About: I grew up in a home where my parents bred and fostered dogs, so caring for animals has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I was hands-on with feeding, walking, bathing, playtime, and everyday care from a young age, and I’m comfortable with dogs of different ages, sizes, and personalities. Over the years, friends and neighbors have trusted me with their pets for everything from walks and drop-ins to extended overnight stays lasting three months or more. I know how important it is to have someone you can completely trust with both your pet and your home, and I treat every animal I care for like they’re my own. I’m attentive, affectionate, dependable, and happy to follow your pet’s normal routine so they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I currently have a very flexible schedule and am available throughout the day, including weekdays and weekends. This gives me plenty of time for walks, playtime, potty breaks, and lots of one-on-one attention. I’m also available for overnight stays and can accommodate pets who need a little extra company or a more consistent routine. A typical day includes neighborhood walks, plenty of backyard time, playtime, and lots of love and cuddles. I like to follow each pet's usual schedule as closely as possible so they feel comfortable and at home while they're with me. Whether your pup loves long walks and playing outside or would rather curl up and relax, I'm happy to match their energy and routine.

About: I have had rescue dogs my whole life, so I have experience dealing with large dogs that have special needs. I also worked in a pet supply store for 2 years, so I have interacted with a wide variety of behaviors and care requirements. My schedule is currently very flexible, so I can make myself available at any time with enough notice, including periods like nights, weekends, and holidays. About: Hi! I'm Arvanh 😊 Animal companions have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, there was always some kind of animal around: dogs, cats, fish, parakeets, and even chickens, ducks, and cows when I spent time with family in Laos. Being around these companions just been a normal and joyful part of life for me. One of the biggest reasons I'm here on Rover is because of my dog, Avery. Avery was my best friend for many years and taught me so much about patience, loyalty, and unconditional love. Like most pet owners, I talked to her like she was a person, and planned parts of my day around making sure she was happy. Since losing her, I've realized how much I miss having furry kids in my life and how much I genuinely enjoy caring for them. Over the years, I've become the friend people call when they're heading out of town and need someone they trust to watch their fur babies. I've cared for: -energetic dogs who want to play nonstop, -cats that needed cuddle time and WALKS (wild, I know) -and nervous pets who just need a calm presence while their humans are away. When I care for someone's pet, I try to get to know their personality, routines, and preferences so I can give them the unique attention they deserve. That means: attention, sticking to their routine, and making sure you never have to wonder how they're doing. If you're away, I'll send photos and updates throughout the day because I know personally how comforting it is to see your pet happy and relaxed while you're gone. For house sitting, my goal is simple: keep your pet's life feeling as normal as possible (with some fun of course). We'll stick to feeding schedules, walks, playtime, cuddle sessions, and whatever routines help them feel comfortable. If needed, I'll also take care of the little things around the house so you can enjoy your trip without worrying. :) For drop-in visits, I'll make sure your pet gets the attention, exercise, food, water, and care they need during my visit. Whether they want to play fetch, chase a toy, get belly rubs, or even just have someone sit with them for a bit, I'm happy to meet them where they're at. For dog walks, I love letting dogs enjoy the walk at their pace. Some dogs want to power walk the whole neighborhood, while others are on a mission to sniff every tree in sight. Either way, we'll have a good time and you'll get photos afterward so you can see their adventure. At the end of the day, I know that pets aren't "just pets." They're family. I also know how much trust it takes to hand over your keys and leave someone in charge of a furry family member you love. My goal is to make that decision feel easy by giving your companion lots of care, attention, and affection while keeping you updated every step of the way. I'd love to meet you and your furry companion! Pet care fits very naturally into my routine because I currently have a flexible schedule and plenty of availability throughout the week. In my professional life, I've worked as an engineer, but right now I'm taking time off and intentionally spending more time focusing on the people, experiences, and things that bring me joy! Including caring for animals! Whether it's a quick drop-in visit, a long walk, or overnight care, I genuinely enjoy making pets a part of my day. I'm also a big believer in keeping owners updated, so sending photos and little updates throughout the day is something I genuinely enjoy, not something I do out of obligation. At this time, I only provide care in my clients' homes. I find that pets are often happiest and most comfortable in a familiar environment where they can stick to their normal routines. Before caring for a pet, I like to learn about their personality, habits, schedule, favorite activities, and anything else that helps them feel comfortable. Every pet is different, and I try to tailor my care to their individual needs. For house sitting, my goal is to make things feel as normal as possible while you're away. I'll follow feeding schedules, provide walks and playtime, give plenty of attention and companionship, administer medications if needed, and keep your home tidy and secure. For drop-in visits, I'll make sure your pet has fresh water, food, potty breaks or litter box care, exercise, playtime, and plenty of attention. I'll also keep an eye on their overall well-being and let you know if anything seems unusual. For dog walks, I focus on safety, exercise, and making sure your dog has an enjoyable experience. Some dogs want a brisk walk, while others prefer to stop and sniff every interesting thing they find. I enjoy both! No matter the service, you can expect regular photo updates and communication so you always know how your pet is doing while you're away.

About: I’ve been walking dogs and house sitting for years and have always grown up with pets of my own. I’m comfortable caring for dogs with different personalities, energy levels, and routines, and I genuinely love spending time with animals. I’m reliable, attentive, and will treat your pets and home with the same care I would my own! I’m currently working full time at a school, so I’m free during the week after 3pm and I’m free on the weekends for pet care or walks! I provide personalized care for pets in the comfort of their own home, helping them maintain their normal routine and reducing stress. About: We are excited to connect with all of you. We have looked after many doggies. Now, we are taking 2 at a time depending on each individual doggies personality. We, of course, won’t always be booked with two, but if it works, it works. We are people who will get back to you right away and communicate honestly always. We lost our dog in Sept 2021 and watching others dogs allows us the cuddles and love that we truly miss so much. If we come to you for walk or just a visit, we do not mind you having a camera in your home. We actually advocate for it. Also, I (Darby) , do most walks and visits. Always on the first visit, for safety reasons I bring Craig ( my Beau) with me to make sure all is good. If possible, please make sure all instructions are clear and instead of lots of details where everything is- it seems to be much easier to put everything out on kitchen counter. 😉😋 I am a Fine Art photographer. I’m home working most days and so is my Beau. Days go like this… Ha Wake up. Walk. Eat. Play. I edit. We cuddle. I edit . We walk. Snack. I edit. We cuddle. Play. I edit. We walk. We will treat your doggie like our own. Whatever their needs are we provide. We have a Client, who we adore , and whenever they bring over their Doggie Doo they come with their very large couch pillows. The reason for this is because their Doggie has back problems, so our whole living room is a slumber party at all times. We have built a solid customer base, however, doggies get older, etc… So there is always room for more love. At this point, we don’t like to be without a baby. Wink

About: What’s the most important thing all dog owners want to know before entrusting their dogs to a stranger? Well first of all I’m from Jersey. I’ll play with your dog, make sure they’re happy, take them on a walk, not lose them, and feed them only what you tell me to feed them. No human food, I promise. Unless of course that’s in your list of food to give them. Of course hydrate them as well. I know the do’s and don’ts of a dog’s diet since I have 2 of my own. I’ve also been fostering dogs on and off for the past 3 years. I am known to be reliable and responsible, so I can assure you that you can rest easy with leaving your dog(s) in my care. Or if you have a cat, I also get along super well with them since I also have 2 of my own! I work from home so I do have some flexibility or if you need eyes on your little one for long hours I will also be able to do that. I do have 2 cats so I have pet gates up to separate my cats from any dogs. The dogs get free roaming of the living room which tends to be enough for my two dogs plus any friends they’ve had over. Routine in my home is key. At your home, I’ll stick to your routine and respect your house rules. Whatever you require, it will be respected.

About: I take care of my personal dogs seem I was 4 years old . Also I’d work for home owners care and sleep with dogs for years .. have experience to train small and big dogs and adults dogs rescued with problems of potty time. I’m currently work from home part time, so I’m always at home and available to go walk with dogs and also supervise them 24/7 at home I have a security yard with a fence and also very friendly neighbors dogs lovers, my apartment can keep you dog warm and sabe with the door close.

About: I have a lot of experience making friends with dogs and cats. I understand the importance of proper feeding, care and walking. I strictly follow all your recommendations. Your pet is under reliable care with me! I am at home full time, so I can devote enough time to walks and games with my little guest. Especially if you need early walks. My apartment has 2 bedrooms and a large living room. Directly opposite the house there is a great Warner Center park where we can walk in the company of other dogs.
