She is so sweet, kind, and caring, and really goes above and beyond in the communication department, which helped give me peace of mind during my dog’s stay. It was obvious to me even through the pictures and videos that Fiora was having an amazing time. I recommend Julie Anne wholeheartedly.”

“Tyler was absolutely amazing during his week with my 9 yr old, but still high energy, Riley. He's very clearly a dog lover to his core and my little girl warmed to him immediately. He was very responsive, kept me updated w photos and stories all week, and each showed my baby happy as could be. We won't hesitate to call on Tyler next time I'm out of town.”

“I’ll be honest: before booking with Michael, I had almost sworn off Rover completely. I previously had a terrible experience where my dog, Onyx, was scratched in the eye by another sitter’s cat. As you can imagine, that shook me deeply. Onyx is my fur baby, and after that, I was ready to never let her out of my sight again. But something told me to look one more time—and the first profile that came up was Michael’s. From the start, everything felt different. His reviews were solid, his photos felt warm and genuine, and when I reached out, his communication was top tier. He was responsive, thoughtful, and even suggested a meet-and-greet before I could ask, which immediately put me at ease. When I dropped Onyx off, I felt something I hadn’t felt in a while: relief. I just knew she was going to be safe and cared for, and I was absolutely right. Every single day, I received no fewer than three to five updates with photos. And these weren’t just “quick check-in” photos—they clearly showed that Onyx was relaxed, happy, and comfortable. Michael’s messages were detailed, reassuring, and thoughtful. His communication throughout the stay was consistent, warm, and professional. Because of Michael, I’ve regained trust. I feel confident traveling or handling things in life knowing Onyx is in safe hands when she can’t be with me. That peace of mind is priceless. I’m beyond grateful for the care Michael provided, and I will 100% be booking with him again—no hesitation whatsoever. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and treats your dog like their own, look no further.”

“Alicia and James did a fantastic job caring for our little Dobby! She is a 9 year old puppy! She has a lot of energy and loves cuddles. I was a little worried leaving her for two weeks which is the longest we’ve had to board her. Alicia and James made me feel so comfortable and sent lots of pictures letting me know when she ate and played. I really loved having them sit for us and would love to use them again in the future.”

“Samuel took such great care of our dog Romeo while we were away for a long weekend! Romeo has some stomach issues and can be high maintenance and Samuel was so understanding and attentive and kept in touch with us the whole time with lots of pictures and check ins.”

“Jody was great! She was super communicative and I appreciated her being available last minute. She really payed attention to all of my dog’s behavioral quirks and took great care to listen to my instructions.”

“John always takes great care of our dog! Our lab is very energetic and is happily tired when we pick him up after getting great walks with John while we are away! John also keeps us updated with great pictures!”

“We cannot describe how thankful we are for Kyle to take care of our dog. Every time he sends us a picture of her she looks like she’s having such a blast. She definitely loves being with him. Kyle is so responsible and very responsive over text too.”

“I had to book with Vasilisa at the last minute and she was very accommodating. She asked me a lot of very good questions about my dog who is elderly. I appreciate that she was so diligent about his needs. It all went great and I would definitely book again. Thank you, Vasilisa!”

“Teddy and Truffle love staying with Scott and Chris and aren’t particularly eager to come home at the end of their stay. That is their stellar review and I concur!”

“Jeanette is the best. She took exceptional care of our energetic 3yr old pup. He had a fun weekend that she customized based on his energy level. She checked in with me consistently and shared photos and videos. Will definitely re book!”

“Lindsey was wonderful!! She took great care of my pup and sent several updates and photos which was much appreciated. I will definitely book with her again the next time I need a sitter!”

“Maki helped taking care of our naughty boy for a few days and she did a great job! Kept sending me the pics and I can tell Acta likes her! Will definitely ask for her help again when we are out of the town.”

“We have hired Maria multiple times to cat sit for us. She gives super thorough updates and is very communicative with us. We will continue to hire her over and over!”

About: I’ve been around pets and animals my whole life! From dogs, to cats, to different varieties of fish, to guinea pigs, and even turtles! I’m no stranger to taking care of other people’s pets and animals, I watch family member’s pets and ever volunteer at an animal shelter back home in LA. When im back at home not at UCSB I have my 3 dogs (2 middle aged, 1 senior) and 2 cats (one younger, the other middle aged). I’m currently working on campus with two jobs and i have my classes to attend, but in between those times im more than happy to drive to appointments, and im usually free all weekends. All my pet (current and passed) have been and are taken care of 100%. They are my family, and one thing about me is I don’t play about my family!

About: Cats don’t need babysitting; they need someone who understands their rules. I step in quietly and keep their routine steady while you’re away. I’m a cat owner myself, so I’m used to reading different moods and making sure food, litter, and comfort are all exactly how they like it.
“I’m so happy to have her with my little angel and I would definitely recommend her, last time when I had someone else Vivian( my Cat) was hiding all the time but this time she’s happy Thank you🌷”

“Sloane was an AMAZING friend to our doggos! It was so refreshing to have someone so communicative and caring with my babies and will always book with Sloane from here on out!”

“Amy is just the best. She goes above and beyond, her daily feedback and photos are detailed and funny, and her pricing reasonable. We are so grateful we to have found her!”

“Colleen was an absolutely fantastic cat sitter for both of my babies over the holidays. I dropped them off in her home and she had the whole place set up to be super cozy for them. Not only that but she gave me a whole tour of the place before I confirmed my booking to make sure I knew exactly where my cats would be living while they were with her. One of my cats is very extroverted and the other is very shy. Both of them were very well taken care of. I got multiple updates throughout the day with pictures and she was super responsive any time I messaged her. If you need a place to board your cats I highly recommend going with her, it’s obvious she loves cats so much and will take the best care of your fur babies.”

“this is my third time booking with Liz and she is a great cat/house sitter! Super responsive and gives me peace of mind leaving my cat and home in her hands. will definitely book again.”

“Alyssa was able to help us out with short notice. She was very sweet, professional and friendly so we felt completely safe and happy leaving out cat in her care. Good communication & care!”

“I couldn’t recommend Chamblee more, and plan to book her anytime I go on vacation now. Whenever I’ve gone out of town, I’ve had friends or family look in on my 3 cats. This was my first time using Rover, and I couldn’t be happier with how well Chamblee took care of my cats. She sent me notes and photos everyday, and successfully won over my shy cats. Knowing she was there when I couldn’t be made me feel so much better about being away. Thank you again, Chamblee!”

“Wendy was amazing with our cat and also very flexible which we really appreciated! I loved the pictures she sent and I felt much more comfortable with leaving, knowing that she was taking care of Chickpea.”

About: Caring for my own deaf dog taught me that communication with animals goes far beyond words. I learned to read body language, use hand signals, and build trust through patience and consistency. That same attentiveness comes with me to every pet I look after. I treat each dog as an individual, noticing the small cues that tell me when they're anxious, playful, or just need space. My schedule is flexible, so your dog gets steady attention rather than being squeezed between errands. I'm available for boarding, house sitting, walks, and drop-in visits throughout the week and on weekends. I keep feeding, walking, and rest times consistent, which my deaf dog taught me is how animals feel safe and settled in any environment. I'm in an apartment, so I keep dogs leashed and supervised on every outing and stick to safe, familiar walking routes. My home is calm and clutter-free, and I dog-proof any space before a new guest arrives. Living with a deaf dog has made me extra alert to surroundings and safety, since I can't rely on my dog hearing a hazard. I send regular photo updates so you always know your pup is happy.
About: I was basically raised by my family dogs— almost all protective breeds— some of which I took part in training. Unfortunately, in moving to LA, I have to prioritize my career. However, I’m still looking to form my social circle outside of the entertainment industry, and what better company to consider! Less cattiness, more dogs! I’m a freelance dancer, so almost all of my work is project-based. When on a job, rehearsals usually take place late afternoon into the evening. My schedule is also open on weekends, more-so Saturday and Sunday. I am very good at reading a dog’s body language, and responding accordingly whether I’m in or outside of what’s considered to be their territory. All visits will have to take place at the client’s home or in public settings because my apartment complex does not allow animals on the premises.

“Rebooked Morgan for the second time and everything went flawlessly! She was so communicative and followed all of my instructions very well. I felt very safe leaving my cat in her hands.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Reliable, Caring, and Extremely Flexible Therese has been wonderful with Willow. After multiple day care visits, I can confidently say she is attentive, patient, and genuinely caring. Willow settled in quickly, felt completely comfortable, and spent much of the day relaxed and napping nearby, which speaks volumes. Therese was incredibly flexible and accommodating, especially during a longer day of care. She also periodically sent photos of Willow at her home, which was very reassuring and gave me great peace of mind knowing Willow was in excellent care. Willow came home happy and relaxed each time. I truly appreciate Therese’s consistency and reliability and would absolutely book with her again. Highly recommend!”

“Chelsi is simply amazing!!! She’s so thoughtful and really loves dogs. I felt immediately comfortable leaving my pup with her. I can’t recommend her highly enough. She sent me updates all day long, and it was obvious that my dog was feeling at home too. She was a great match for our - relaxed, flexible, respectful of each dogs personalities. Just such a good vibe overall. Our experience with her was really way above what I had expected. We will definitely be booking with her again ♥️”

About: I’m an experienced dog owner who was recently a mom to a 75 lb high-energy Labradoodle for 14 years, so I’m very comfortable with large breeds, active dogs, and dogs that need structure and attention. I’ve also regularly cared for dogs for family and friends over the years, and I understand how important it is to trust the person watching your pet. Your dog will be cared for in a calm, attentive home environment with plenty of supervision, consistency, and affection. I provide photo and video updates twice daily so you always know how your dog is doing. I’m especially a great fit for dogs who are used to being part of the family and thrive with routine and attention. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I work from home, so your dog will have consistent supervision and attention throughout the day. We have a fenced-in yard for safe outdoor time, along with multiple walks in the neighborhood to keep dogs active and engaged. I have two boys (ages 9–12) who are very comfortable around animals. They’re gentle, respectful, and enjoy helping with things like playtime and attention, so your dog will be part of a calm, family environment. I’m able to follow feeding schedules and administer medication as needed. When I do leave the house, it’s typically for short periods (no more than 2–3 hours), and I prefer to crate dogs during that time for their safety and comfort, if that aligns with your routine. Overall, your dog will be in a structured, attentive home where they’re treated like part of the family. Safety and trust are my top priorities. I know how important it is to feel completely comfortable leaving your dog in someone else’s care, and I take that responsibility seriously. I maintain a structured, calm environment and am always mindful of routines, boundaries, and each dog’s individual needs. Dogs are never left unattended for long periods, and I’m attentive to behavior, energy levels, and any signs of stress or discomfort. I follow owner instructions closely, whether that’s feeding, medication, exercise, or specific preferences. My home is set up with safety in mind, including a fully fenced yard and a controlled environment indoors. When I do step out briefly, I prefer dogs to be safely crated (if that’s part of their routine) to prevent any accidents or stress. You’ll also receive consistent photo and video updates, so you always know your dog is safe, happy, and well cared for.
“Had a great experience with Kelli watching my pup! She was a great communicator, sent me photos, and even let me do a meet and greet with her pup to make sure our dogs would get along. Highly recommend. Will definitely be booking again!”

“Alejandro was awesome! He took my fur baby at the last minute, took excellent care of him, and provided photos/updates, which I love. My dog came back home happy and tired 🥱 . Will definitely trust him with my fur baby again!”

“Jason is a very caring animal guardian. Wilson bonded with him immediately, kept in touch with my husband while I was out of town so I didn’t need to be checking my phone while I was sending time with our granddaughter. We’ll hire Jason again for Doggie Daycare and walks. Jason is such a wonderful animal guardian! Wilson instantly connected with him, and he stayed in touch with my husband while I was away, so I didn’t have to worry about checking my phone while spending time with our granddaughter. We’re definitely going to hire Jason again for Doggie Daycare and walks.”

“Lindsey is great! She is really warm, kind, and assuring. I felt confident leaving my young puppy in her care. He had a great time, and I love that she had some other small dogs staying with her at the same time, for him to play with. He came home very content and sleepy.”

“Barbara was so helpful and reliable when I sent a last minute request for care for my girl. She took such great care of her and I can’t wait to book with her again!! 💛 thank you Barbara!”

“Sisi was so wonderful with Gladys! She accommodated our last minute daycare booking and also sent so many photos and videos ❤️! I will definitely be booking her again for the future. Thank you 🙏🏼”

“Maria was super easy to work with and accommodated my short notice/early start time like a champ. My recently-adopted rescue dog with abandonment issues looked totally happy and relaxed when I came to pick her up after a full day there. That was so great to see. Definitely a far cry from the "DEAR GOD QUICK. TO THE CAR. NOW" look she gets after a day spent at a doggie day care place.”

“My senior pup enjoys seeing Samuel walk in. She wakes up and her tail starts wagging when he enters. He’s gentle, kind, and patient with her. I appreciate the great videos and amazing pictures too!”

“Audrey has been absolutely amazing! Super easy to communicate with and super quick to respond. Thank you for taking such great care of Luci! She loves her adventures and walks and a tuckered little pup after :)”

About: Aside from being the sole owner of a dog (9 yrs old) and cat (7 yrs old), there has never been a time in my life where I have not had pets and been around animals. My family always had cats and dogs growing up and I have a great deal of experiencing caring for them. I have experience taking care of cats and dogs of different ages, sexes, breeds, and personalities. I also have experience administering medication and dealing with injuries and medical conditions. I am wonderful with animals and can promise your pet is safe and loved when being taken care of by me. My schedule is very flexible and open and I can work with any sort of arrangement. Just ask! I just recently moved to LA and do not work at the moment so my schedule is entirely open right now. I spend most of my days out hiking or at the beach with my dog and figured I could share the love and take care of others animals while making some extra cash. Depending on the animal, the type of care changes. Everyone knows all cats and dogs aren’t created equal and need different things to feel safe. Also boarding and care preferences change owner to owner. For example, some dogs require crates and others can be trusted in the house without barriers (depending on owner preferences). I will adjust my care based off what you and your pet want and need! :)
About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 5 years old, and over the years I’ve had two Shih Tzus of my own who taught me just how much joy and love pets bring into our lives. What sets me apart is not only my lifelong experience, but also the patience, responsibility, and genuine care I bring to every pup I meet. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or snuggles, I make sure your dog feels safe, loved, and happy while in my care. As a full-time student, I’m looking for part-time opportunities that fit into my weekly schedule. I make sure your pup always has the care and attention they deserve! When caring for dogs, safety and comfort always come first. I take the time to learn each dog’s routine, personality, and any special instructions from their owner to make sure they feel at home—whether that’s in my space or yours. I give pets plenty of love and attention while keeping a watchful eye to ensure they’re safe on walks, properly fed, and comfortable in their environment. I treat every dog as if they were my own, because trust is just as important as care.

About: 🐾 Lifelong dog lover with over a decade of experience caring for dogs since the age of 13! Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and that passion only continues to grow. I’m a proud dog parent to Brooklyn, an 8-year-old Husky Schnauzer mix who is as friendly as they come — she’s basically a professional at making new friends! Raising Brooklyn has given me hands-on experience with the unique needs of mixed breeds, from exercise and grooming to socialization. When your pup is in my care, they’re not just a client — they’re family. I treat every dog with the same love, patience, and attention I give my own. Your furry best friend is in great hands! 🐶 Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine since I work from home full time for a telecommunications company. Being home all day means I’m always present and attentive — no long stretches where a pup is left alone! My schedule is very flexible, so I can easily adapt to a dog’s feeding times, walks, potty breaks, and playtime without any disruption. Working from home has honestly made me an even better pet caretaker. I’m able to check in constantly, give plenty of attention throughout the day, and quickly respond to any needs. Whether it’s a midday walk or some extra cuddle time, I’m always available. For me, having a dog around while I work is a joy — my own pup Brooklyn is proof of that! I live by myself in a secure apartment building, which means a calm, controlled environment with minimal disruptions for any dog in my care. The building has its own dog park right on-site, making it easy to give pups plenty of outdoor time and socialization without ever having to travel far. I also have access to quiet residential streets perfect for relaxed, enjoyable walks. Since I live alone, dogs in my home get my undivided attention — no chaotic household, no strangers coming and going. My own dog Brooklyn is friendly and welcoming, so any dog staying with me will have a built-in companion to help them feel right at home. For in-home visits at a client’s home, I follow the owner’s established routine as closely as possible, ensuring their dog feels comfortable and secure in their own familiar environment. I always make sure feeding schedules, walk times, and any special instructions are followed to the letter.
About: With over 21+ years caring for dogs, I provide walks, feedings, and overnight boarding in a clean, secure, and loving home tailored to your dog’s needs. Even with my part-time job, your pets will get plenty of loving attention, walks, and playtime. I also offer boarding on both weekdays and weekends. I have a fenced yard and friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. I can easily crate your dog if needed. PLEASE BRING CRATE.

“Radka and her family watched over my fur babies, and were amazing sitters! They were very caring and took good care of both my pups. I would go back to her again if I need a dogsitter for my pups 😊”

“Alvin was so great with Bear ! He loves coming over and spending time. He truly treats Bear as if he was his own. Recommend his service and if you need to leave your furry friend for a short time.”

“Samuel took such great care of our dog Romeo while we were away for a long weekend! Romeo has some stomach issues and can be high maintenance and Samuel was so understanding and attentive and kept in touch with us the whole time with lots of pictures and check ins.”

“Jeanette is the best. She took exceptional care of our energetic 3yr old pup. He had a fun weekend that she customized based on his energy level. She checked in with me consistently and shared photos and videos. Will definitely re book!”

“I truly can’t say enough good things about my experience with Jennifer. She took such incredible care of Pip and treated her like her own. From the start, she was warm, attentive, incredibly accommodating and thoughtful about Pip’s specific needs. She was also so communicative, sending updates and photos throughout the weekend that made me feel completely at ease. It’s never easy leaving your dog, but Jennifer made the entire experience seamless and stress free. Pip was so comfortable and happy, which means everything to me! I would absolutely recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring sitter and can’t wait to book with her again!”

“Eva was so good with my dog, and accommodating for an unexpected flight delay /logistic issue requiring her to pick up the dog from another sitter. Once retrieved, she spent the entire day and evening sending pictures, taking him on walks, and really reassuring me that my dog had the absolute best environment. She’s worth every penny, and I’m glad she could take care of Samwise.”

“Inga loves my dog as her own. I love that she replies quickly when I check in to see how my little angel is doing. I have used her twice she will always be my go-to when I need a pet sitter.”

“I had Anna look after our new rescue, Milo, a 3-year-old golden retriever, for a week. He was dropped off at her place on the day he was neutered and stayed with her until I could fly to California to pick him up and bring him home. When my daughter collected him from the shelter and brought him to Anna’s, he was scared. He was thrown into a new environment, confused, and obviously in pain. Anna kept me updated on his progress, and through pictures and videos, I could see how she nursed him back to health. She gave him his medicine and went above and beyond as a sitter. When my daughter and I were finally able to retrieve him, we were so impressed by how well-adjusted he was (and still is). I have no words to express my sincere appreciation for the care she provided. Anna clearly has a genuine love for dogs, and her gentle, caring nature was exactly what Milo needed while recovering and adjusting to his new life away from his former home.”

“Xavier was an amazing sitter! This was my first time leaving my baby with a sitter that she didn’t already know (friends and family). I was very nervous but Xavier went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and to ensure I knew that Kali was in good hands. He took great care of my baby and sent pictures and updates during her stay. We will 100% be booking with Xavier again for future stays.”

“Sloane helped watch my pup Kyubi while I was out of town, and took such amazing care of her! She was communicative the whole time, sent several pictures and was very attentive to Kyubi’s needs. She’s a huge dog lover and Kyubi was clearly very happy in her home. I look forward to getting Sloane’s help again in the future!”

“Jamie and Todd are incredible people, who we felt genuinely loved our pup as much as we do. Our pup got spoiled, and it shows with how much our dog loved them. 100000/10 would recommend for dog sitting. Thank you Jamie and Todd!”
