She was extremely attentive and careful and did everything possible to make sure our dog was safe and happy- she even made a daily checklist to keep track of everything we wanted (feeding, treat time, daily vitamins, playtime, walks, lounging in the sun, and just keeping him company). She sent adorable pictures and videos each day which were so comforting to receive on our trip. She stayed in our apartment and when we arrived home everything was even neater than how we left it and our dog was clearly calm and happy! I will 100% book with Jess again.”
