Dana sent me a lot of pics of him enjoying the sun and keeping her company while she did some gardening. Drop off and pick up was easy and his bowls were left behind at her house, and Dana drove all the way to me to drop off the bowls. Oh and she also gave him the eye drops he needed while I was away. When we met Sandi and her husband Jeff the first time, our dog was very relaxed and more friendly and affectionate than he ever is with new people. He seemed very comfortable in their home and their yard and we were relieved to have found a place that we felt comfortable trying again. During the 2 days and nights we were away, we were certain he would need to be given CBD or tranquilizers to keep him calm, but he didn't need them! He missed us but did not exhibit the behavior he had before and Sandi and Jeff said that he was happy at his chosen place in the window or on his bed in front of the fireplace, and responded to their affection. I can't say how relieved we are to have found a solution for our occasional needs to visit places where he can't come with us. Sandi made us feel confident that she could handle his anxiety, and she clearly made him feel more at ease and relaxed. I loved the photos she sent, updating us several times over the couple of days we were gone, and we will definitely call again the next time we leave town. What a relief!”

When this meant that she toppled the auto-feeding machine that we had set up for the mornings (multiple times), Gabriela went out of her way to come to our apartment outside of her scheduled check-ins (multiple times) to make sure Riddle still got fed and to fix the machine (ultimately improvising a clever solution to support it involving a scarf and a bookshelf). Needless to say, we will be getting a new auto-feeder but keeping the same catsitter in the future if we can, haha. About: I’ve been a pet owner for 25 years. I use to be a zookeeper for 8 years and have worked with exotic animals for over 10. I have basic training skills and am good with large dogs. I am currently working part time and have most days free and evenings as well. Local neighborhood walks or pick ups would be ideal, but not necessary. I currently do not have any other pets. I do have a fenced in back yard and live in a house. Bathroom breaks can happen frequently when boarding.

I have quite a bit of experience in elder dog care and maintaining medication and diet. I’m also good at keeping up with training and other behavioral habits. “Aimee went above and beyond to help me with my dog Kobe and made sure his stay was as comfortable as possible! She set up a meet and greet to ensure our dogs were a good match and gave me a tour of the space. She took great care of my dog even when he was scared by the 4th of July fireworks. On top of that she was willing to keep him for a bit extra when I ran into car troubles on my way back from my trip. I can’t put into words how thankful I am to Aimee and her husband for taking great care of my baby while I was away”
“Salim and Alexandra were so, so great with my dog Sonic! I was sent plenty of wonderful photos along with updates letting me know how he was doing. They were also quick to notice when something was off with Sonic. His dew claw was unfortunately growing a bit too long and was causing him some pain, but Salim and Alexandra communicated it with me quickly, asked my preference of how I'd like to handle it, and got Sonic seen by my regular vet to take care of it all within about an hour. They were also super understanding when my return flight came in a bit later in the afternoon than expected due to unforeseen circumstances. I am so glad to have booked with sitters that were so invested in Sonic's wellbeing and care, and I cannot recommend them enough.”
