About: I had the pleasure of growing up alongside the most wonderful mix of animals, including dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, a rat, a chinchilla, a hedge hog, fish, chickens, ducks, horses, goats, a pigeon, quails, and even a peacock! My parents showed me the ropes of pet care long ago when they started a horse boarding stable and their own Rover pet sitting service. I joined them on many dog walks, cat visits, and pet feedings, enjoying the time we got to share with so many animals. I now own two beautiful guinea pigs named Bob and Teddy that definitely border on spoiled in their luxury pig oasis. I personally can't imagine life without the joy pets bring us, and I want to make sure your pets get the same love you give them when you're away! I currently run an Etsy shop out of my apartment, so I am always able to quickly get to your pets as needed. I am free to fit the schedule of your pets to ensure their normal feedings and play times remain untouched when you're away. Since I already commonly work on the weekends for my shop, I have no problem getting the chance to care for your pet any day of the week. I will follow the instructions you leave for your pet to follow with care. As someone who knows animals, I know their routines are vital to their comfort. I will happily let pets out in a fenced yard, go for walks, and feed to their needed schedule. I'm also very willing to care for a variety of pets! I cared for my soul dog for 13 years until he passed last year so I'm experienced with senior and special needs dogs as well. I absolutely love caring for senior dogs. I'm not usually gone for long but I do sometimes have plans that take me out of the house, so your dog should be cool being left alone for short periods of time, whether free roaming or in a crate. But more often than not I am home with the dogs! My dog was always allowed on all the couches and beds but I'm willing to work with you on however you need! Feel free to bring their favorite bed or I do have some here. At night whether they prefer their crate, their bed on the floor, or in bed with me it's not a problem! Meet-and-greets are always included before we get started; I want to make sure it's a good fit for your pet, not just a booking. About: Ive always loved and gotten along with animals. My mom taught me at a young age to not just react to their actions but to listen to them on a deeper level while intuiting their emotions. I love and respect dogs and cats because of how emotive they are and how unique each one of their personalities is. No two are alike, which is why caring for one is always a unique experience. About: I’ve watched and taken care of dogs and cats since I was very little. From family to neighbors to friends, I’m the one they called! I’m not the type of person to just ignore your pet for money. I really love creating a welcoming relationship and allowing them to be comfortable at all costs, and of course have so much fun while their parents are gone. Play time to movie nights, I do it all with my best friend and we aren’t stingy about adding company!
