I have been a committed petsitter for more than 8 years. I have lovingly cared for a wide variety of animals including varying breeds, ages, behavioral and medical issues. I run a nonprofit dog rescue and have fostered 50+ dogs, many of whom I have steadily worked through behavioral and medical issues with, as well as individual quirks, and I adored them all the same! I have a proven track record of maintaining a safe, fun, loving environment for animals while their humans cannot be there with them. I provide daily updates, paired with quick communication to pet parents. I am comfortable administering medication and specialized care to give your animals the individualized care and support they need to thrive giving their humans peace of mind they are being loved and cared for like my own. I'm looking forward to meeting you and your fur babies.

Safety, trust & environment
I care for animals in the clients home. For cats, dogs and other animals that need drop in care I am readily available to give your pets all the love they need on a drop in basis. When staying for longer periods I care for the animals in their home overnight and am able to stay at the residence for most of the days, and all night. I often enjoy bringing my well behaved and well balanced 6 year old golden retriever with me for overnight care when possible, but I am also available for animals who may not allow her to accompany me, in which case I would be able to come on my own.

Sydney was awesome!! I was able to relax and enjoy my vacation knowing that Mystic was in good hands.. Sydney sent updates with pictures and videos of Mystic having a blast which I enjoyed receiving! :) Our home was well taken care of while we were away. We came home to everything, clean, tidy and just the way we had left it. Best of all, Mystic was a happy girl and clearly well cared for. Thanks Sydney! :)

Sydney was great! She showed up on time, sent pictures of Mystic during her check in, took her on a walk and even played fetch with her. :) Mystic had a blast! We were so grateful that Sydney was able to help us out and are looking forward to hiring Sydney again in the future! :)

10/10 would recommend. She was communicative, on-tone, trustworthy and not to mention our dog instantly loved her! We have very selective who we let take care of our dog when we are not home or into our home and we had absolutely no hesitations with Sydney. Will absolutely be using her again!

Schedule
I own a 6 year old rescue golden who is my world. I periodically foster dogs who I effectively change routine as needed or get them on our existing routine of 2 walks and meals a day, and tons of play and cuddles in between. I am a college student at Cal State Long Beach. Walks and hanging out with the animals are a key part of my day. I am available most mornings, afternoons and evenings for walks, check ins and overnight care. As my school schedule changes my availability will be updated.
