About: I have had cats and dogs and mice and fish my whole life, and have been many people's go-to consultant for care and advice, and for taking care of their pets when they're out of town. I am one of those people that folks say have "a way with animals". Always have, even when I was a toddler. I can administer medications and injections, help with puppy training, and bring your shy pet out of his or her shell. I rescued my own kitties when they were only a week old and syringe and bottle-fed them and reared them up to be sturdy upright feline citizens of the world. We've hired Vanesa to walk our 2 girls, and she's also done a couple of drop-in visits. Vanesa is wonderful to work with and has become our go-to person when we need some help with the girls. We have a 120 lb Saint Bernard and a border collie mix and she's great with both. She's very responsive and gives regular updates. She follows directions when doing the drop-ins, even when we unexpectedly have to change things up last minute. She's very flexible and understanding, just a joy to work with! The dogs love her and they're looking forward to their next walk with her!
Emily relieved my stress when I was at work by coming to my home and taking my puppy Zorro for his bathroom break. Jaislyn is very friendly, responsible, and easy to talk to and she clearly loves dogs. Our pittie was obsessed with her from the second she met her, and we could tell from the photos how happy and loved our dog was while we were gone. She left our place very neat, communicated issues that popped up at our place while we were away, and handled things for us without complaint. We would absolutely hire her again!
It’s hard for me to trust most people with my dog and he doesn’t take to everyone but Kate made the experience much less nerve wracking. She was very communicative and sent photos soon after the walk, which helped with my nerves. Kate was attentive to all of my very specific instructions and I highly recommend booking them especially if you have an overly anxious dog.
Adam is the dog whisperer of dog whisperers. Our pitbull Camilla is normally hesitant to walk with a new person and will not venture far away from home the first time, but she was immediately smitten with Adam and they walked together for the entire hour! We have used so many dog walkers. This is the first and only time Camilla felt this comfortable with someone. We’re so happy we found someone our dog is excited to walk with. He didn’t even need to use treats to coax her. Adam is a needle in a haystack type of dog walker for the type of dog we have.
My pups immediately warmed to Emily and seemed to really enjoy their walks with her.
