Ori took great care of my dog, Arthur for 3 weeks. Sadly, the week prior to dropping Arthur off, I had to put my 15 yr old dog down, which was heartbreaking for both me and Arthur. I was really concerned that Arthur would feel abandoned and not adjust well. Ori was very understanding and kind, and really seemed to "look out" for Arthur's well being. She sent photos, and updates which was so reassuring. He enjoyed spending time with other dogs at her house and adjusted well to the routine. I would highly recommend Ori if you need to leave your dog. Arthur was in good hands.

Karina is amazing, she is the only one I trust with my nervous, skittish little rescue chihuahua mix Rupert. Rupert doesn’t trust many people but Karina’s calm and knowledgeable handling makes him comfortable. I don’t worry one bit when he is with her. She’s the best, I highly recommended Karina.

We scheduled a meet and greet, where the boys got to check out the new space. Nicola asked me detailed questions about the dogs' routines and preferences. During the two days they were there, I got updates and pictures regularly. When I had to postpone the pick-up time, he was very understanding and flexible. While he may have not known it specifically, Nicola helped make my wedding weekend just a little more magical.
