About: I have always loved animals and feel comfortable caring for small and medium dogs. I am calm, patient, and careful with pets. I can help with walks, feeding, fresh water, playtime, and basic daily care. I always follow the owner’s instructions and send photo updates. I currently have a flexible schedule, so I can give pets attention, walks, feeding, and regular potty breaks. I am usually available on weekdays and weekends, depending on the booking. I prefer to care for one pet at a time so I can be focused and responsible. I live in an apartment and I keep the environment clean, calm, and safe. I do not leave pets off leash outside. I follow all care instructions carefully, keep doors secure, and make sure pets have fresh water, food, potty breaks, and attention. I prefer small and medium dogs.

About: I have always been a big animal lover. My family had always had at least 2 dogs and cats in our household, so I grew up taking care of animals. I’m very reliable for sitting, potty breaks, medication, etc. I’ve pet sat for family and friends growing up. Currently not working, so I have plenty of time to spend with your animals. Very flexible schedule. Looking to make take care of your beloved pets while you’re out of town! I always make sure that I respect my clients homes and animals as if they were my own. I follow all given care instructions and any other directions that a client may give.
“Lisa has been amazing! My husband and I got a puppy and so this is all very new to us and using rover. She was helpful with setting up the appointments and came to meet me and our puppy first which was very reassuring. She has been on time for every appointment and our puppy loves her. She has even been helping with teaching him tricks. We are very happy we met Lisa and have already booked a few more times.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and animals of all kinds ever sense I was younger I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, reptiles, bunnies and even ducks I’ve rescued plenty as well so I have plenty of experience in administrating medication, or even caring for aggressive and difficult animals I have slight experience in training as well. I currently work part time but animal care is my passion so I put my full energy into caring for your furry friends 7 days a week I have a pup of my own if you’d like someone to keep your pup company and if not that’s alright too we can always play one on one I have no problem letting your pup free roam or crating
About: I have a lifelong love for animals and many years of hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats of different sizes, breeds, and temperaments. Growing up in a family with veterinary professionals in it, I absorbed a wealth of practical knowledge. I have a strong, understanding of pet health, safety, and hazard prevention. While I’m not a vet myself, I am fully comfortable administering medications, and managing specific care routines. I pride myself on being attentive, calm, playful, and reliable. Whether your pet is a high-energy pup with zoomies or a senior cat needing a gentle touch, they will be in safe, knowledgeable hands. I am currently working from home with an incredibly open and flexible schedule, your pet will have my undivided attention. My weeks are completely free, making me a perfect fit for pets who thrive on constant companionship, need frequent potty breaks, or require strict, time-sensitive medication schedules. Because I share a vehicle with my partner, my schedule is highly optimized for House Sitting. If you are looking for a sitter who doesn't just 'check in,' but actually hangs out, plays, and keeps your pet company all day long, I’m your guy!" For me, keeping pets safe and happy comes down to two things: sticking to their routines and treating them like my own. I have a lot of experience managing different personalities, medical needs, and schedules, so I know how important consistency is for a pet's peace of mind (and yours!). I have three strictly indoor cats of my own, so I’m used to managing a multi-pet household. I keep up with multiple litter boxes daily, make sure they always have fresh water and dry food, feed them wet food twice a day, and at minimum play with them an hour a day. I regularly look after an older dog who gets two hours of walks a day to keep him active. I make sure he’s fed at 8:00 PM on the dot, and because he loves his crate, I safely tuck him in there whenever I have to step out for a bit so he feels secure. I’m completely comfortable with specialized medical care. One of my regular clients has three cats, and one requires time-sensitive medications via an inhaler and oral syringe. I also have experience with modern pet tech, like automatic litter boxes, and I follow the owner's schedule for cleaning them out and refreshing the automatic water fountain.
“He was very kind and thorough with my cat. He paid close attention to all the details and asked questions. I really appreciated how careful and precise he was. Great communication and very punctual. Thank you!”

“Kim is the best!! She is communicative, reliable and offered me the most reassurance about my kitties when a few things didn’t quite go to plan while I was gone. Thank you Kim!!”

About: I have experience in puppies and senior dogs. I am well versed in the crazy routine like singing a song before the dogs eat, and I am easily adjustable to the routine that they will need. I am currently working part time, and have two pups of my own. I can happily do drop ins at their home so they feel comfortable. As well as can handle a walkies at the beginning and end of the day! Drop ins to the client’s home would be preferred. The safety of the baby is the upmost priority, as well as their comfortability with myself and their need to go potty! I’m happy to do whatever long system or routine they have in place for feeding or walking, or playing. Whatever makes them comfortable!
“Hector did such a great job! He was super flexible and came over to meet my dog beforehand just to make sure my doggy would behave. On the day of the visit he took care of my dog and got him to play and run around outside. He even brought a package in for me! I will definitely be booking Hector for all my dog-sitting needs!”

About: As the longtime caretaker of two senior pets — a 16.5-year-old dachshund and a 13-year-old cat — I’m very experienced with administering medications and providing attentive, patient care to animals with different medical and emotional needs. I’ve cared for dogs, cats, and horses since childhood and have also volunteered with dog and cat shelters, as well as a wildlife rescue where I help care for a wide variety of animals. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I treat every pet with the same level of care, caution, and affection that I give my own. I’m extremely detail-oriented and proactive — the type of person who researches breeds extensively and learns everything I can to make sure I’m providing the best possible care. If you’re looking for someone responsible, observant, compassionate, and genuinely devoted to animals, I would love to care for your pet. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide reliable, attentive care when you need it most. I’m available throughout the week and genuinely enjoy spending quality time with animals, whether that means going for walks, playing in the yard, sticking to their normal routine, or simply keeping them company at home. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while giving you peace of mind while you’re away. I’m happy to follow your pet’s normal routine and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. Whether that means walks, playtime, cuddles, feeding, medications, or just keeping them company, I’ll make sure your pet gets attentive and reliable care. I grew up with large dogs and have owned small dogs as an adult, so I understand that different breeds, sizes, and personalities all have unique needs. Safety is something I take very seriously, and I’m naturally very observant and cautious when caring for animals. Before sitting, I like to learn about your pet’s personality, routines, medical needs, behavioral quirks, comfort level with other people or animals, and of course their favorite treats and activities. I have a PhD in Biology and a very detail-oriented, scientifically minded approach, which means I tend to notice and think about things that others may overlook. My goal is always to make both pets and owners feel completely comfortable and confident in my care.
About: I grew up fostering dogs, have experience bottle feeding, and have been passionate about pets for my whole life. I love any dog, no matter what breed, size, or temperament. I’m currently working part-time, so I will have a good amount of flexibility and availability to help you with your pet needs. I will prioritize your pets! I will stick to the rules and boundaries you set in place. Overall, I will be very careful and mindful when working for you. Respect is my biggest priority.
About: I’ve always been the person friends and family trust to watch their pets because I genuinely love spending time with animals. I know how stressful it can be to leave your pet with someone else, so I do my best to make them feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away. Whether it’s a puppy with lots of energy, a senior pet who needs a slower pace and extra care, or a pet that’s a little shy at first, I’m patient and happy to adjust to their needs. I pay attention to the little things, follow routines closely, and love sending updates and photos so you know your pet is doing well. My goal is for your pet to feel like they’re hanging out with a friend, not just being watched I’m currently on summer break from my job as an elementary after-school teacher, so I have a more flexible schedule and extra time to dedicate to pet care. During the summer, I work a part-time job, which allows me to provide care before and after my shifts. I’m able to plan my schedule around pets’ needs and make sure they get the attention, care, and companionship they deserve. I’m also available on weekends for extra visits, overnight care, or just some extra love and attention if needed. 🐾❤️ When caring for pets in your home, I try to keep their routine as normal as possible so they feel comfortable while you’re away. I’ll make sure they’re fed on schedule, have fresh water, clean litter boxes, and get plenty of love and attention. I know every cat is different—some want constant cuddles and playtime, while others prefer their space—so I always let them set the pace. I’ll also send updates and photos so you can relax knowing your cat is happy and well cared for
About: I have 6 months of experience as a dedicated pet sitter for a multi-pet household, caring for three cats and one dog simultaneously while their owners are away. I am also a proud owner of a gentle Ragdoll cat, so I am very familiar with the specific needs and temperament of this affectionate breed. Whether it’s managing a busy feeding schedule for four pets or providing one-on-one attention, I am comfortable and experienced in all aspects of pet care. I am available for pet care every day and I am happy to provide overnight stays. Your pets will never be alone at night, and I’ll ensure they feel safe and comfortable in their own home while you’re away. Please note that I offer pet care services exclusively at the client's home. This ensures your pets stay in their familiar environment, which helps them feel safe and stress-free while you are away.
About: I provide calm, home-style boarding with maximum of 2 dogs at a time, so each dog gets plenty of attention and space. My home has a large, fully gated yard and an open layout, so dogs can move freely and feel comfortable-no overcrowding or stress. I am experianced with dogs up to 80 lbs and focus on creating a safe, relaxed environment, especially for dogs who don't do well in busy boarding settings. I keep routines consistent and send regular updates, photos, and videos so you always know how your dog is doing. this is a great fit for dogs who enjoy a calm, clean and secure home while you're away. I always had dogs in my family and I was taking care of them. Also, I took care of our family’s and friend’s dogs. I like to interact, to play with them, that they won’t feel alone. Fortunately, I am home always to give potty breaks, provide treats, and get in some cuddle and playtime. I always had dogs.. Three years ago, I had three dogs. Two of them passed away. Third one, Chihuahua, who passed away last year. I missed my dogs. It’s very soon and difficult for me to get another dog, but I will be happy to have guest pets in our house. I live in a house with backyard. I have a fully fenced backyard if your pup loves to be outside. I am home all day and night, and dogs are my life. I take them out for walks around a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Lots of birds, trees, squirrels, and all the fun stuff dogs enjoy.

“Aliyah is simply wonderful. We had her do a couple drop in visits on our very anxious dog. She was very punctual and sent a lot of cute pictures of my dog having a really good time. And he just doesn’t like that with everybody…so it says something about this wonderful sitter. when we got home, the dog was in a great mood. We would 1000% use her again. Thanks, Aliyah!”

On each occasion, she has been very reliable and diligent in following the care instructions left for her. She has also been very willing to communicate as needed to ensure that our expectations will be met and that we will come home to a pet that was well cared for. We continue to highly recommend Desiree's services.”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
