About: Hi! I’m an animal lover and a proud dog mom to two Maltipoos. I work from home, which allows me to provide plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. I know how important it is to find a safe and loving place for your fur baby while you’re away, whether it’s for a vacation, a weekend getaway, or a busy workday. My goal is to make both you and your pet feel comfortable and at ease. In addition to caring for my own dogs, I’ve also looked after the pets of friends and coworkers and have even rescued lost dogs in my neighborhood and helped reunite them with their families. I provide daily walks three times a day, and we enjoy playtime outdoors in a shaded area. In the evenings, I like to take the doggies to the lake and the dog park. I’m less than a mile from a beautiful park. Watching the sunset is our favorite. I also send regular photos and updates so you can stay connected while you’re away. Most importantly, I make sure every pet in my care feels happy, safe, loved, and right at home. Because I work from home, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to give pets the time and attention they deserve throughout the day. My goal is to keep your dog’s routine as comfortable and stress-free as possible. About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up with both dogs and cats has given me experience caring for pets of all sizes, from small breeds to large German Shepherds. I’ve also helped raise puppies, so I’m familiar with the extra patience, attention, and consistency they need. I have experience giving oral medications when needed and don’t mind cleaning up accidents or messes that can happen with pets. I believe every animal has its own personality, so I like to match their energy and make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. That means going for a walk, playing fetch, or simply relaxing together, I treat every pet like they’re part of my own family. I understand how important pets are to their owners, so I’ll always follow your pet’s routine, respect any special instructions, and provide updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. As a part-time worker and student, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide dependable care for your pets. My availability is even more open during summer and winter breaks, making me a great option if you’re traveling. Feel free to message me with your dates, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your schedule. As a pet owner myself, I know every pet has unique needs and routines. I believe an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, so I always double-check gates, leashes, doors, and windows to keep pets safe. I’ll follow your care instructions, respect your home, and keep you updated with photos and messages while you’re away.

“Andrea is a wonderful cat sitter! She is responsive, respectful, and truly cares about the pets she looks after. One of my cats usually takes time to warm up to people, but she was very patient and gentle, always doing her best to make them feel comfortable. I really appreciated her dedication and would absolutely recommend her to others—and will definitely book her again!”

“Anahis took great care of my furbaby. I had to leave town on an emergency and she was quick to respond and meet with me prior. She provided picture updates and was attentive to bring up any concerns to me. She was also kind enough to feed my desert tortoises. I would book check-ins with her again!”

“Jacqueline was fantastic, she made me feel comfortable taking care of my cat Tigger , she made sure Tigger was fed and loved everyday and provided pictures everyday to let me know everything was okay. My cat is very shy and she took to well to Jacqueline, it's clear to see that Jacqueline is a kind sole . I would recommend her in a heartbeat and will definitely hire her again.”

About: I’ve had 2 cats for about 5 years. I am able to feed them, play with them, and watch them if needed. I understand cats can be very aggressive and to themselves, I will be giving those cat their space and just be there for feeding them as needed.

“Teah was great from the start. She came and met my bay girl Buttercup before we booked, to make sure she (buttercup) felt comfortable with her. Immediately, Buttercup started to get close to Teah and felt comfortable around her. Teah also sent me pictures and kept me updated while I was away. I will definitely book again in future trips, if she’s available.”

About: I am a work-from-home therapist and have two cats in the home. I am open to doing drop-in visits or house-sitting services. I have been a pet parent for over ten years. I am an avid animal advocate and have experience tending to animals with medical needs such as my own requiring medication daily. I am open to caring for senior fur babies as well as cats. I have experience working at an animal shelter, tending to their kennels and providing enrichment time. I have taken care for large dogs, medium dogs, and small dogs are my speciality. I am chronically ill so my availability is quite open outside of medical appointments I tend to and as I work from home, I can take pets out in between meetings and also keep an eye on them during work hours. I have a double door gated area, no yard but I keep an eye on my dogs whenever they outside or I am walking them. My space is one floor and open so they are free to roam. When I am able to drive I take them to the dog park. I follow through with medical instructions whenever my pets or my siblings pets need to take antibiotics of some sort. Within the property I live in, there is one large husky/german sheppard mix that will hangout in the front yard as my sister works offsite. If your dog is okay with other dogs then they are welcome to play togeher. If this would not be feasible then I am able to relocate the husky mix to the backyard of the property.
About: I have always had a love and passion for animals, especially cats and dogs. I don't think I have ever come across a furry friend who I did not like and want to cuddle. I have taken care of some dogs into their senior years and through their rainbow bridge crossing, and will always strive to do what is best for any pet. I am currently in nursing school and am typically free most days after 12PM except on Wednesdays. So please feel free to reach out to me and let's try to schedule a time that works best for you, your pet, and myself! I treat my pets as my own children. I routinely check them for any bumps or lumps anytime I am petting them, I also make sure to see if there are any signs of stress that I can alleviate by changing something about their environment. When it comes to your pet, I will treat them just like you and I hope to make your fur baby feel like you never left the house.

“Esmeralda was amazing!! Would absolutely book her again. She took care of our sweet and wild Andy (even tracking down his GPS tracker when he inexplicably lost it!) and I could tell he was super well cared for while we were away. She was also an awesome guest in our home. 15/10 stars”

About: I have experience working in emergency and specialty animal hospitals. I am able to work with a range of temperaments and always ensure animal safety first!
“Melisa was, in a word, AMAZING. We scheduled drop-in visits with her to keep an eye on our cat Clementine and Melisa wrote detailed updates for us and sent us a ton of photos, which we loved. We had a pee-incident on the couch that Melisa took in stride (thank you so much, again) and she really went above and beyond, helping put enzymatic cleaner on our couch so that the cat urine didn't just sit for two weeks, popping our mail inside and also keeping an eye on my plants. Stellar sitter and is 100% our go-to person from now on. Thanks again, Melisa!”

“Keichun is the best! All of our little ones are in the best of care when we can’t be there. We couldn’t recommend her more to take care of your fur kids! Thank you for everything!”

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals for as long as I can remember. Growing up I cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters and guinea pigs and animals have always been a big part of my life. I currently have a cat of my own so I understand how important it is to find someone you trust with your pets. I also have a background as a licensed home childcare provider where safety, patience, responsibility and communication are part of my everyday routine. Caring for others comes naturally to me whether they have two legs or four! I’m happy to follow your pet’s normal routine, provide updates and make sure they feel comfortable, loved, and cared for while you’re away. I have one friendly resident cat. If needed, he can be kept completely separate from visiting pets, so everyone can relax comfortably and safely. I have a flexible schedule. I work from 5 days a week and I’m available most weekends to provide attention, care and updates for your pet. Safety and comfort are always my priority. My experience as a licensed childcare provider has made me very mindful of supervision, routines, cleanliness and creating a calm environment. I have a fully fenced yard and a small catio where cats can safely enjoy fresh air and enrichment. I’m also working on creating an enclosed cat-friendly garden space so cats can experience the outdoors safely without the risk of roaming away. Outdoor time will always depend on each cat’s personality, comfort level and owner preference. Visiting pets will have their own comfortable spaces in my home and I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality and needs so they feel safe and cared for while their family is away.

“I needed daycare for our puppy Astro because I’m going back to the office a few days a week. This has been a good experience so far…of course leaving Astro with someone new is scary but Astro has taken to Ron pretty well. I’ve been pleased and Astro is on his second week!”

“Marco had a wonderful day! I really appreciated all the updates and photos throughout his stay. It was great seeing that he got a nice walk and lots of attention. He came home happy and relaxed, which is always the best sign. Thank you for taking such good care of him — I would definitely book again!”

“We were so pleased with Brandon services ...we're from Canada vacationing and we visited Universal studio and stay at Marriott Hotel in Burbank Airport in LA. He was our lifesaver, at the last minute we needed to find a sitter for our dog Taco and he came to the rescue. We recommend him to anyone. He was kind and very acommodating.”
About: One thing about me, I genuinely care for your pet. I treat each pet as if they are my own and make sure to show that love and care throughout my time with them. Ive been a dog sitter and walker for over 9 years before joining this app. From puppies to seniors and with different health needs, I have the experience needed to take care of your pup. I now live in South Gate in a home with a fenced-in yard with convenient access to freeways and streets for easy commute. I understand the needs of different types of dogs from the overly friendly to very reactive and can accommodate to the dog’s needs accordingly. I currently have a 10 year-old husky and 1 year-old chihuahua mix I take care of at home. I’m currently in between jobs and have a lot of time on my hands. My time is most free during business hours but I am happy to accommodate to your scheduling needs. I currently live in an apartment. While it is a bit cramped, my husky is not territorial in the least and guest pups have an easy time accommodating to the space. If I am in someone else’s home, I will make sure to adhere to the rules and guidelines they provide me to take care of their pup(s).
About: Trained Nurse & Professional Chef Ready to Pamper Your Pup! HI there! We are Andres and Sherry, and we can’t wait to welcome your dog into our home. Andres is a trained nurse with extensive experience caring for both humans and animals. He shares a unique, natural bond with dogs—he has yet to meet a pup that doesn't love him, and he finds true peace in their presence. Sherry is a professional chef who coordinates our daily routines. Every morning begins with a slow, relaxed breakfast, a neighborhood walk, and feeding. Because of Andres’s medical background, we are highly experienced and comfortable administering any necessary medications or supplements exactly on schedule. When Sherry returns from work, she handles dinner, evening walks, and a second round of love and treats. As a chef, she even loves baking healthy, homemade doggie treats for our guests! We both work in social media, so your peace of mind is guaranteed. You can expect frequent, high-quality photo updates, videos, and check-ins throughout your dog's stay. Your pup will truly be treated like family! To ensure the absolute best experience for everyone, we require a quick Meet & Greet before finalizing any first-time bookings. We have found this is the single best way to guarantee a safe, happy, and comfortable stay for both your beloved pups and our own! It gives the dogs a chance to sniff things out and ensures our home is the perfect fit for your furry family member. Andres currently works from home as a social media content editor, which gives him the flexibility to be present with the dogs all day. He loves taking regular breaks from his computer to walk the pups, provide constant companionship, and truly be a part of the pack. While at our home, your dog will enjoy daily walks and full access to our securely fenced yard. Plenty of snuggles, affection, and treat breaks are an absolute must! We always keep the water bowls fresh with the right alkaline water for dogs PH level and adhere to your dog's specific feeding and med schedules. We highly encourage pet parents to bring along anything that will make your dog’s transition easier. This includes their favorite bed, crate, bowls, food, treats, toys, and any necessary medications. Over the years, we have found that sending a piece of your clothing that smells like you makes a huge difference—it helps them feel secure and miss you less. Packing these familiar items ensures a much smoother, stress-free stay at our home!

When playing, I will check to make sure that the item is the appropriate size to play with so that there are no choking hazards. Pet care is just as much about the owners and their peace of mind in leaving their companions with me. Whether your companion is a senior with medical needs or an energetic puppy I have the experience and the passion to provide the enrichment, stability and comfort during their stay. For house sitting and drop ins my availability will be Tuesday- Friday 9 A.m-2:30p, and on Sundays and Mondays I'm available 9 A.m- 5 P.m. For hosting a dogs, because I’m currently working on making pet care a full time career through Rover my availability is up to whatever you need. I will only be hosting dogs from the same family or one at a time. In my home I like to have all supplies readily available for any enrichment or training purposes. This includes Toys, leashes, beds/cots, treats/kibble/food, any tools such as prong collars or e-collars if needed (this depends on clients needs/preferences), enrichment puzzles, cleaning supplies and medications for puppies and seniors. The agenda for the day will be structured around the clients and the dogs needs. A walk, training, or simply some companionship while your away. I'm flexible with what you desire and what your dog needs. I’m home most of the day besides stepping out for personal errands or appointments, so rest assured you companion will want for not.
About: My first job was as a kennel attendant at a doggy daycare from 2017 to 2019. I’ve had pets my whole life, so I know a thing or two about animal care, and I gained even more hands-on experience working with dogs in a daycare setting. I currently do not own any pets, and the photos included are from my time working at the doggy daycare, except for the one with the brown lab, which is more recent. I’m currently a student at CSU Long Beach and continuing to offer dog-sitting and pet-care services on the side! Being local to Long Beach means I can be pretty flexible with my availability, especially for drop-ins, and longer stays. For transparency, my current school/internship schedule is: • Monday & Friday: Class from 9 AM–5 PM • Tuesday & Wednesday: Internship in Bellflower/Lakewood (times TBD) • Saturday: Class from 10 AM–1 PM Outside of those commitments, I have flexibility and would be happy to work with your schedule! If this availability works for you and your pup, feel free to reach out. I have a cell phone, so I will be able to send photos and contact the pet owner at any time. Asking follow up questions about your dogs health/environment.

About: I have 4 dogs myself and even own a gecko. Fostered kittens when I was younger and just recently raised a litter of 3 puppies, each now 9 months old and healthy. Have experience in grooming as well. Currently a Cal state student looking for part time work, studying to be a Psychologist or a behavioral technician. I honestly love animals and although I do have dogs, I miss being around cats, want that job so I can pet and meet new animals. Have been an owner to an elderly dog, adopted her at 10 years old and she was the sweetest, have owned and sheltered animals temporarily and have house sitting experience including bathing, grooming, feeding, and playing with animals.
“I wanted to leave Issis $100 tip but Rover cut me off. At least now I get to leave two reviews. Thank you so much, Issis! You made a difference for Morgan and this working human. We appreciate you!!”
