About: I've been surrounded by animals since I was 6 years old and have always had a deep love and admiration for them. About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life and caring for pets now is second nature. I raised and trained my own dog from puppyhood, giving me hands on experience with everything from potty training and basic commands to daily excersise, enrichment, and routine care. As a marathon runner, I am especially well suited for active and high energy dogs. About: I’ve basically lived in a zoo since I was a child, ha! My family always had a variety of animals, including dogs and cats. I’m new to Rover, but have so much love for animals! I’m a doctoral graduate student, but on summer break! My availability is pretty open, and I’m always happy to spend time with fur babies! My dogs are completely spoiled! Alivia took wonderful care of our 2 dogs--giving them their daily medicine, taking them on just the right amount of walks (one of ours is a young active dog and the other is a senior dog with arthritis). She also sent us lots of updates and photos. Will definitely book again!

I’m so happy I found Lupe on Rover! She is an excellent housesitter and she cared for Frank so well. I have nothing but praise for her. This was my first time booking through Rover in hopes of finding someone that can care for my puppy while I’m away and I found Alyssa. She was very kind and patient. I feel like she tried her best even though my puppy is a high energy stubborn puppy. She tried to make him as comfortable as possible. I did have a slight suggestion and that would be just to communicate better and interact with the puppy as much as possible to make it a smoother process. Dogs feed off our energy.
Tayanna was amazing! She made my kitty feel so comfortable and loved on while I was out of town and gave me updates throughout the entire time. I’m very protective and particular with who watches my girl, and I know I absolutely made the right choice with Tayanna.
