“Annabelle and Ben are incredibly kind and professional. I had them watch my dog, Dante, for five days while I went out of town. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a safe, fun, and loving environment for their dog. They welcomed Dante, who is not used to being away from the family, into their home and treated him as if he was their own. They even allowed Dante to sleep in their bedroom and relax on their living room couch. Annabelle and Ben have a large fenced-in yard where Dante was free to hang out and play with their very sweet pup Ranger. Dante also enjoyed fetching softballs from their kids and taking walks around their neighborhood. Annabelle and Ben were incredibly professional throughout the whole process. Annabelle invited me over for a meet and greet before booking and sent pictures daily while I was away. I could tell from the photos that Dante was very well taken care of. Dante came home calm and happy which is a true testament to the expert care that Annabelle and Ben provided. I will definitely use them again. In fact, I will be bringing Dante back in a few weeks!”

About: One delightful benefit of being single and living alone is I’ve ended up being the person in my friends group who gets to dog sit for all my friends whenever they go out of town. I studied Ecology at University and the love and respect of all animals is very much ingrained in me. I work from home, so to have a justified incentive to leave my desk and go for a walk would be gratefully appreciated. I live in the foothills of Sherman Oaks which makes for easy, safe walks in a very dog friendly neighborhood. I’m also more than happy to hop in the car and take dogs to the park. I’m completely flexible to the desires and recommendations of the owner. I care for dogs as if they were my own. Lots of interaction, affection, a continual supply of fresh water and hopefully a buddy to watch the Premier League with me on the weekend!

Mandie is an absolutely wonderful sitter. She is communicative, kind, and easy to work with - especially when leaving our pup with her for the first time for two weeks. She took the best care of Artemis and worked with her very stubborn and anxious personality with a lot of heart and patience. She was great about updating us and sending us pics so it wasn't as tough being away from Artemis for so long. We will definitely be booking with her again!
Effie and family took great care of my dog Chopper. Was worried that he was gonna be anxious leaving him as my dog has separation anxiety but my dog enjoyed his time at their home under their care. About Pina, our puppy’s sitter😍 Let me just begin by stating that Pina, didn’t just baby sit our Khloe in the comfort of her home, but also gave her lots of love, cuddles & cared for her as if she was one of her own puppy, which was exactly what we needed and searched for. Khloe is very special to us!! 🐕 We are dog lover’s, love our Khloe dearly. Khloe is not just a puppy, but family therefore after our first & last time leaving Khloe at a boarding place, which was the worst & horrible, experience ever. After this first & last time leaving Khloe, we were & are more are more careful & cautious before we decide whom we should: trust & count to leave her with. Therefore deciding to either take Khloe 🐶 🐾 along with us on our vacation or leave her at another boarding place, was very hard to decide!! We are very strict of whom to leave our puppy with, when & if needed. Before I met Pina in the River app, which my husband had heard of. We had no one we could actually trust, rely, depend on to care, watch and most of all love ❤️ our Khloe as much as she did, Khloe received more than expected while with Pina, we are above & beyond very thankful we came across her profile & services she offers to anyone in search of a great boarding place. Pina was also kind enough to help, assist & support me the entire time while I never used ( Rover ) it was my very first time. Pina is not just a sitter but a mommy to all pups whether they are hers or not! Pina was the first, only & last person we reached out to in the Rover app. Right away my instinct told me, she was to be trusted in caring for our Khloe the entire time we were away. Pina is like no sitter I’ve ever met, she’s one of a kind and is to be trusted and of course be referred to anyone in need of boarding, day care, play day, etc. Pina is very flexible in working, accommodating or adjusting to any changes, it just takes good communication, that’s all. In addition, what I really liked is that Pina kept us & keeps you updated with pictures, etc of how our puppy was doing, the entire time we were apart, which I didn’t expect. specially after our last, only and horrible experience. Another thing I’d like to mention is that when Khloe was picked up. Pina had done her laundry ( Khloes ) bed & blanket, which was not necessary nor expected from her, but again. Pina is great at what she does best looking after our fur babies 🐶 🐾 Last but not least, search no more 🥰 Pina is it for you! 😊She is great, loving & all you are looking for. My words fall short for what I think & have to say about her, sadly I didn’t know, met her way before. Nayira and her family were great. I was initially concerned about dropping my dog off with a boarder; Nayira did everything reasonable to make sure that our dog was comfortable and happy. We are happy to have found Nayira and will use her again without hesitation.
I had a last minute cancellation from a different Rover sitter before a 2-week trip, and luckily Bonn was available. We did a meet and greet where Bailey seemed comfortable at his place and his dog got along with mine. It was a relief that I was able to find someone who already had great reviews to take of Bailey. During my trip, Bonn sent pictures and updates and kept me updated about Bailey’s feedings. When I went to pick up Bailey, she was happy to see me but it also became apparent that she was so comfortable at Bonn’s - She wasn’t super anxious to get in the car. That’s how I know Bonn and his family took such good care of Bailey. Will definitely reach out again the next time we go out of town!
Chan and his wife were wonderful caretakers for my little girl. As a senior dog she needs lots of regular medications, which they were great with administering. I received multiple photos every day to assure me that she was doing well, getting slow walks in the park as she required, and feeling pretty happy. They have a little private yard with astroturf and she enjoyed that, as well as the park right across the street. They reached out with questions whenever they weren’t sure about something, and I am very happy with their great care and thoughtfulness. I will use them again!
I had another fantastic boarding with Tue! She is very responsive and sends pictures throughout the day so you can keep up with what your fur baby does day to day. My dog Nori loves staying with Tue and her family. I can feel at ease knowing Nori is safe and being well taken care of while I’m out of town. I highly recommend her!
Renata is THE BEST! left my baby daschund with her and her husband for 1 month. she kept me updated with videos and pictures everyday, which made me feel so secure and less stressed. i could see that my puppy was having the best time with them, and even her little daughter was cuddling with my dog all day. it’s really good that they have other dogs there as well, so Mona was playing everyday and having so much fun. i’m definitely booking Renata again! so happy i found someone that i trust to leave my baby when i need 🩵 ps: my dog cried when we got home missing her friends haha
I hadn’t left my newer dog with a sitter yet and was nervous about taking a five day trip. But I was comforted in knowing that Katie was caring for my dogs full-time, without other distractions. Both dogs came home happy and healthy! Although they tend to be wary of bigger dogs, they seemed to bond with Fonzie, Katie‘s dog. I will definitely leave them with Katie again when I travel.
