About: I have experience walking dogs of all ages and sizes (German Shepard, huskies, Maltese, poodle, frenchies). As a teen I walked dogs for the elderly who resided in a retirement home. I grew up with large dogs and have learned patience and awareness through my experiences. I currently have two talkative cats and have participated in rescuing stray kittens from a Carl’s Jr. parking lot. I love animals and have learned from each and every one of them that I have had the pleasure of meeting in my lifetime. I am currently between jobs and have a lot of free time to take pups for walks! I am available weekends and holidays! I enjoy being outside and going for early morning walks and would love to do that with a dog! I am comfortable watching pets within a home or backyard if needed. I can carry dogs if they are uncomfortable using stairs or if they have special needs. I am extremely cautious when dogs are a flight risk and tend to triple check harnesses and walking gear!
About: I’ve always been the person friends and family trust to watch their pets because I genuinely love spending time with animals. I know how stressful it can be to leave your pet with someone else, so I do my best to make them feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away. Whether it’s a puppy with lots of energy, a senior pet who needs a slower pace and extra care, or a pet that’s a little shy at first, I’m patient and happy to adjust to their needs. I pay attention to the little things, follow routines closely, and love sending updates and photos so you know your pet is doing well. My goal is for your pet to feel like they’re hanging out with a friend, not just being watched I’m currently on summer break from my job as an elementary after-school teacher, so I have a more flexible schedule and extra time to dedicate to pet care. During the summer, I work a part-time job, which allows me to provide care before and after my shifts. I’m able to plan my schedule around pets’ needs and make sure they get the attention, care, and companionship they deserve. I’m also available on weekends for extra visits, overnight care, or just some extra love and attention if needed. 🐾❤️ When caring for pets in your home, I try to keep their routine as normal as possible so they feel comfortable while you’re away. I’ll make sure they’re fed on schedule, have fresh water, clean litter boxes, and get plenty of love and attention. I know every cat is different—some want constant cuddles and playtime, while others prefer their space—so I always let them set the pace. I’ll also send updates and photos so you can relax knowing your cat is happy and well cared for
“Vanesa has been absolutely wonderful with our yellow lab! She’s kind, attentive to his needs, and always makes sure he gets the care and attention he deserves. She’s consistently on time, communicates clearly, and always lets us know how each walk went. It’s such a relief knowing our dog is in great hands - we couldn’t recommend her more highly!”

“Marie is reliable, caring, and great with my dog. Always on time and sends updates with photos. I feel totally at ease knowing my dog is in such good hands. Highly recommend!”

“Jaime was absolutely awesome with Boosh, our Pit/Lab baby girl. He was able to pick her up and down the stairs to our complex. We had dog family over for a week and Jamie was able to accommodate walking them on short notice. Boosh loved seeing him and would bring him her ball a few times; seriously jelly about that. ?”
About: Since I was a child, I cared for many animals and pets on my family's farm, and in the last 15 years in LA, I've had my own pets and all my neighbors and friends come to me for pet care while they are out of town! I work as a part-time plant science consultant, I am a mom of a 10-year old human and an 11-year old doggy, I have a flexible schedule and love to be active, so pet care fits in nicely! I have a secure and fenced in back yard and many comfortable spaces for dogs all around the house. Cats are not a good fit in our home, unfortunately.

About: If you're on this app, clearly you love your pet. You want to assure your pet is properly cared for and loved while you are not around. I have over 20 years of caring for my dogs and spend my free time volunteering at the West LA Animal Shelter. I have trained friends dogs and have tended to my 18 year old elderly dog since she was a puppy. I pitched on my baseball team and love to air out my arm with long games of fetch at the park as well as leisurely strolls around the neighborhood. I'm full time work from home - my routine is multiple daily walks with my 2 dogs. Park nearby is an oasis as well as sun drenched backyard lounging. Fenced yard where my two friendly dogs like to hang out, but they have the run of the house as where they like to sit in the front window and watch the street activity.
About: I have lived with dogs all my life and have worked professionally with them for three years. As a previously doggie daycare camp counselor, I oversaw dogs of all breeds and sizes. I love playing with them, walking them, and showing them love and comfort while they are away from family. Back home, I have a husky-border collie mix, a cockapoo, and a chihuahua-doberman mix… so from work and home, I’ve truly experienced dogs of different personalities, sizes, and needs. I have lived in LA for threes years now and just graduated from USC. I’m currently a working actor and barista which gives me a flexible schedule to provide dependable care for your pet. Dogs are truly special little companions and I’m here to help give them that care when life gets busy! PLUS, while I’m excited to help make your life a little easier, spending time with dogs is just as much a gift for me. I miss my dogs back home in Chicago, so being able to care for dogs here has been such a fun way to keep them in my life. I hope to adopt one of my own when the time is right! Can’t wait to get you know you and your furry friend :) I work as a barista, so my schedule is fairly flexible and I’m able to work pet care into my routine. I’m happy to discuss your pet’s needs and find a schedule that works best for both of us. I provide pet care in my client’s home and take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and energy level. Before starting, I’ll discuss their usual walks, feeding schedule, and any special needs with you. I’ll keep you updated throughout my time with your pet and am happy to send photos and messages so you know they’re safe and happy.
“Minerva is the most caring and loving dog walker! She takes her time walking Kobe and sends plenty of pictures and updates about his activities (pee, poo, etc.). She's very detailed, quick to respond, communicative, and incredibly friendly. You can tell she's an animal lover. Kobe has fallen in love with her in such a short time! Can't thank Minerva enough for everything she does for our Kobe!”

About: Growing up in a house full of dogs, I guess I picked up a few tricks along the way. My friends joke that I’m the “dog whisperer,” but honestly, it’s more like I’m their unpaid therapist. Most dogs and I vibe right away, like we’ve got some unspoken connection. Even the cautious ones usually come around pretty quickly.. maybe it’s the good vibes..? Maybe it’s the good treats..? Either way, mi casa, their casa. 🏠🐶 Now that I’m pursuing music full time, my schedule is much more flexible! I work from home during the week and usually keep my weekends open, so I can be fully attentive and available for your pup whenever they need me. 🫡 I prioritize being present with your pets at all times to ensure their safety and provide them with a home-like sense of security, knowing they have a trusted friend by their side. 🐾 🤝
About: You can count on me for: * Safe, enjoyable walks * Plenty of affection and positive attention * Fresh water and potty breaks * Photo and video updates during every visit * Reliable communication and punctual service I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes, but I especially have experience with small breeds like Chihuahuas. My goal is to give you peace of mind while you’re away, knowing your furry family member is in caring and trustworthy hands. I look forward to meeting you and your best friend! Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. I have experience caring for my own dogs, so walks, feeding, playtime, and giving lots of attention are already part of my everyday life. I enjoy spending time with animals and make sure each pet gets the care, patience, and companionship they need. I also keep my schedule organized so I can be reliable, punctual, and responsive to pet owners. Your dog’s safety and happiness are my top priorities. I take the time to learn each dog’s routine, energy level, and any special instructions before every walk. During our walks, I’ll keep your dog safely leashed, avoid unsafe situations, and make sure they have fresh water afterward if requested. I’ll also send photo updates and communicate with you so you can feel confident knowing your pup is in caring, dependable hands. Every dog deserves patience, kindness, and a walk that’s both safe and enjoyable.

“Jessica is super-friendly, reliable, and always on-time!! She takes great care of our two pups, and you can clearly tell that she is an animal lover. I highly recommend her!”

About: I’m a dependable and attentive pet sitter who enjoys spending time with animals. I also have my own dog, Lilly, so caring for a pet is already part of my everyday life. I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and comfort level, and I take the time to make sure they feel safe and cared for. I’m comfortable with walks, feeding, playtime, basic medication instructions, and keeping pets company while their owners are away. I’ll also keep you updated so you can feel confident knowing your pet is in good . My schedule is flexible, and I make time throughout the week for walks, feeding, playtime, and companionship. I’m used to caring for my own dog, Lilly, so pet care is already a normal part of my routine. I always follow the pet owner’s instructions and routines closely. I make sure doors, gates, and leashes are secure, keep pets supervised, and pay attention to their behavior and comfort. I want every pet to feel safe and relaxed while they’re in my care.

“Bryanna has been great with our dog Buster and takes lots of pictures and even videos during her visits. She is good at communicating and responds to messages quickly. She's dependable and shows up when she says she will and we are really happy to have found her. She brings her dog to play with Buster and it's been a great arrangement for Buster to have a friend and more socialization. She was willing to just come herself to take Buster on his walk if they didn't get along. We hope Bryanna continues to be available to visit Buster.”

About: Hi! We're Cecilia and Nicholas! 👋🏽 This account is run by both of us and between the two of us, we've got 13+ years of experience loving and taking care of dogs! We have spent a lot of time volunteering at shelters and fostering dogs (can provide references from the shelter staff) and have successfully helped in findings homes for many dogs at the shelter. You can check out some of the dog videos I've created on my TikTok, cicijasso. We both work from home, so we have a lot of flexibility to give your dog attention, exercise, and companionship throughout the day. We're comfortable with dogs of all sizes, from tiny to big, and we have experience with reactive dogs too, since one of our own can be reactive. We understand what it takes to keep everyone safe and comfortable. A little bit about us and our dogs: Our first two dogs were Milli, a pitbull who lived a full and happy 15 years and Levi, a scrappy little rescue mutt from Texas who stole our hearts and unfortunately passed away too soon (~6 yrs) of cancer. Both were our whole world and we miss them every day! Since then, we've welcomed 2 new babes into our family. We have Sasha, a beautiful and sassy little pitbull, who we rescued from a DC shelter during our time there, and then Juno, a shy but loving German/Doberman mix, who we recently adopted during out time in Arkansas. As you can tell...we sort of love dogs and have a tendency of rescuing one wherever we go. Animals are truly our passion, not just a hobby. We'd love to help care for yours. My husband and I work from home full time and are able to step away from our computers to take them out for potty breaks every few hours. We’re flexible and able to work with any requirements your pet has for going out. For house sitting or drop-ins, we keep things as close to normal as possible: same feeding schedule, same walk times if there is one, and plenty of playtime or just hanging out so your dog isn't alone all day. We also handle meds, special diets, and any specific quirks your dog has, just let us know what they need. Because we've fostered so many dogs and volunteered at shelters, we're comfortable with dogs who need a little extra patience: nervous dogs, reactive dogs, dogs still learning basic manners. We don't expect perfect behavior, we just want your dog to feel safe and cared for the whole time you're away.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Van Nuys
Vanesa was absolutely amazing with my dog. She took care of absolutely everything perfectly, EXACTLY as I asked and is a true professional and very responsible. She is extremely kind and listens to instructions very very well. Due to starting a new job and moving to a new residence simultaneously, I needed last minute help making sure my dog was walked and loved on during my long shifts and Vanesa had me totally covered! She made sure my pup was extremely well taken care of and safe as well as perfectly locking up the house and securing the gate and key in the lock box exactly as I described. She is truly excellent with animals and adds that extra special touch of going the extra mile to make the experience truly wonderful and I will absolutely be booking her many more times in the future. Thanks Vanesa!
We absolutely love having Bailey as our dog walker! She’s incredibly reliable, patient, and truly cares about the dogs she works with. One of our pups can be a little more challenging, and she has always been so understanding and kind with him. One of my favorite parts is the detailed updates she sends after every walk. They’re thoughtful, funny, and always make me smile—it feels like I get to experience a little piece of their adventure together. I couldn’t recommend her more!

I reached out around 8:30 at night looking for a last minute walk, and he responded right away and was able to come that same evening. He showed up on time, was really friendly, and did a great job with my anxious dog. I was a little worried since my dog has been having a hard time lately, but he was so patient with him. When they got back, my dog seemed so much happier and more relaxed. I really appreciated how responsive and reliable he was, and I would definitely book with him again.
