From my very first request, she responded immediately. We then set up a meet & greet. Her home is lovely and clean with a great big, fully fenced in backyard, which was critical for me as my small dog can fit through and under some fences. The neighborhood is great as well. Camille was so warm and kind and my dog seemed to really feel at home there. So, I immediately booked for 6 days. Then came the actual stay. Camille sent photos and videos and her response time was amazing. Bowie adapted well, ate well and seemed very happy there. She even allowed him on her couch and lap and bed. My dog was in heaven. Jen is an absolute God send!!! Our dog adores her and has since she first met Jen who helped us out with some drop in visits when Juno was a puppy. We previously had a not so great experience at a boarding facility that left our pup distressed. This time around we boarded her with Jen and our dog had the time of her life! She was so happy to go with Jen and didn’t even look back at us! Jen kept us updated with videos and pictures and pup looked so happy the entire time. She has plenty of dog beds and blankets and space for pups to play. She is meticulous with following any care instructions, I 10/10 would recommend Jen to care for your pets.
James took good care of my girl, spent me photos every day saying “Cassie was good today “. Cassie seemed very comfortable with James who made sure she was safe and that her care was provided as I requested, including a visit to a dog park that matched her needs. James also offered to drop Cassie off at my home if it would be easier as I was returning from the airport. I recommend using James to care for your canine friend.
Kate and Aaron are the most attentive and responsible dog sitters I’ve ever experienced. They needed to administrate medication every 4 hours and I got a list of questions to clarify my instructions and a photo report every time it has been done. On top of that my dog came back happy and tired from all the play time he got there.
