About: Me & my buddy #SambaTheBorderCollie, take our job of watching over your fur baby with the upmost care and attention. Samba is my Rover partner and incredibly well-trained therapy dog who helps promote good behaviors from all of our guests. As for myself, I'm a trainer, animal advocate, and dog owner who's here to provide a structured, loving environment that I'd demand for my doggo. There's lots of choices of sitters on Rover, however, I stand out by providing a unique high-activity experience that has become a rewarding full-time job. Expect lots of photos & updates throughout the day – and a happy, worn out pup when you pick him/her up from their stay. I love my job, my clients, and overdelivering on the promise of giving every ounce of my energy to the happiness, wellness and safety of your best friend. Extremely comfortable working with high-needs working dogs, independent terriers, seniors, puppies and everything in between. Currently working from home, fully dedicated to making sure your doggo has the best experience, and you can travel stress free knowing your baby is well taken care of. I have a large fenced gated front and back yard that’s the perfect playground for your doggos to run, sun, and have fun safely with constant supervision. I also have a Ring camera that I can provide access to to watch your buddy.

13. Taylor s.

“Taylor did a great job and was very good at communicating with me during her drop in visits. She was also very thoughtful of my home and I appreciated it. She went the extra miles of wiping Chico’s paws when they were full of mud after being out on the grass. She was very understanding of my dogs behaviors too and made me feel relieved while Chico was in her care!”

14. Zoey L.

“Zoey did a great job caring for my large bully.”

15. Karen S.

“Karen and her son took incredible care of my cat while I was gone - they administered his medication and spent loving time with him which gave me incredible peace of mind. Couldn't recommend any more highly!”

16. Orr L.
About: I am studying to become an animal assisted therapist so I’m constantly re-learning how and why our pets and critters act certain ways and reading body language and certain cues. I grew up around animals and have always loved and appreciated how amazing they can impact peoples lives. I believe that our pets are the purest things out there. I’m currently working and studying from home so I will be available all day. I can take your furry friend on constant walks or even to the dog park since I do have a car and can drive I live in a one bedroom with my husband, which works all day (from 7am to 9pm) and a huge back yard that is fully gated. On top of that, it’s a guesthouse so it’s located in the back on a street that’s a cul-de-sac

17. Valerie N.
About: I’m currently working in a dog daycare and I have two dogs of my own. In other words, my life boils down to: walking, feeding, and playing with dogs. It's the same thing everyday and I LOVE IT! I’m working part time and my schedule is flexible. I’m available to board dogs everyday after 6 pm and walk them anytime after 10am :) I have an extra comfy bed for your puppy and two friendly dogs to keep them company. I also have access to several yards where I can walk your dog on leash or play with a ball in a fenced yard.

18. Ivery M.
“Ivery took care of our two dogs Pluto and Cosmo for a week! She was amazing. Very attentive and continuously updated us! Our family loved her.”

19. Colin S.
“My wife and I were having a couple issues with our 3 year old pit mix. Boone was whining and barking very loudly whenever he got excited. For example anytime we go for a walk, or the park. We had tried different methods. Colin came over to stay with Boone for a couple days while we were away. He implemented something we had not tried or heard of before by putting coins in a bottle and shaking the bottle slightly whenever Boone started to bark. We kept at this for over a month and we rarely have to use the “shake” method. Colin was kind and loving with our dog. Boone took to him immediately. I would highly recommend Colin as a dog sitter.”

20. Rheianna L.
About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over 4 years now, and it’s something I’m truly passionate about. I also spent a year volunteering at my local animal adoption center, taking the pups out for walks to give them a much-needed break from their cages. Over the years, I’ve had the joy of helping others with light training like desensitization and socializing, and I’ve looked after dogs of all ages, from playful 24-week-old puppies to sweet seniors as old as 14. I love bringing the dogs I care for to new parks or pet-friendly spots like Home Depot or restaurants with dog-friendly patios, giving them exciting new environments full of interesting smells and sounds—it’s a great way to keep them happy and tired! I’m pet sitting full-time so my daily routine is centered around being with the dogs, whether at home or at the park where they’re able to explore and enjoy the outdoors. I offer a cozy guest house where dogs can relax and feel at home. Our vinyl-fenced patio is perfect for dogs to play fetch and chase each other, and there's even a doggy cabana for dogs that enjoy sunbathing. I ensure your dog gets both mental and physical stimulation to keep them happy and healthy by providing enrichment toys, proper exercise and sniff walks.
