It was our family’s first time using Rover and we’re so glad our dog stayed with Caira! Because we have a senior dog, we were worried at first due to our dog’s age but it was such a smooth stay with Caira. Caira was super kind to us and our dog from the moment we met her. She gave us a tour of her apartment and asked thorough questions about our dog’s habits + daily schedule. During our dog’s stay, she provided photo updates every day and we appreciated seeing our dog doing well. We would definitely have our dog stay with Caira again!

Caira was absolutely amazing! She was responsive from the time of booking, all the way to pick up. It was my first time using Rover, and she gave me a great overview of what I needed to provide. She sent me updates and pics during his boarding time. And made it super easy to coordinate drop off and pick up. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was looked after for and happy! If we’re ever back in LA, I will be using her again! Highly recommend!!

A typical day includes taking your dog out for a calm, structured walk where they get exercise, sniff time, and attention. I always keep them hydrated, watch their energy levels, and make sure they return home relaxed and comfortable.
