Hi! I’m a huge dog (and cat!) lover that has lots of experience for caring for many kinds of animals! I’m a proud senior dog mom myself and have extensive experience with walking/caring for dogs and cats of all ages (puppy/kitten to senior). I’m patient with dogs who might be shy and unsure of new people too! I am a strong believer of positive reinforcement for good behavior and maybe at the end of the day your fur baby might learn some new tricks (sitting, paw shake, lay down) 😊. I wanna be your pets 2nd best friend since you will always be their first lol! I look forward to getting to know you and your pet!

As a pet parent myself, I understand how anxiety-inducing it is to let someone else take care of your fur baby and be in your home! I am very happy to meet in person first to be sure I'm a good match for you and your pet. I do my best to keep fur babies in my care safe and am very upfront about communicating any concerns that may pop up during a stay!

I am so grateful for Mikayla’s consistently thoughtful care of my beloved shy/grumpy six year old cat. The hardest part of travel is being away from my cat and it is a relief knowing he’ll have a kind, watchful eye on him, and access to his favorite treats while I’m away :)
Mikayla is great! Always communicative, super caring for my cat and really enjoy having her as a sitter when I’m out of town for work or vacation. Highly recommend 😊

Mikayla was so thoughtful and understanding, truly going above and beyond. It was a relief knowing my beloved cat was in good hands and I enjoyed the pics and updates. I would definitely rebook and hopefully will be able to again for future trips, I’m grateful ☺️

Schedule
I am an animator by trade, but I like to fill my free time with taking care of fur babies, young and old! I’m flexible and can pop in and out to walk your pet, making sure it uses the restroom, gets fed, and gets watered. I can also do drop-ins for cats, administer oral medication, and keep your pet's space tidy!

- Please let me know about any dietary/medication needs your pet has, especially any allergens to avoid during our stay/walk. It's also extremely helpful to make our visit amazing by knowing any behaviors to watch out for, such as escape artist tendencies, food aggression, or aggression to dogs/people.
