I would need to know how they respond to strangers, children and other adults. I do not want to put your pet in a situation where they ever feel threatened. If your pet is not good with other animals then I will not go on a walk with them in an area with many animals.
A typical day
It would depend on your pet and what he/she likes. For more active dogs, I tend to like to take them on longer walks and bring toys for them to run and play.

I have had dogs all my life. Dogs are another family member in your home and it's important they are cared for like how you would care for your pet when you're home. Leaving for a trip or just go to work on a daily basis is very stressful so knowing your animals are well cared for is so precious and a huge relief. I am very responsive, loving and well trained with animals from tiny to large. I have been dog sitting in my neighborhood where I grew up since I was eight years old. Caring for animals is a passion of mine. I have a very flexible work schedule so I can be there when it is best for you and your pet.

Brooke was great with her communication and she instantly made a good connection with our dog Sienna. Our family is happy we found her so Sienna can get additional walks on busy days. Highly recommend.
Brooke is kind, caring and conscientious. She also takes her responsibility as a Dogwalker seriously and at our meet & greet she asked all the right questions and took extra time to get to know the Neighbourhood so that she would be prepared on the day of the walk. My dog really took to her also. I look forward to working with Brooke again.
Brooke was remarkable! When we first met… she greeted the dogs first and the humans second. A perfect start. She knew the dogs names right off the bat. She was communicative, professional, prompt and just a joy… and Murphy and MacDuff like her, too! We are using her again next week!
