About: I grew up around pups—my grandmother ran an animal rescue, and my grandfather had six dogs at once. Since then, I’ve been the go-to walker, feeder, and bather for friends, neighbors, and family. I’m especially great with high-energy pups and senior dogs, and I always go the extra mile to make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and happy! Pet care is a core part of my daily and weekly schedule. I currently walk dogs multiple times a week, and I plan my other responsibilities around their needs. Whether it’s a quick midday potty break or a longer afternoon walk, I always show up on time and give each pet my full attention and energy. In a client’s home, I focus on creating a calm and familiar environment for their pet. I stick closely to the routine the owner has in place, whether that’s feeding times, walk schedules, or play preferences, so their pet feels safe and at ease.
“The pups had a great time! I could tell from the look on their faces on the adorable pics sent to me while I was away. No complaints and I have plans to request Brionna again in the future!”

“Brittany has a very warm, welcoming energy that immediately hooked Stanley at our meet and greet - they were fast friends! We really appreciated her communication and professionalism - and already have her lined up for future walks! Highly recommend Brittany”

“Adriana is the best! Our golden Blu is excited to see her every week to the point of waiting for her at the front door. You can tell she really cares about the family members she takes care of.”

“Marby is the best! Couldn’t meet with her the first time, my dog was a little apprehensive and she stayed extra time to allow her to warm up. The next day she came back and they were fast friends! She is patient and goes above and beyond!”

About: Hi! my name is Malia and I am new to rover!! Working with animals have always been my passion ever since I was little, and now I have the privilege to obtain a degree in animal science spring ‘27! I have dog sat for friends and family for certain occasions, even have been a vet assistant at an animal clinic:) I have been working there for about 2 years now, I am trained to give vaccines, medicine, you name it! I am currently taking a break from vet med, and trying out Rover for the first time, so I can be flexible with your schedules with communication. Just because I am out of the clinic for now doesn’t mean my love for animals is gone. That means I am more than qualified to make sure your furballs are happy and taken care of <3 I'm currently not working my vet assistant job right now so that means I have plenty of time during the morning or afternoon for walks and drop ins. We remodeled our backyard with fencing all around, we only have 2 cats at the moment but the house has plenty of space for them to play and hiding spots to sleep:) I am not boarding at this time but hopefully will be opening it up soon !
About: I've been around dogs my entire life and have played "foster mom" to my brother's dog (the cute black lab you see in my photos) while he's on leave. I have experience dealing with reactive dogs so please let me know ahead of time so I can be prepared on walks :) I currently work full time but am working remote on Mondays and Fridays so my flexibility between Friday-Monday is there. For inquiries on Tuesday-Thursday, I'd be available after working hours, 4PM. I always make sure they are comfortable. Give them time to get used to the surroundings and then slowly bringing some familiar items or toys out as something to have. I typically have a blanket for the couch so dogs can lay as well.
About: I’ve had pets since as long as I could remember. Right now, I have 3 babies that are my whole world. My dog, Chloe, is 17yrs and she’s been in my life since I was 6 years old. My rabbit, Eevee, was dumped and abandoned at a nearby field, and I found her while on a walk. She’s been with me for nearly 3yrs now. Then came my cat, Ponyo, and I’ve had her since she was a kitten, she will be 3yrs in July. I have always loved animals more than people, even more than myself, to be honest. I see every single pet, even ones that aren’t mine, as family, and equally deserving of love and respect. Update: My baby Chloe has recently passed and I am extremely heartbroken. She was my soulmate. I miss her everyday. Grief is love with nowhere to go. If given the opportunity to care for your pet I would not only be helping you but you would be helping me as well. My biggest and only responsibilities are my own little ones, so I am always at home caring for them. I struggle with my mental and physical health, so most regular jobs can be a bit too much pressure on me. I have 3 very different pets in my home that each have different needs. My dog being a senior means I have to pay extra attention to her and be diligent with her care. I am very knowledgeable and experienced in handling different types of animals of all ages.
About: Your doggie will receive extra care from me as I am a stay at home mom focused solely on pet sitting. We are an animal loving household in suburban Lakewood, CA with a large fenced backyard. We have a doggie door on the back door for our pups to go in and out as they please to play, run, or sunbathe (while I am home of course). I have the help of my awesome husband Ryan and our kids aged 10, 5 and 2. They know all about how to treat pets as they have grown up with our dogs. Your pup is welcome to snuggle with us on the couch and beds wherever they are most comfortable. I have 32 years of experience taking care of pets and have a love and passion for animals. I have very much enjoyed pet sitting with Rover since joining in 2019. I have doggie beds, bowls, toys, etc. here but you are welcome to bring any items your pet may like to have during their stay. I am usually available and always flexible with scheduling a meet n greet as well as drop off and pick up times to fit your busy schedule. I know how important finding a trusted and knowledgeable caretaker is for the furry member of your family! You can rest easy knowing they are in my care with regular updates and pictures.
About: I have worked with over 100 dogs as a dog handler at a dog daycare. I have walked, fed and administered medicine to many pets. Pet care is a regular part of my weekly routine. I make time each day for feeding, walking, playing, and giving attention to all animals. I care for pets by feeding them, keeping them safe, and giving them plenty of love and attention. I’ll treat your pets like they’re my own—making sure they’re happy, healthy, and having fun while you’re away
About: I have been adopting cats and dogs and enjoy taking care of them since I was in college. And I recently began dog sitting for my neighbor's dog and realized how much I enjoy it. It's such a pleasure taking care of pups! I work from home so your pup will be with me playing outside or cuddling indoors. **Certified in Dog & Cat First Aid and CPR through the American Red Cross. I work from home and have a flexible schedule and i would be available to attend to your pet during the day as well as some evenings and overnight . I have a fenced backyard and enough room for your pup to play and run around and I also have a friendly small dog named Fluffy who is 5 yrs old.
About: I have raised two puppies of my own, a German shepherd and a border collie mix. I have been there through their training and was there to take care of them during their neutering aftercare. Both are the sweetest and most lovable pets to me and my family. I also have dog-sat for family members and friends and all of them left me good reviews. They relied on me to play and feed their dogs accordingly. I would consider myself a golden retriever sitter as I have so much energy to run and play with my fur friends. Don't get me wrong though, I also enjoy a good lazy day to stay inside and cuddle! I am on summer break and am available to pet set whenever is needed! I love being outdoors and with nature but I can also just stay inside and have a comfy day! I live in a small apartment so my place might only be ideal for smaller dogs. However, I have no problem staying nights with pups who need someone. I will base my energy off of each individual pup. I know some love attention more than others and I will do my best to make sure your pup feels comfortable with me. I am always ready for play time and walks! I can am also very aware of my surroundings and won't let them out of my sight if needed.
About: I am an experienced dog trainer, walker and pet sitter and I pride myself on taking care of every animal as if they were my own. I currently teach puppy, adolescent and adult obedience classes and I am an American Kennel Club Canine Good Citizen Evaluator. I am also a dog pack walker, typically walking 3-5 dogs at the same time and have learned the skills needed to maintain structure and calm during walks. I have volunteered at my local animal shelter since 2019 so I have extensive knowledge about different dog breeds and animal behavior. My experience has taught me that every animal has different needs and that patience and respect are the key to fostering a wonderful relationship. Pet care and dog training is my full time, primary role and I have a flexible schedule to meet the needs of all my clients. As a pet parent myself, I understand it can be stressful to trust your furry friend with a stranger, but rest assured that I am reliable, responsive and follow instructions closely so whether you are looking for a one time visit or on going care, your pet will be safe with me.

About: I’ve always been the one for my family and friends to call when they need someone to care for their dog. I don’t mind staying overnights in your home to make sure your fur babies feel safe and loved. I have a special love for senior dogs, I just had to say goodbye to my golden girl. I have the patience for puppies, seeing that I survived my corgi puppy. I have experience in administering meds, even getting the tough pills down. I will keep detailed notes on each dog and exactly what they need. I don’t take pet sitting lightly and I feel lucky to have gained pet parents’ trust when asked to watch their pets. I have so much love for dogs, I hope I’m lucky enough to watch your fur baby. I can make morning calls during the week any time after 8:30am. I’m free all day during the weekends. We have scheduled Jack for dog sitting for an upcoming 10 day vacation. To help my dogs become familiar with Jack, we scheduled several dog walking visits beforehand. He is good natured with dogs and they warm up to him easily. I know we will have a very restful and relaxing vacation knowing our dogs will be in good hands with Jack. .

Amie walks my reactive dog Sunny weekly and working with her has been a wonderful experience from the beginning. She’s a very responsive communicator, she’s very good with dogs and has helped me with extra walks as my schedule requires. I greatly appreciate her communication with me about my dogs behavior - I highly recommend Amie!

Kristina has been our dog walker for Nori over the past few months. She absolutely loves on Nori and Nori loves her right back. Kristina is very communicative of her schedule and always punctual to the set walks. She’s also good about telling us if something is wrong with Nori or notices anything off. We’re so lucky to have had Kristina’s service!

I had a fantastic experience with Anika as Kora’s dog walker. Anika was professional, punctual, and incredibly easy to communicate with. Before booking, I met Anika and informed her that Kora was not spayed and was currently in heat. Anika was very mindful of this, and she took great care of Kora, ensuring her safety and well-being, even when a stray dog approached when walking Kora around my neighborhood. It’s clear that Anika genuinely cares about the dogs she walks, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog walker. Thank you, Anika, for your outstanding service!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment.
