About: Growing up, at any given time we had at least one pet in the house: dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters. I have a very calm demeanor and can read animal body language and cues very well. I have been pet sitting on and off for most of my life. As a teenager I ran a pet sitting business in our neighborhood. I currently own one cat of my own, but get my dog fix caring for others! I have experience with medical cases as well, including administering pills and medications, incontinence, and subQ fluid infusions. I will treat your baby like my own <3 I currently live and work in Long Beach. I manage my own schedule so my time is very flexible, I can typically accommodate last minute requests or changes and can be available for frequent visits, walks, medication needs, etc. I am a lifelong pet owner with experience with large dogs and small dogs as I grew up with retrievers and pugs. As an adult living in a rented apartment I can currently only own cats. I have been pet sitting on and off since I was a teenager and can provide several references. I used to work for the American Red Cross and am trained in pet CPR and First Aid. Professionally, I have been working in the field of emergency preparedness for around 15 years, so I am very safety oriented. I am not a risk taker and will follow your care instructions precisely and send daily updates and photos as desired.
