About: I’ve been a caretaker in one form or another since I was very young. I started as the neighborhood baby/pet/house sitter, and later became a professional nanny—where caring for children also meant caring for the family pets and homes. Although I stepped away from nannying, I still love caring for animals. I travel for work about a week out of every month, which makes having a pet of my own difficult right now, so pet sitting has been the perfect way to stay connected to animals while helping other pet parents feel at ease. I’ve been dog and house sitting for friends and referrals, and I treat every pet like they’re my own—with patience, affection, attention, and reliable care. Whether your pup loves long walks, your cat loves playtime, cuddles, or just a calm and consistent companion, I’m happy to provide dependable, loving care in the comfort of their own home. I have a pretty flexible work week and I’m off on weekends. I wake up on the earlier side so I will have plenty of time to do the morning pet duties. I’m a homebody so my evenings are spent reading, catching up on work, watching tv- so that also leaves plenty of time in the evening for whatever your pet’s needs are! I do love to walk outside so hopefully your pet does too! I follow the house rules and routine to help the pets remain calm while their families are gone. I also believe consistency is key in building trust with them too. Safety first! My mother is a trauma nurse so I am always looking out for any potential danger and I’m a very cautious person.
About: Ever since I was was about 13, I've always been the person to call if someone was going out of down and they needed someone to watch their dogs. I've been able to properly care for 7 dogs at most at a time. I love dogs and will do my very best to make sure they are well taken care of. I love being outside, so I am more than willing to go outside with your dog whenever they need or want to. Making sure your dog gets as much love (if not more than) as you give them is a big priority for me. I've taken care of breeds from Chihuahuas to Saint Bernards. You can trust in me to be the best sitter for your dog.

About: Hello! I’m honored you’re reading my description so let me tell you a bit about myself. I’m a super social and cheery person who will make your fur babies feel absolutely special no doubt! I have been taking care of animals for a couple of years such as pigs, goats, chickens, and even a 40 year old turtoise but usually either cats or dogs. I have two dogs of my own, a shih-tzu and a Maltese who have had a litter of puppies once and I was the one to take care and raise them til they were old and strong enough to go off to their forever homes. I’m pretty active and up for anything! I absolutely love meeting new cuties and would make me feel so special to take them into my care or provide my services! If your little needs a shower, let me know! I don’t mind as long as they’re sweet. I’ll pamper them real nice haha :) If you have any questions, let me know. I’m more than happy to chat! About: Hey! My name is Katia but i usual go by Kat for short and im new to the LA area. I have been around pets pretty much my whole life! I’m new to the rover app but have been pet sitting for friends and family back home for years now since I was in middle school. I’m comfortable around all dogs and cats and am very willing to adapt and learn how to best take care of your pet! I have a very calm senior mini dachshund mix and he required a lot of attention especially durning allergy season as his itching can get pretty bad. I have a mini pinscher puppy about 8 months old who has an insane amount of energy and had the time to practice a bit of training with him, through I wouldn’t say I’m a professional. Lastly I have a very cuddly tuxedo cat who can be a bit of a diva at times but she loves snuggles and most of all naps. I love going on walks/runs daily currently I’m a nursing student and only have class once a week while my other class is online I’m in the process of looking for a job as I’m new to LA! So if you need anything last minute for your furry friends count on me! I can easily crate your dog if needed and work with specific hours of your choosing to feed walk I can also bathe your pet if your preference! And most importantly give them as much attention they need to feel comfortable and secure while away from their favorite person(you)!

Katherine is such a kind soul and her service so very wonderful . Every day we looked forward to her updates and photos with our cat. You can really tell how much she loves animals and we really felt cared for. Not to mention, she was very helpful with other things like bringing a package in, litter box, and timing.

Kim was fantastic! She took care of my many indoor and outdoor cats with their several feeding stations., When I returned their water and food bowls were full and clean. Pictures were taken of all the feeding areas (with available cats) each day. Unasked she brought in packages that were delivered while I was gone. I especially liked the fact that she listed my instructions during our meet and greet and sent them to me to confirm. A good thing since I had forgotten one very important instruction. I will definitely use her in the future.
Minerva was incredibly responsive for our last-minute request for a daily drop-in to take care of our 2 cats. She gave great communication and cute photos of our boys to keep us feeling connected to them while we were traveling, and we came home to a clean place & happy kitties!
Erika is an absolutely wonderful cat sitter. She is so patient and has a very calming presence. My cat usually ignores strangers and refuses to play with them, but took to her right away and loved playing with her! She is deeply caring and I felt so comfortable leaving my cat in her hands. She’s been able to watch her a few times now and Valerie is always so communicative, helpful, and takes THE BEST check in photos which really helps when we are missing our pet.
