“Mario was fantastic with Luna! He’s very communicative, responsible, takes tons of photos and give updates frequently. I needed someone to help me with walking Luna while I was at work and despite her being a handful, he was incredibly kind, patient, and undaunted by the task. I highly recommend him if you ever need someone to care for your fur babies.”

“I just moved to LA this past month. I am beyond happy I met Zoey! She has been a total hero to me during this stressful time. A weight has been lifted knowing that my two pups are in such trustful hands! My dogs are VERY high energy and Zoey knows how to handle them. She really goes the extra mile (pun intended). Forever grateful to her! I cannot recommend her enough :)”

About: I’ve cared for dogs through sitting and boarding for friends and family, providing a safe, loving, and dependable environment while their owners are away. I make sure every dog is well taken care of by keeping them fed, active, and happy with daily walks, playtime, and lots of attention. I’ve also volunteered at animal shelters and fostered dogs in need, giving me experience with different breeds, personalities, and care needs. I treat every dog like they’re part of the family Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I currently work on building my at-home business, which gives me the flexibility and availability to dedicate quality time to dog walking, sitting, and boarding. I’m able to provide dogs with consistent attention throughout the day, including walks, feeding, playtime, bathroom breaks, and lots of care and companionship to ensure they feel comfortable and well looked after. I provide a safe, clean, and loving environment where pets feel comfortable, secure, and cared for at all times. In my home, I make sure pets have a calm space to relax, regular potty breaks, daily walks, playtime, fresh water, and feeding schedules that match their routine. I always pay close attention to each dog’s personality, energy level, and specific needs to help them feel at home. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their routines and instructions to keep their pets comfortable and stress-free in their familiar environment. Whether it’s dog walking, drop-in visits, boarding, or overnight care, I prioritize safety, communication, cleanliness, and making sure every pet receives plenty of attention, affection, and proper care.
“Mry has been very sweet and patient with my pup Nalu! It’s our very first time searching for a walking buddy and my little one is shy around new people. Communication with Mry is wonderful and we’ve achieved progress together these last few days! I feel safe and happy leaving my pup in her care. We’re looking forward to many more walks together :) Thank you Mry!!”

“I know dogs can’t speak, but Brooke is so kind and loving with her. She spent the last 10 minutes of her time with Dottie on the floor loving her, when she so didn’t need to. Absolutely love Brooke.”

“Cody is on time and ready to go every time we book him! Finn and Biscuit both love him and he is awesome about working with any request we have or instruction we give. We are excited for future fun times with Cody!”

About: My family has owned dogs and cats my entire life. I don’t think there has been a single day in my life where I didn’t own a pet or have responsibility for one. Including the Marines under my charge. Animals. Seriously, though… Pets love me. I am also a firm believer in following instructions to a T. People are often surprised when I ask to meet their dog, they tell me that the dog is skittish or afraid, and then the dog walks slowly up to me like they’ve known me forever and then we’re best friends. I feed my two cats, Chief and Cosmos, daily at 8am and 8pm. Cosmos requires special dietary food, so my wife and I bought chip-specific feeders for each cat. I also make sure they stay physical with my fishing rod toys, as well as ensure clean facilities for the… you know. It all comes down to showing them love, providing for them, and protecting them. I treat my two cats like they were my own kids. We don’t deserve their love if we can’t give it to them. It’s inhumane.
About: I have been pet sitting since I have been 13. I have rescued many animals throughout my life. I have volunteered in shelters, had man foster dogs. I feel life would not be the same without my dogs. I love playing and taking care of any animal, but dogs are my favorite. My schedule is very flexible. I am working part time but for the most part I am available most days and weekends. I can work any time. I prefer to take care of your animals in your home. It just depends of the animal/animals. I have an elderly dog and she prefers calm dogs, or cats only. So it just depends.
About: So many friends and neighbors wanted me to take care of their dogs when i was just a kid cause they knew that i can understand their language. I was taking care of dogs and cats just as a hobby only for people i knew, but decided i can help more pet owners and make everyone’s life easier!! I have experiences with puppies and senior care. You will be receiving really nice photos of your pups🐶 I am at home 24/7 if needed no problem with that, home is fun with a furry baby we can watch movies and cuddle!!! I know that all doggies need different care. I am very good at potty training and obedience training. I also have first aid training🤍 Please read the following before booking either of these services: Day Care means: Between 0-10 hours Boarding means: Between 10-24 hours All of the pets i take care, they are my babies too!! They are all welcome for hugs and most importantly LOVE! For summer period i am free every day and i can start working really early if my client needs. I don’t like to go for walks so late for me and my client’s safety. I have a nice fenced backyard; we mostly play there and hangout i don’t let them out unsupervised. I only walk with leash, sometimes dogs see rabbits or squirrels and chase after them. We don’t want anyone to get hurt or scared 🫶🏻
About: I’m available almost always have taken care of several different animals throughout my life such as dogs lizards rabbits hamsters birds and more. I have experience with animal restraint and enjoy walking and playing with animals. I’m going to college right now so animal care would work around that but I do go only three days a week for a few hours so I have a lot of availability. I make sure my bunny has food water and a clean place to live. I make sure to groom him when he’s shedding and to carefully clip his nails. I also walk the family dog every so often and make sure to keep them from other dogs cats etc since they aren’t the most friendly to other animals.

About: I have taken care of cats and dogs since i was a teenager. I have walked all sizes of dogs and taken care of all types of cats. I am a cat owner myself of a senior cat who is 17 that i have had since he was a kitten and a 2 year old tuxedo cat both of who are adorable. I love all animals. I’m currently unemployed so my schedule is very flexible. About: Growing up on a farm, I developed a huge love for animals from a very early age—and that’s only grown with age! I love being able to provide animals with the love and happiness they need to thrive, so being a dog sitter is just a dream come true for me. I don’t think there’s anything like having a dog in our lives, so it’s always been my goal to give back to animals however I could. I also know how difficult it can be to be away from your best friend, so I’m here to make that time as easy as possible! I have tons of experience taking care of animals, so your dogs will be in good hands no matter what. I’ve been a long-time pet sitter, and have worked mostly with celebrity clients. I’ve always loved taking care of animals, and am now in a great position to expand my clientele! In addition to sitting, I’ve also done my fair share of rescuing, and consider it a very big part of my work and life. I have nine dogs of my own, and many of them are rescues! When taking on a new client, I typically like to schedule a meet-and-greet. It’s a great way to make sure that we’re all a good fit for one another, which is so important to me. Likewise, it gives us the opportunity to chat face-to-face about your pup and your care expectations. No one knows your dog better than you do, so it’s always great to chat with owners in person about what makes their pup tick! Finally, I just love meeting new dogs! I like to get down on their level to show them that I’m a welcome presence here to make friends, and I’m sure we’ll be best buddies in no time at all. If your pup is staying with me, they’ll be welcomed into a very dog-friendly household! I live in North Hollywood in a large and spacious house. Most importantly, however, there are lots of friends to keep us company. In addition to me and my dogs, my business partner and lifelong friend Sheila will be assisting with all things care-related! She’s been with me for over 6 years and has been an amazing presence. I’m also committed to caring for your pups just as you would care for them at home, which means plenty of free space to roam around as well as never being crated (unless specifically requested). It’s just my duty to make sure your pups are as happy as can be! I work as a pet sitter full time. I will always be there for your furry family member. I will always care for them as if it’s my own. Your pet will have the run of my home, sofa and bed included. Nothing is off limits. I care for your pet like they’re my own.
About: With over eight years of hands-on pet care experience, I don’t just “watch” animals — I build real bonds with them. I take the time to understand each pet’s personality, routines, quirks, and comforts so they feel safe, seen, and genuinely loved. Every animal in my care is treated as if they were my own, with patience, protection, and affection at the center of everything I do. Their happiness, trust, and tail wags are truly the greatest reward. I am a freelance professional makeup artist working part time, so I have plenty of free time to care for your furry friends and felines! When I care for your pets in your home, I treat the entire space with the same respect and attention I give your animals. I follow their routines closely, provide loving companionship, and make sure they feel safe, calm, and comfortable in their familiar environment. While I am there taking care of your pets, I am also taking care of your home — keeping a clean, safe, and mess-free space for your animal to relax in. You can return to a happy pet and a well-maintained home.

About: I treat every dog like my own, with experience in both puppy training and gentle senior care. I’m reliable, attentive, and focused on keeping your dog safe, happy, and comfortable. Pet care fits naturally into my routine. I plan my day around walks, feeding, and quality time to make sure each dog gets consistent, attentive care. I follow each pet’s routine closely, keep a calm and safe environment, and make sure they’re always supervised, comfortable, and secure in their own home or mine.
“Tiffany took great care of our girl, which was no easy feat considering she weighs 70 pounds. We are so grateful to her. Our girl loves her. She always arrived timely and took the best pics of our girl on their walks together.”

About: Every pet is taken care of to their specific personality, preferences, and needs. Building their trust and happiness at their pace for creating fun memories together! I’m available for pack hikes, walks, and drop in pet sitting. Morning pick ups and drop offs about 2-3 hours total depending on hike and routes for all other dogs in the group. Pack hikes for new dogs are at a slow and welcoming pace! Instead of just putting random dogs together, I set them up with other dogs who I know love making new friends and can match their pace so they get the routine down and feel comfortable with the process. Then we build up from there so they are excited and expecting their daily hike outdoors with their dog friends!
About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 14. I work at a family-owned rescue in Mid-City, Los Angeles. I have been trained and have extensive experience in safe dog handling, and training methods including positive reinforcement, obedience, and dog psychology. I think dogs are the best animals God could have ever given us! You can rest assured that your pup will be safe and happy when they are with me:) (I also feel very comfortable and have experience with dogs who may need some extra help with leash manners, are reactive, etc.) I work 4 days per week at a dog rescue, and I have a lot of extra time that I would love to spend with even more dogs! I treat dogs like they are the most important things in the world. My goal is to make your dog the most comfortable that they can be, and make their schedule seem as normal and consistent as possible!

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Reseda
Francisco was great! He is reliable and he is great with dogs! He communicates well and sends pictures of our dogs who always look happy and exercised from their walks. We would definitely reach out to him again! I highly recommend Francisco for your pet caring and dog walking needs.

Annabella was amazing! This was my first time using rover and I was nervous about it but she made me feel at ease. She answered any question or concern I had. Was quick at responding, she’s so easy to work with. It takes a while for my dog to warm up to people but she was so patient and kind. I could not recommend her enough. Thank you Annabella, you’re the best!

I couldn’t be happier with Sanaz’s service. She was very communicative and left detailed reports with lots of videos and photos of the pups. She was able to help out with a short turnaround, and was proactive to schedule a meet & greet beforehand too. Sanaz was calm and confident working with my reactive pups, and understood how to make them feel more comfortable. She went above and beyond to make sure the pups were happy and comfy. Thank you, Sanaz!

Marissa was great with Pooh Bear this morning! She showed up on time, made Pooh Bear feel at ease right away, and the two of them headed out without hesitation. When PB came back, she was all smiles, full of pep, and clearly had a really fun walk. It was obvious Marissa took great care of her, and the whole experience felt smooth and reassuring. Highly recommend.

I worked with Cody as a dog walker. He handled my very large dog, who can be a bit reactive, with patience, confidence, and real skill. It’s clear he understands dogs and takes safety seriously. I feel much more at ease knowing my dog is in such capable hands. Highly recommend and will continue to use Cody in the future!

Hillary is one of the few people I trust with my fur baby, I always know she’s in good hands when she’s in her care. She is very communicative and reliable, and my dog is always so excited to see her. You’ll get lots of photos and updates of their adventures together, which I really appreciate. You can tell she genuinely cares. I highly recommend Hillary to anyone looking for a trustworthy, dependable walker or sitter. Thank you Hillary!! 🫶

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
