Pet care experience
The best care for your best friend!
I care about the pets I watch so much, I even adopted one of my doggy clients who couldn’t stay in his foster home! I’ve been trained in pet nutrition, behavior, and health from some of the most trusted pet brands in the country. I have had the honor of caring for hundreds of pets over the last few years, from reactive rescue pups and shy cats to senior/special needs pets. I have met so many amazing families and pets and can’t wait to meet many more! Pet-care assistant, John P, is available to provide additional basic support on a provisional basis, supervised by Alisia.

Safety, trust & environment
Your security and peace of mind is extremely important to me. I am a very polite guest and will make sure that your home is cared for and respected in addition to your pets. I will use only what is set out for me (unless in case of emergency), only take your pets to places that are approved by you, and provide consistent updates and communication. I want you to feel supported while you are away from your best friend.
Ratings and reviews
Alisia did a great job with our husky. She took him to the beach and entertained him while we were away. I highly recommend her services.

Alisia and John are professional, timely and friendly. Ellie loved her walk. Thanks you two!

Milo was reluctant to walk at first, but Alisia calmed him and off they went! Nice work.

Alisia and John did a phenomenal job of taking care of my two dogs! They followed all my instructions to the letter, gave me daily updates on my hounds’s condition, and sent photos, which is very reassuring when you’re far away from your pets. When I came home the house was as clean, or cleaner, than when I left it. I highly recommend them as dog guardians and house sitters!

I had been really exciting when booking the sitting with Alisia and John, they had so many positive reviews and it was awesome they said they could sit over the holidays. The sitting started a little rough. We did a meet and greet and showed them where to park and how to access out building. They attempted to enter the completey wrong unit. Even with detailed guided directions to the gate. We left an extensive care list and routine list to tell them where everything was, how much food or medicine to give and little descriptions about each personality. We would love for them to reach out with any questions but when they asked the most basic thing it was obvious they didn't reference the care list at all which made us quit anxious for our whole trip. We did have some problems with maintenance at the time and they were really flexible with that which we appreciated. It was very concerning when they kept turning off our cameras after repeatedly asking them not to. It was also concerning when they left food in reach of the animals and we watched the cats on get into the uncovered food left on the counters (human and dog cans) and then were lied to about how they didn't eat any when we watched them for 5+ minutes eating the thing they were not meant to. The white lies happened on a few occasions when checking the cameras, stating they didn't get into the food, that animals didn't have accidents and so forth. What was also disheartning was giving them instructions how to close up and they did not follow instructions, instead locking us out upon coming home and then once we did finally manage to get inside discovering how they left our house. It was a mess. They left dried puddles of pee, my dogs had been sitting in pee blankets for who know how long (never replacing the dogs blankets even through there were 4 clean replacements), there are cut up pills for the dogs (some heavy medications) left out on the counter for the cats to get into as well as the bottles themself strewn all about the house, dirty used paper plates on the floor and counters, dirty (bloody?) paper towels stuck to our couch (uncovered), no water for the dogs in their kennel, a shelf pulled out of the wall that I was not notified about, and bags full of dog and cat poo left everywhere. I was shocked and appalled. We had really hoped and expected more from the two based on their glowing reviews. We understand holidays can get a bit hectic, especially with our situation we had going on here but I have to say I was very disappointed and will think twice before using Rover again. I don't think the reviews match the care that is actually given and can't believe this is the home we come back to after traveling. We didn't anticipate such a big cleaning job upon returning home after having cleaned the house top to bottom before leaving. We would like to give them more stars for how flexible they were, being available to sit over the holidays, and the fact they tag team, but the pills being left out unbottled how they were could have killed our cats or our smaller dog. This is a serious hazard to our animals that we can't overlook. We hope they see this review and take it with them for their next sitting, hopefully not repeating the same mistakes.

We had to leave our senior pup, Bailey, when my family went to a destination wedding. Alisia did a house stay with Bailey and I could not recommend her enough. Bailey is a quirky old gal (only eats on the couch, needs to be carried to bed due to her old joints, etc.) and Alisia took such good care of her! When we arrived at home, Bailey was sleeping so deeply she didn’t even hear us arrive (which means she was taken care of really well). I feel very lucky to have found Alisia and I will definitely use her again if we need to leave Bailey at home again.
