Ebony is FANTASTIC! I just moved to California and it’s so wonderful to have found Ebony, who took such wonderful care of my two dogs! I had no worries about leaving my dogs, Ebony gave me frequent updates and wonderful photos. Such a relief. Thank you so much Ebony! We will see you again soon!!!
Over all I believe my dogs had a ok stay. At first I was extremely hesitant because when I dropped them off I didn’t meet Ebony, but instead I was greeted by her daughter (who is very sweet by the way). As a dog parent I am extremely cautious who I leave my dogs with. They are like my children and this was the first time I’ve ever left them with someone. So I honestly felt uncomfortable because I did not meet Ebony before leaving them. She said she was on a walk with another dog but I kind of felt a little slighted because she knew I was coming but wasn’t worth sticking around to meet me. After I dropped them off I was concerned if I made the right decision. About an hour later I received an update on them and once I received the update I felt a little more relaxed and comfortable. When I returned to pick them up I sent Ebony a text, I received no answer back. My husband and I waited outside with no answer. I then saw one of her neighbors go through the gate and I follow behind them and asked them if they knew which apartment she stayed in because I was there to pick up my dogs. They told me which one she lived in and I knocked at the door. When I knocked at the door a couple of dogs came to the door her daughter pulled the other dogs back and NEVER greeted me. It was as if I was not standing there. A few moments later I received a message from Ebony stating that they only allow pet parents to pick up their dogs outside because they didn’t want to disturb the neighbors. So to receive our dogs I had to go back outside the gate and wait by my car. I didn’t quite understand then I began to feel really uneasy as did my husband. He at that point questioned if we made the right decision by leaving them there. So we waited by our car and I sent another message asking when will our dogs be brought out. At this point I thought I would have finally had the opportunity to meet Ebony, but again I was greeted by her daughter moments later. Ebony seems like a sweet person but I NEVER got to meet the person who I was leaving my babies with. The pick up was the part that made us feel extremely uneasy. I would have rated the stay with more stars if the pick up had of been much different.
My goldendoodle, loves staying here and it's fun to have some time for myself.

Schedule
Throughout the entirety of your pup’s stay, they will experience a ton of fun as a part of our little family!! Whether that involves hikes, beach trips, or group playtime, we’ll be sure that your pup feels apart of our home! :) 🐕🏠 We’re more than glad to provide a variety of updates of your pup throughout their stay with us :) We love to know how our pup is doing throughout the duration of her stay, and certainly wish the same for any owner! For additional information regarding your pup’s experience during specific services, please feel free to contact me! Both pick ups, and drop offs take place outside (detailed specifications are provided upon confirmation of bookings)! All scheduled m&g’s (meet and greets) will be taking place on Saturdays and/or Sundays, so please keep this in mind when requesting bookings! For instance, if you would like us to care for your pup over the weekend, an m&g can be scheduled on the Saturday and/or Sunday prior to thereof.

I live in a secure apartment that provides your pup with the space to both roam and laze about. Dogs are amazing companions to both love and care for, and we’d love to spoil your furbaby as much as you would throughout their stay! The sweetest lab ever, Cali, will keep ur pet company while they stay with us as well! She loves all dogs and humans! :) 🐕🐾 In concern for the safety and well being of both my pup and yours, I request that you please keep your pup up to date on all vaccines, flea & tick medications, and ID tags. Please contact me with both any questions or special needs that your dog may require!

A typical day
As noted in my profile, I can provide your pup with daily exercise, and can accommodate their particular needs in regards to both physical and mental stimulation- as I understand that every dog is different and will vary as such. From a simple walk along the beach to a lengthy hike, I am more than happy to do so! Additionally, as we live within walking distance from a dog park, we would be happy to take your pup to enjoy it with us! However, we understand that the dog park is not suited for all dogs nor owners, and will gladly provide your pup with other means of both mental and physical stimulation if need be :)
