I also have 3 years of volunteering experience with the Pasadena Humane Society, where I worked with socializing dogs. I work remotely and have a very flexible schedule. I am available almost any day for walks, feedings, check-ins and overnight boards. I am available most times of day/night as well. No matter which pet I take care of, I act and treat them as if they were my own. Pets can feel vulnerable without their parents and I do my best to ease anxiety for an easier visit.

I have a hard time boarding or trusting sitters to watch Phoebe (my shy, sometimes fussy, 9 yr old mini doodle) but Sarah let me set up a meet and greet first. I immediately knew Phoebe would be in good hands under Sarah’s care while I needed to be away for two days. Sarah is so warm and friendly. I also loved not having to worry if Phoebe would get along with other dogs, since she only watches one dog at a time. Sarah sent me an update the next morning, with a picture of Phoebe lounging on a chair, which gave me added peace of mind that Phoebe was comfortable in her home too. As always, Kate and Aaron are very attentive to Arizona. She comes back happy. This time when I was dropping her off she didn’t even run after me when I was leaving and that says a lot. Kate brushed her, washed her paws, administrated daily medication and carefully attended all of her needs. Couldn’t be happier!
Alina was so wonderful. Our regular dogsitter had to cancel on us last minute. Alina came to the rescue and watched our dog for a 4 night stay. We were nervous to leave our senior dog (who has some special needs) with a brand new person. Usually we book an initial one-night stay with a sitter before doing anything more than 24 hours. It turns out we had nothing to be worried about. Alina checked in with us regularly and had very accurate descriptions of how our dog Bedu was settling in. By the end of her stay Bedu was in love. We brought home a very happy pup who was so well looked after, I can happily say she also had a little vacation herself. Alina’s residence is right next door to Petco, which was very convenient for us as we had forgotten to pack some supplies and stopped there on the way.
