“Kseniia was great. Our original rover cancelled on us last minute, and we were due to head to the hospital to deliver our baby anytime. Kseniia was communicative asking lots of great questions via rover since there wasn’t time for a proper meet and greet. Throughout her stay, (3 nights/4 days) she sent so many updates and photos, was really communicative about how Zoe was doing, even though we couldn’t respond much. For me, keeping pets safe and happy comes down to two things: sticking to their routines and treating them like my own. I have a lot of experience managing different personalities, medical needs, and schedules, so I know how important consistency is for a pet's peace of mind (and yours!). I have three strictly indoor cats of my own, so I’m used to managing a multi-pet household. I keep up with multiple litter boxes daily, make sure they always have fresh water and dry food, feed them wet food twice a day, and at minimum play with them an hour a day. I regularly look after an older dog who gets two hours of walks a day to keep him active. I make sure he’s fed at 8:00 PM on the dot, and because he loves his crate, I safely tuck him in there whenever I have to step out for a bit so he feels secure. I’m completely comfortable with specialized medical care. One of my regular clients has three cats, and one requires time-sensitive medications via an inhaler and oral syringe. I also have experience with modern pet tech, like automatic litter boxes, and I follow the owner's schedule for cleaning them out and refreshing the automatic water fountain.

“Jason was a wonderful caregiver to my 5yr 6mo old, english cream golden retriever, Jace! He prioritized him, making sure to follow his schedule, and keeping me updated over the entire length of his overnight, even going as far as to inform me of every visit and listing exactly what he was doing with Jace. He provided 2 pictures daily (per my original request), and was always happy to provide more! He treated Jace as if he were his own, keeping him company, providing him at least 2 daily walks, giving him his benadryl, even staying with him when Jace became anxious from the fireworks. I love that he didn't hesitate to ask me questions in the best interest of my dog. He kept my home neat and clean, and honestly I felt so comfortable leaving Jace with him that I woke up every morning feeling relieved to know my dog was taken care of while I was states away in a blizzard. I will absolutely be hiring him again. “Kim is truly one of a kind. She watched our sweet girl while we were out of town, and to say she went above and beyond would be an understatement. Our dog has a seizure disorder and follows a strict medication schedule—not exactly easy care. But Kim handled everything with total confidence and care, allowing us to relax knowing Coco was in the best hands. During our trip, Coco had some stomach, upset which is not uncommon for her, and Kim responded with such grace and compassion. She not only cleaned everything thoroughly, but gave us many updates on how Coco was feeling. We certainly did not expect Kim to clean up at the level that she did and we are forever grateful. On top of everything, Kim took the initiative to wash all the bedsheets and towels and somehow managed to leave our home spotless, even better than we left it. What touched us most was the compassion behind everything she did while taking care of Coco. On top of it all, she gifted us a breathtaking hand-drawn sketch of our beloved girl.
