Emma was immediately comfortable with both Tyler and Patricia. They are dog people to the max! They are great communicators - they gave us great updates and photos daily. They will customize the amount of updates you'd like to receive and they were definitely on point for us. When I picked Emma up today, she was happy to see me, but she was like, 'ahhh, good to see you, but I wouldn't mind staying a while longer!" She was more comfortable staying with Tyler and Patricia than she's ever been staying with anyone else before. They made her feel a part of their family! “I’m going to leave a rather lengthy review. I feel it’s important and necessary in order to accurately portray the anxiety and fear both myself and my pet had prior to our trip, why I felt like I had and then follow it up with just how wonderful the experience with Michelle turned out to for both myself and Lily (my furbaby). I was extremely anxious and hesitant in leaving my dog in someone else’s care. The quick “back story” as to why is that I’ve I NEVER left my pet in anyone else’s care (other than my son or husband) due to the circumstances in which we acquired her. Lily was abused and severally neglected, passed from owner to owner, multiple times within her 1st year as a pup. So Lily’s anxieties and fears of abandonment are on a rather high level, which in-turn only exacerbates mine. Lily is now about 6-years old and she is extremely weary of strangers and she HATES riding in the car (no matter time or distance). Our family was taking a trip to Anaheim from the Central Valley (about 5-6 hours in the car) for a five day stay. It was necessary to find someone to who could provide adequate care for Lily during the day, each day during our visit. Someone willing and able to work with our schedule, early drop-off and late pick-up but not just anyone…. Someone who would be patient, caring and nurturing to Lily while we were busy during the day. Michelle agreed to meet with us the day before in order to allow Lily to become familiar with her (as well as us with her too). We didn’t want Lily to feel as if she was being abandoned yet again. Michelle was absolutely an angel with putting me at ease prior to our “meet and greet” and upon meeting she had Lily warmed up to her so quickly. I’m a firm believer that pets, animals in general, can sense the goodness in humans and they’ll let you know rather quickly if a person doesn’t “check out”. Michelle is truly one of a kind, she is so good with anxious pets “and people too” 😁 Each day, during the stay, Michelle sent updates of Lily’s adaptiveness, videos and pictures providing both me and my husband ease of mind throughout the day. Which was something I really needed and provided me great comfort. To any future, potential “customers”, you need not look any further if you’re needing to entrust someone with your precious pet. Our pets are our family and we love them as such. You want the best for them, to feel safe and loved when they are not in our care. Michelle provides exactly that. This helps me plan the right care setup ahead of time. Some stays may require my puppy care rate if your pup needs extra time, supervision, or hands-on support. With a trainer’s eye and a high standard of safety, I keep each stay structured, cozy, and thoughtfully supervised. Guest pups have safe rest areas with crates, pens, and/or gates for decompression and separation when needed. For their safety and your peace of mind, guest pups are kept separate from other dogs on the property unless calm, supervised hangouts have been thoughtfully approved for returning BFFs. Outdoor time includes leashed walks, sniffy outings, park time, and/or long-line enrichment when appropriate. About: My whole life I’ve always had a dog, cat or both. Fast forward to current I have owned dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, a tortoise and koi. Sounds crazy, I know, but like myself, my girls were avid animal lovers. I have worked and volunteered for many rescues including wildlife. In the past 17 years I have fostered over 350 dogs, a handful of squirrels and 10 opossums. We’ve had puppies, seniors, blind, deaf, terminally ill and everything in between. I have been looking for something to keep me busy and get me out and about. Since I love and care about animals so much this seemed like the natural thing to do. Currently I have a rescue cat and a tortoise. I understand how difficult it is to find a person to watch your beloved fur babies as I have the same issue when I can’t take mine with me. About: I have raised two puppies of my own, a German shepherd and a border collie mix. I have been there through their training and was there to take care of them during their neutering aftercare. Both are the sweetest and most lovable pets to me and my family. I also have dog-sat for family members and friends and all of them left me good reviews. Because I spend so much time at home, your pet won’t be left alone for long periods and will have plenty of opportunities for interaction, exercise, and care. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and right at home while you’re away! Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. I provide a calm, loving home environment where pets are treated like family, not just guests. As a dog mom, I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else’s care, and I take that responsibility seriously. My dog, Tommy Lee, is incredibly friendly, social, and loves both people and other animals. Because she shares our home, I do require that pets staying with us are friendly, well-socialized, and do not have a history of aggressive behavior toward people or other animals. This helps ensure a safe, comfortable, and stress-free experience for everyone. I work hard to create an environment where pets can relax, feel secure, and receive plenty of attention, affection, and care. Communication is also very important to me, so I’ll be happy to send regular photo and video updates throughout your pet’s stay. My goal is for both you and your pet to feel completely at ease from the moment they arrive until the moment they head home❣️

“I've used rover for a while now and this is by far one of the best experiences I've had for my doggos. Milo was spoiled much by Tal and given ton of walks and runs. Also extensive photos and videos to prove he was running all of milos energy out. Also from the start Tal asked so many questions about Milo to make sure he gets the best doggie daycare service. “Dolores watched our 11-year-old Chocolate Lab as was absolutely fantastic. She was sooo caring - she walked our pup regularly without even being asked. The accommodations at Dolores's house were better than Riley (our pup) is used to at home. Dolores was very communicative both before and during Riley's stay at Dolores's house.
