Erika was truly amazing and such a blessing for my last minute family emergency. She put me at ease right away with her friendly and supportive attitude and quick responses. I was so happy her daughter was able to stay as well because I could tell from the multiple photos each day that Nala was having a blast. Kourosh is ery responsive and easy to work with. It was great having someone who is willing to stay overnight with my disabled, senior dog at a reasonable rate. It gets very expensive given I cannot board her so I really appreciate the peace of mind of having somebody in my home I can trust and who has patience with older dogs.
Prerana & Aubrey were absolutely amazing. They stayed with our dog for 9 days and always kept us up to date with pictures and how he has been throughout the day. The house was even clean and well kept when we got home. We will absolutely be booking with them again!
Kseniia was great. Our original rover cancelled on us last minute, and we were due to head to the hospital to deliver our baby anytime. Kseniia was communicative asking lots of great questions via rover since there wasn’t time for a proper meet and greet. Throughout her stay, (3 nights/4 days) she sent so many updates and photos, was really communicative about how Zoe was doing, even though we couldn’t respond much. Cassie took great care of our kitties during our travels. She sent daily updates with many photos and videos. One of our cats gets stressed with new people when we travel, but he warmed up to Cassie within a day! She took care of the plants and the house as well. We would be happy to have her watch our kitties again.
