This was my first time using Rover and she made it the best experience possible she went above and beyond and communication she was on time she sent pictures. Kim was fantastic! She took care of my many indoor and outdoor cats with their several feeding stations., When I returned their water and food bowls were full and clean. Pictures were taken of all the feeding areas (with available cats) each day. Unasked she brought in packages that were delivered while I was gone. I especially liked the fact that she listed my instructions during our meet and greet and sent them to me to confirm. A good thing since I had forgotten one very important instruction. I will definitely use her in the future.
Minerva was incredibly responsive for our last-minute request for a daily drop-in to take care of our 2 cats. She gave great communication and cute photos of our boys to keep us feeling connected to them while we were traveling, and we came home to a clean place & happy kitties!
Erika is an absolutely wonderful cat sitter. She is so patient and has a very calming presence. My cat usually ignores strangers and refuses to play with them, but took to her right away and loved playing with her! She is deeply caring and I felt so comfortable leaving my cat in her hands.
