

“Scarlett is outstanding! We booked her for 10-days housesitting. She took great care of our 2 large dogs. One is a mellow senior with medical issues, the other a hyper 1yo. Juggling the 2 so different dogs is not an easy task, but Scarlett did it well and attended to all their needs. The dogs loved her! Scarlett is by far the best sitter we booked through Rover, and we had many fine ones. I trust her 100%.”

About: I've had pets my entire life. I understand that they're a treasured member of the family. I'm also a weekly volunteer at the LA County Carson/Gardena Animal Shelter. I've received extra training on animal behavior & handling. I love giving animals whatever type of attention they need and I'm extremely patient with them. I'm equally comfortable with dogs & cats (and pretty much everything except orca whales). Overnight stays, walks, giving medication, litter boxes, feeding, you name it. Petting animals is good for our mental health, so let's meet more pets! I work full time in an office Mon-Thurs with an hour commuteon each end. While I can do overnight house sitting, I'm gone all day (12hrs) at work so not available for walks/potty breaks. I work remotely on Fridays, so lots of flexibility. I have two extremely particular kitties at home, so unfortunately I cannot offer care in my own home. But I am happy to come to yours!

At one point, there was a potential that our dog had eaten a berry in our backyard she shouldn’t have and Alena was super attentive and proactive about the situation (we’d never even noticed the berries before!).
