About: I’ve been a pet owner for 25 years. I use to be a zookeeper for 8 years and have worked with exotic animals for over 10. I have basic training skills and am good with large dogs. I am currently working part time and have most days free and evenings as well. Local neighborhood walks or pick ups would be ideal, but not necessary. I currently do not have any other pets. I do have a fenced in back yard and live in a house. Bathroom breaks can happen frequently when boarding.

I have been taking care of animals for a couple of years such as pigs, goats, chickens, and even a 40 year old turtoise but usually either cats or dogs. I have two dogs of my own, a shih-tzu and a Maltese who have had a litter of puppies once and I was the one to take care and raise them til they were old and strong enough to go off to their forever homes. About: I’m available almost always have taken care of several different animals throughout my life such as dogs lizards rabbits hamsters birds and more. I have experience with animal restraint and enjoy walking and playing with animals. I’m going to college right now so animal care would work around that but I do go only three days a week for a few hours so I have a lot of availability. Since my chocolate lab cannot write the review ( she can do most everything else..) let me just describe my dog’s reaction to Mry: excited anticipation prior to her arrival and a happy “smile” on her face upon returning from her walk! As for me, I cannot say enough about Mry’s Professional and pleasant attitude. She is punctual, tailors the walks to my dog’s ability and daily wants. The daily reports I get from Mry are not the mundane ones but a true and detailed description of my dog’s activities (sniffing, slow or energetic, tired etc.). We just rescued Bonzai not too long ago from the shelter and we were worried about leaving him with just anyone. Chase was very open and Bonzai loved him! “I last minute needed to schedule a sitter for Bentley, I reached out to Ashton and Jay. They were very responsive, quickly set up a meet and greet. Jay was awesome, he was very chill, he had great energy Bentley and I felt comfortable with him almost immediately. Unfortunately I did not meet Ashton during this stay however; Jay sent updates to let me know my baby was doing great. Bentley is very spoiled and will sometimes decide not to eat the first day that I leave her, the fact that she ate so well for Jay told me she was very comfortable there!
