About: I have loved dogs ever since I got my first dog at age 6. They are the most loving animals and since I can’t have pets in my apartment I believe this is the best way to enjoy them. I did use to have a dog that passed away a few years ago. I was studying to be a veterinarian in college and because of that I have lots of experience taking care of pets. I also use to walk my aunt's dogs and when she was out of town I would go and take care of her 2 German Shepherds. I have always felt like my dogs have always been there for me when I was not feeling myself and because of that I want to give back and help out people that own dogs now that I can’t have anything. I work in the community and create my own schedule, so I am pretty flexible with when I am available. I have more time to take care of them. I will treat your fur baby like my own. With lots of cuddles and care. My dog is my best friend and I will treat your dog the same way.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs throughout my life and genuinely enjoy their company. I currently volunteer at my local animal shelter a few days a week. I have completed the shelters Fear Free training that teaches how to recognize and alleviate Fear, Anxiety, and Stress (FAS) in pets. The training touches on how to read animal body language, low stress handling techniques, environmental and protocol modifications. I have experience with puppies, adults, and senior dogs. I currently work part-time. My schedule consist of working M,W,F at 11:00 AM-3:00 PM and T,Th at 11:00 AM-4:00 PM. I am not scheduled at my day job on the weekends. So on Saturday and Sunday I am available for constant care. I can house sit, do drop in’s, and walks 7 days a week. But on weekdays I will be out 4-5 hours a day due to my work schedule. I will always respect clients boundaries. I understand the importance of leaving the place in good condition and cleaning up after myself. Most importantly sending updates to the owners on how their pets are doing. I also understand the importance of the big responsibility it is to care for my clients pets. I will always treat them as my own, with compassion, care, love and respect.

About: I grew up and have been around dogs my whole life. I’ve been cat sitting for friends for years. I love all animals but have the most experience with cats and dogs. I have open availability and here to help. I have open availability at the moment. So even if it’s last minute I can help. I am reliable and as long as I’m not booked up I’m willing to help. I will care for the pets in their client’s home. I think it’s best for the pet to stay in their environment and to have familiarity. Especially when first being introduced to someone new.

About: I’ve basically lived in a zoo since I was a child, ha! My family always had a variety of animals, including dogs and cats. I’m new to Rover, but have so much love for animals! I’m a doctoral graduate student, but on summer break! My availability is pretty open, and I’m always happy to spend time with fur babies! My dogs are completely spoiled! They’re family members and treated as such. Plenty of loving, belly rubs, and I’m a proud professional ear scritcher! They sleep inside (usually on top of me in some way). I walk them both daily, but it’s usually more like they walk me, ha! Also, my youngest has separation anxiety and my older dog is completely terrified of loud noises (fireworks, cars backfiring, etc.), so I’m also very patient with dogs that need a little bit of extra love and care.

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life and caring for pets now is second nature. I raised and trained my own dog from puppyhood, giving me hands on experience with everything from potty training and basic commands to daily excersise, enrichment, and routine care. As a marathon runner, I am especially well suited for active and high energy dogs. About: I’ve been doing pet sitting for over 3 years & have experience in all types of animals & am familiar with giving medication if needed. My main goal is to always ensure that your pet is cared for 100% and that you come back to a clean environment. Will also bring in/take out trash, water plants & bring in mail.
